salnea pardue | Overall ExperienceI was moving from out of state. I reserved space through app. App took me to the location. There is no one there and the number given goes to a full voice mail box. I texted the number requesting help. I called U-Haul corporate . There was an issue with reservation so they updated the order said I was all set and we ended conversation. I received email with no unit number. I call back to corporate and wait 2 hours to talk to customer service. When finally I speak with someone they tell me to go to the other location. I go to the other location they were helpful and assign me my unit. I tell them all units have locks. They disagreed. I drive back to storage unit and wouldn’t you know it lock. I was informed that there is an attendant that is supposed to check on building. Nope. I drive back to U-Haul and tell them about lock. They then say the person will meet me. I drive back to storage and I wait for her to arrive so I can move into the storage. 8am-11am I waisted trying to move my stuff into a storage unit. Blame is more on corporate U-Haul than local staff. Thank you
