I tried to get a bigger storage an wasn't able to. So I canceled mine an got one somewhere else. An the lady in livingston tn where I picked up was rude an on personal calls whole time while there was about 5 of us waiting to pick up. I couldn't use app to pick up

Way overpriced, had my camper stored and the gave us a deadline to be out. The company that had it before u haul was very courteous and always helpful and didn't raise the cost one time we were there.

I never had a bad experience. The staff was right on the ball. Very friendly and helpful staff. And the facility was always clean. I stored my possessions there for 2 years and never had any issues!! I highly recommend them!

The sales representative came out immediately to help me. He was very friendly and cooperative. He swept the unit out immediately so I could take possession. He explained everything very thoroughly. Really appreciate the great Customer Service.

The only issue is the location of the keypad relative to the gate for the Lover's Lane facility - it's very awkward - not sure how to fix it but maybe put some thought into it

Very hard to speak with someone. I had a question regarding moving out of storage. Person that answered phone did not know answer and said someone would call me asap. No one ever called. Then I received an e-mail the day after I moved out that said I owed money for the next month. Could not get ahold of anyone at facility. Spoke to an 800 customer service rep that said she had no idea why it says that but I would not be charged.

I had auto pay set up on my account so I never had to deal with anyone directly. However when I did need to speak to someone I was able to via phone and the communication through email was very proactive when U-Haul acquired the storage units from the previous owners. Move out was a breeze and everything in my storage was just as it was when I initially put my things in there. I had a climate control unit and saw no signs of pest once I moved out. No complaints

I was not aware that this location had been changed to fully remote management. Luckily for me, the the woman who cleans out units happened to be on site and she was EXTREMELY helpful.

In the 2 years i’ve had my storage unit, the price has gone from $29 a month to $89. For a place that has to be accessed through a gate with a specific code, im not sure why it’s not accessible 24/7. For me specifically there would be things that I had in the storage unit that I would think about getting after I got off of work, and I wouldn’t be able to access it until the next day.

Someone(s) had gotten into my unit and stolen quite a bit of my things. UHaul had no way to assist with this since there were no cameras to show who did such. If anyone asks about getting a storage unit, I will let them know my experience and that they are risking losing some of their stuff by having it at that location. However, the facility was very clean and the staff were great. I did appreciate them. They were really professional and friendly.

I’m sorry to see the location I use go to un-staffed. The young man who has helped me each time I added a unit was great!! There seems to be a lot of broken glass and screws, nails etc. in the parking lot near the units. I got a screw in my tire the last time I was there. Other than debris in the parking area, it’s usually clean. Normally a good experience!

The Young Man was Awesome he was off work heading to his truck, Most People would have rushed off or would have ducked the questions all together, This Gentleman stayed and helped me log in and get keys, then stayed until we were driving off What a Kind Human being, I will rent from them because of him GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AWESOME HUMAN BEING

Everything was good, it was well lite and clean and easy to enter and leave. Just make sure that you are aware that with inflation and the price is going up on everything like food and gas and ect, that the original rate you start with may go up in time also due to operating cost and how it may affect you if you are on a fixed income.
