Please give the store manager, William a raise! You can always tell when a person is passionate about his job. William even set the radio station to what he thought I would enjoy, and he was spot-on! Who does that? William is a tremendous asset to U-Haul and he should be appreciated. Though there are closer locations to me, I will only go to this location for my future equipment needs. Thank you, William!

This location was great, there was only a couple people at the counter and they were both multitasking and helping multiple people at the same time fantastically. We were able to get in and out for both pickup and drop off in record time.

Getting the truck was easy. Returning it was a serious pain. We got it with half a tank of gas, drove 27 miles and put $5 worth of gas in. The guy working there kept arguing about the gas gauge - fortunately we took a photo before leaving AND had the gas receipt. He grumbled about how U-Haul might want to charge us more. Seriously?

customer service in front desk they are awful they didn’t help me. I call customer service and they find a truck in the same location but when I went in there the first time they said that they didn’t have nothing available in five minutes later I went back in and I told him that I have a truck then didn’t believe me didn’t wanna help me and I give him my reservation number for them to believe me the guys in the back they were really nice and helpful with me when I took back the truck

Morning opening crew were not helpful. Rude. Stoned. Had arrangements to pick up van early, before 7:00AM. Manager approved the day before for early pickup. I informed the opening crew of said arrangement @ 6:30 AM. They purposefully made me wait while they ate, played on their phones laughing and chuckling about making me wait till 7:00AM. I had already reserved and had my info on file, but they made me go through the ringer to get the van and go. Completely unprofessional, and unaccommodating. I was told I would get a receipt in email. Never received it! I like the place due to my past experiences with Amber and William, but hard pressed to go there again after that experience.

Absolutely a fantastic move. Entire staff was customer service oriented and offerred tips and ideas to make the move experience 1st class. Having rentaed from multiple Penske and U-Haul locations around the country, this location is by far the best. Owner is professsional and encourages input to insure that the service exceeds expectations.

There are several U-Haul outlets in the area, and this is far and away my favorite. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The vehicles are well-maintained and pickup and drop-off is always no-muss, no-fuss. This will be my go-to U-Haul as long as I live in Edmonds.

Arriving early after being shipped x-country, our U-box with its contents was secured in a shipping container on site thus keeping it dry. The crew set up our car to tow the U-box on a trailer.
