Nora Nouhlili | First ImpressionsI just wanted to explain #5 answer. Normally, it was very well maintained. We had not seen inside our unit since winter. The crack in the outside pavement now extended into our unit among others. Since spring thaw it has widened and actually looks like a sink hole might be forming. I would have it checked out. It could deter business or if something too heavy is on that area may even collapse. But when we moved in it was just a line crack. That was about 13 years ago.

The directions should be printed on the the original storage agreement…the one that has the map of storage units on it. When we emptied the storage unit I had to to drive back and forth because I didn’t know I had to take pictures.

Shylandra Moore | Overall ExperienceReserved a unit, paid for a unit, signed contract for unit, had to buy specific lock for unit, but never was able to even get in unit. It was locked when I arrived. Then after 5 hours loading, then waiting then going home and unloading everything. I wasted half a day, money, and all when I'm trying to move my family. You cannot get ahold of anyone even if you try calling University, "managers cell" posted on entry panel, 1800 number, and even customer service. Then when I talked to someone locally they said they'd would talk to manager and call rite back... nobody ever called... after being on hold on 2 cells one to cust serv. and one to general unit assistance i got threw after 43 minutes. Only to find out i have to go back into the shop to cancel and get my money back. Completely dissatisfied, was going to rent a large truck for 3-4 days and another unit when a large became available. Not that anyone will care but the few thousand dollars of potential business i had will be going elsewhere and i will suggest to anyone who asks that they not use uhaul.
