Katharine G | Overall ExperienceFob didn’t work for gate access. Met another customer who used his fob to let us in and he said his 1st fob didn’t work either. When we returned our bad fob, the girl merely placed it in a container with the other fobs, meaning another person will sooner or later get the bad one again. Overall RV storage looked nice, would be nice if was swept out as a lot of grit was on the blacktop. Also drove around the block trying to find the office which was at another location from the storage units, but no one on phone mentioned that.

I would have continued storing my MH there but now have a home with an RV garage, sorry. Thanks again. The staff could not be more helpful and pleasant to work with. SHEILA M | First ImpressionsI reserved a 15 x 30 x 16 last month, and confirmed again the day before going to fill out the paperwork. I was told that no such unit existed, and that there was long wait list. When I mentioned that I had reserved online a month previous, I was told that the online service was just a call center that would say "Yes" to anything. After waiting more than an hour and a half, I was told that I could be given three 10 x 15 units, but that I would have to pay extra. Otherwise, I would have to settle for two 10 x 15 units for the cost of the 15 x 30. When I told the Rep that meant I would have to get rid of some of my household good, he said that's the best he could do for me. Since I'm in the process of moving, I had no choice, and was forced to sign for two units. I called U-Haul.com and opened a CAF Case #2755040. I was assured a manager would call me immediately to help me resolve. I never received a call. We're very disappointed. I will actively discourage others from using this facility in the future.
