Have more men working to inspect the trucks for technical issues because I was stuck on side of the road for hours because of the radiator cap not being placed properly and the water pump went out. A long day was had and then they charged me for the issues. Never again.

The place is very small and crowded. There is definitely a need for expansion. Could not even find the register. Also the clerk went way too fast for my first U-Haul rental. Especially since I was returning after hours so I was so confused checking out. The cost breakout didnt make since until I returned the U-Haul. Also though the clerk was kind over the phone, he messed up my rental reservation and I almost wasn’t going to be able to move that day. It was hectic overall but it worked out. Location just needs improvement therefore I would not refer this location to anyone

In this location to get to the representative to do business with her, you have to go around a ton of boxes on the floor then squeeze through two narrow shelves while hitting my leg on the spikes. With being a lady up in age with a walking stick trying to get around these obstacles was to much. It's an accident waiting to happen. The first location we went to on Beasley Rd. Jackson, Ms. was perfect with a clean and neat foyer with a receptionist desk and bench to seat down. The young lady was extremely polite, very informative and so helpful to our needs. But overall the experience was good. Thanks for being there in our time of need and everyone else's, your company is appreciated.

While I was renting another customer came in complaining about customer service on the phone which I knew of because I had an odd interaction on the phone earlier that day as well. And the people that work there act like they really don’t want to be there and could care less. That is my first and only time I would use this location in the future. And also typical the employee would show you the rental and do the check with you which the location of the truck was wrong and I have a disability and had to walk the entire lot to check all of the trucks until I found it on my own and it was the truck with the rent me sign in the front parking lot yet I was told to look elsewhere. Customer service is horrible at this location.

I was rented a truck that had rips and tears in the top. I traveled to Houston, TX, and we came into really heavy rains on the way, and it rained all night Friday night (Dec.15, 2023), after my arrival. All of my belongings got wet. Couches soaked, tv boxes (with tv's inside)soaked, boxes soaked. I didn't realize this until Sunday upon unloading the truck at the UHaul storage drop-off. Once we started unloading, we noticed water coming from the items we were unloading, trying to figure out where the water was pouring from, looked up, and there are rips and tears in the ceiling of the truck on both sides. An employee at the drop off location stated that the truck should have never been rented to a customer in that condition.

The check engine light was on and the tire light was on. You need new trucks. Rented a smaller one without any lights and got the job done. Kind of messed up my time schedule, but I guess this time of year is rough. Appreciate you though.

Not only were the employees rude and disrespectful but also had the nerve to not be helpful. I was told because I was not an out of state client…the storage first month couldn’t be offered to me even after renting a uhaul. I was very angry. I questioned them and was allowed the first month free. After gaining access to the storage area, I noticed the back gate with a large hole where anyone can come thru. I didn’t have to put my code in to gain access which was another safety hazard now let’s discuss no cameras etc. I will never recommend this business or do business with them again.

The reason I wouldn’t recommend this location is that it is too small causing a lot of congestion. I had to wait about 15 minutes to enter the parking lot to get to the storage because of the many cars blocking the entrance. I had to wait another 5 or 10 minutes upon leaving for the same reason.
