Jeffrey BClean the vans properly. The van stank like cigarette smoke and sort of cleaner. They wouldn’t let me return the van to a place close to home. So we had to drive from Cudahy to Riverside and Riverside to Cudahy. It would have been more convenient for me the customer to return it close to home instead of being convinient for the store and have us return it there.

Angel HGreat service , reception and person at receiving when done. Clean place accessible. Had a change of schedule last night sent a message on app all worked out they had the schedule changed . Continuous customer be back soon. Truck was new all working . Trailer was hooked up set to go after paperwork. One note about the trailer was older but good working order besides one side light was replaced but faulty disconnected appeared disconnected. Not a rear bit side light not affecting as I drive in daylight .

wendy cbeing a customer and had use uhaul services, the receptions i believe name gabriela was so condescending and and rude, when truck was dropped off only about 2-3 hrs, after 12noon, when the time was not stipulated in the contract. she went ahead and charged me for the full day for the truck and the insurance when insurance is optional and when it was dropped same day it was expected. when asked she stated that she would leave the claim open and that i could take it to a manager. i paid because i did not have to deal with such rude and very unprofessional nasty person.. so no would never use this place ever again
Xiomara AI had to sweep the back of the truck. Previous user should have cleaned, employees shouldn’t have to clean after people so I do not fault them for this. Check in person was extremely helpful despite having a busy morning. Check out person was extremely helpful. Both persons made the entire process seamless would definitely return to this location again. Big plus was having an Arco right down the street to fill up before drop off. Prime location if you ask me.

Walter CThe Cudahy location was fine. The complaint was that I was required to travel 13 miles to get my vehicle. At the actual location, the front desk was very helpful and organized. The truck was there and it was clean and ready for use.

Wendy RRental Van did not open rear Door, just side door. I wasn't advise about that until I needed to open it, place was closed already. I had a hard time open it, had to crawled to it every time. it seems like everyone working there has an attitude. Not a good experience. Please inform my comment to manage to do something may be done.
