The gal at the main office was very rude and I was told I could not get into my unit till following day due a lock being on door and nobody there to take off lock. She has been real rude every time I have delt with her renting u hauls and her customer service skill could represent the company much better, she gives off the impression that she hates her job and the people who are involved .

The rental was scheduled for 7 am, but the self-checkout app was malfunctioning, leaving me stranded in the lot until 8:30 when an employee finally arrived. It took an additional 30 minutes to secure the truck. Upon starting, the low fuel light immediately illuminated. While it served its purpose for my brief move, the overall experience was far from efficient or seamless. The two hours spent in the lot and at the gas station made the rental less worthwhile.

We had a very poor experience with U-Haul this weekend. The lock code that was given to us was the incorrect code for the truck that was assigned to us, so we weren't able to get the keys to our truck. We tried using the online chat function - that didn't work. We tried calling the U-Haul phone number - I was transferred and then the call dropped after being on hold for 5-10 minutes. We tried ringing the doorbell on the building - there were no employees at this location. After trying the phone number again, we were finally able to connect with a real person at customer service and she had us try every possible lock code they had until one eventually worked. We were standing outside this location for over 1.5 hours, which in-turn set our moving plan back. Thankfully we were able to get $50 refunded on our truck rental, although I would've appreciated a full refund for this issue and inconvenience.

The truck had a dead battery, and having hard time to get anyone on the phone. I lost one hour dealing with all the issues. On the other hand the lady who physically came down and helped me at this location was great, very helpful.

Be better prepared for cold weather days and make sure equipment works. Had multiple problems with batteries and it made my move day a bigger headache than it should have been hope to not have to use uhaul again

Absolutely terrible experience to only be able to get the truck using the app. No indication on the building that is how you have to get the truck, so I was stuck on hold calling the help center until I was told how to get the truck. Then the code that was given to me for the truck was incorrect, so I had to call again. And then the fact there’s no dolly or moving blankets available for rent at the facility makes it absolutely useless and one I will never go to again.

The Self Serve system does not work well. The app and website are very slow and the both DL scanner's would not take my DL. U-Haul Had to call a relative to verify my identity. Took 45 minutes before I could actually get in to the vehicle. The employee there stated that they cannot assist me in any way. A really screwy system which I would not do again. Wasted valuable time due to this poor set-up, but still had to return it at the same time that my original reservation was booked for even though it was due to app and website issues on your companies end.

Hire someone instead of making me your employee to rent it. I will never get a uhaul from a location that only does app pickups. This was so stupid. I should have been paid for everything I did at drop off and pick up. Your app made me fill out the same information multiple times. The programmers you used should all be fired because if I didn’t know how to use technology well I wouldn’t have been able to figure it out. The user interface was horrible. Really walked away from this experience hoping I never need a uhaul ever again. I hope the money you saved from making the customer be your employee to get their uhaul is worth it cause I won’t be coming back.

I got my reservation online and when I went to get the truck they did not have one assigned to my reservation so I spent 40 mins working with them to see what the issue was and nobody could figure it out. Their only tip was “refreshing”

There are no staff onsite, so if you have issues or need a storage unit unlocked, it is not convenient. Other than that, accessing the unit is easy, and overall things are clean.

Pick up was HORRIBLE! My app did not say “Pickup my Truck”. Can’t do anything without that. Spent an hour on the phone and finally someone walked me through the steps that the app would do. Pickup my Truck showed up on app half way through with phone person. Lady in the office was “new”. So no help. I waited 90 minutes to pull away in truck. Had movers waiting for me. Cost me more money!! I’ve requested some type of refund but have heard nothing. I’ll NEVER do a pickup without a person in the office to help. Much easier having a person and not rely on technology. Horrible system!!!

I could not get your app or website to work to rent a truck to be picked up. Thankfully I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a wonderful man named Jeffery, who helped me rent the truck. Like I said I couldn’t get the app or website to work, so thankfully a young man had just arrived at U-Haul and he assisted me way above and beyond

Have clear instructions and have equipment reserved. I waited and had to call three different people before they were able to get me a code for a truck. I got the truck at nearly empty and then they charged me for not filling it.

It worked for the time I would not suggest someone moving to use this facility the doors work when they want to do u most have someone with you to hold the door and the elevator is a lot when you already is doing heavy lifting and pulling and there is really no staff to help you with any needs if you need to get in. You would have to drive to the main office this is a inconvenience to me and I would use a easy facility next time I was to tired to find something else made my move hard.

Sliding door was not functioning during my move out. Numbers posted did not reach a person. Had to call general customer service number to get assistance. Found a used hypodermic needle in my unit. This means that a drug addict was using in the facility and threw his waste over the wall into my unit via the open ceiling.

The self service process is really unpleasant. The app is slow and if things don’t work it’s ~30 minutes to get assistance over the phone. I wouldn’t rent a truck this way again.

I found the app-only rental experience frustrating. The steps made sense but were laborious. I would just as soon go to a counter and initiate/end the transaction. I saw no benefit from the app experience. Also, I had already secured a rental for several days from now and had to repeat the entire process to rent another truck. Seemed unnecessary.

Waited almost an hour after pick up time trying to get help. Would not answer front door. When called, they told me they were busy and I should call the 800#. Vehicular wasn’t checked in adding to more delays. Upon recipt, vehicle as on empty. With only a few miles left in tank. Had to make an emergency stop at gas station right after pick up. Terrible service and experience.

I made my reservation online a few days prior to needing the truck. I decided that I needed two dollies so I called the listed number for this location. She promptly added 2 dollies to my order and re-confirmed my location pick up and time. All seemed to go smoothly until we arrived to the destination on pick up day. This was a mobile-only location and the online reservation system and the lady I spoke to, made this a in-person reservation. So no one was there to assist us. I sat on hold for an hour before I got ahold of someone who switched my reservation to a mobile reservation. After getting the truck, there were no dollies and the back door of the truck’s springs were so tight that it got jammed multiple times which made the moving process by no means easy. When it came to returning the truck, we were told to return it to spot 5. Spot 5 was already taken by another truck. Terrible experience. I want my money back.

Wrong hours for the office. My unit was not available for move-in even though I did online move-in. I had to drive to a completely different location to speak to a human. I would not rent a truck from here. A lot of confused and, upset people who had been waiting a long time to get access to their vehicles.

The truck was not ready when I arrived. The truck I was supposed to use was returned late and then I was told that I couldn't use it because it had to be checked in. I was finally assigned a different truck, over an hour after I was supposed to pick it up. I was told they could not adjust the reservation time so I did not get a full four hours. I was told I would be sent a form that I never received.

Worst experience ever, the instructions to get the keys were wrong, there were lockboxes by the door that weren't mentioned in the instructions, and the key was in box 2 when it said it would be in box 10, which didn't even exist. Truck had several things that were broken too, including the handle of the back door that was jammed open up on my arrival. Took me 15 minutes to get it unjammed.

Employees were truly useless. Unable to help with check in. Both dismissive and rude and struggled to provide a satisfactory experience that ultimately had us waiting for an hour to get going with our rental despite being the only customers in the store. One employee flat out refused help and was wildly dismissive. I will avoid using uhaul again as this experience left us wildly frustrated and behind in moving two homes in one day. Employees were dismissive and rude in what ultimately became a self service experience.

This particular facility is one of the worst facilities I’ve ever seen in my entire life having moved to multiple states over the years. The staff is very friendly and helpful and does a good job. But the layout makes moving in and out horrible.the primary thing that makes this facility a living nightmare is the outdated cargo elevator with no motorized automation, forcing you to open and close two sets of heavy doors Every single time you want to take a load up or down a floor, this is exhausting, along with the fact that the elevator floor doesnt align flush with the hallway floor so every time you go in or out the elevator you have to pull the cart up and over which usually results in your load of items falling off the cart. Nightmare to deal with.

Charity helped me from the office at 2000 Lower Colfax. She was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I never saw anyone at the Lipan site. When I went over the first time to move in, the company lock was still on the door. I could not locate anyone onsite to remove it for over 30 minutes. The office was open, the persons cell phone was plugged in but no person. Charity sent someone over from the other location to finally let me in after also not being able to locate the onsite person. She was great!

Where do I begin? When we arrived at the storage facility on Lipan, there was a note taped to the door that read, "I'm on the property somewhere. You can do everything from your phone." We then waited outside the storage building on hold for eternity for a customer service rep whom proceeded to tell us that we had to go to the U-Haul on 2000 Lower Colfax to "finish paperwork." The young woman at that location was rude, unfriendly, and argumentative. She tried to send me a link to upload my ID which I had already done at the beginning of this entire U-Haul process, and for some reason, it was not in the system. She then complained about her supervisor who "called in and left her with all of the hard work, and that's why she should be here because I don't know anything about this reservation." She called the supervisor who didn't answer, but immediately called her back at which point she answered the phone, "WHAT?" Such disrespect, I couldn't believe what I was hearing and witnessing. Then, there was a discrepancy with the units we were supposed to receive and that took even more time. We then went back to the Lipan U-Haul, checked in on the keypad and entered into the storage building. We made our way to the 3rd floor to our units, which were "surprise!"...locked. Not one single time did anyone at U-Haul mention to us that we: #1 couldn't access the units without an employee unlocking said units, but #2 that we needed to purchase specific, round locks. Luckily, we were able to locate an employee, at which time, she told us that had she not been there, we would not have been able to access our units or unload our U-Haul which was due back that night. Also, there were people entering the building without checking-in on the keypad, specifically speaking about an older, homeless looking gentleman who entered the building through the automatic door while smoking a cigarette. Just letting you know. What a freaking' nightmare this was. By the end, everything worked out, but the experience itself, leaves a bad taste and a lot to be desired from a company such as U-Haul who should have all of this dialed in as it is WHAT YOU DO! There were some very serious missteps that could have been prevented throughout this whole entire process. What if we hadn't been the lucky people who just happened to figure all of this out before the building closed? Ya'll need to get it together.

When arriving for my reservation (5:30-7:30pm), no staff were present although all signs outside say open on-site until 7pm. Also, when checking in to gain access to my truck, the Uhaul app said my equipment wasn't available so I waited 45 minutes to talk to a representative who gave me a truck on empty and Uhaul attempted to charge me nearly $100 for the gas fees and returning the truck on empty. Absolutely terrible experience. I will make sure that people do not go to the site in the Highlands.

The woman staffing the office at this location went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience moving into my unit. She was friendly, helpful and able to answer all my questions. She graciously walked with me to my third floor unit, twice, to help me. Additionally, she re-opened the office, after closing for the day, so I could purchase a lock. I really appreciated the friendly, professional customer service!

They didn't have the truck I needed ready (it was there but they couldn't get it unlocked). After wasting thirty minutes trying to get it unlocked they switched me to a smaller truck which meant we couldn't get the whole job needed in time because the storage unit closed on us since we had to do multiple trips with the smaller truck and started 45 minutes late. Not sure how an entire company loses track of a padlock code and tells you something is reserved a week in advance just to not have it readily available.

No employee was to be found for over an hour and the lock on our truck wouldn’t open. We called the service line and they kept telling us we weren’t putting enough force into opening lock. After an hour the employee showed up and said that the lock code hadn’t updated. Frustrating experience but once resolved there were no issues. The mobile pick up is easy other than that

The location showed a worker would be on site at 7am no one was there. I had to change my reservation to a mobile order. Which was not something I wanted to do wasted a lot of time. Even when I got back no one was on site.

To arrive at this location and then figure out the self-serving model was disappointing and added nearly an hour to getting access to my vehicle. It was also confusing to have a fuel tank with 5/8 of a tank, thus I was unsure of my fueling obligation. I returned it with 3/8 tank and was charged $45.

The truck was not ready for pickup at the original reservation time. When I returned to the location after speaking over the phone with a rep for the second time, the code provided for the disc lock was not correct. Frankly, I’d like all of my money back. By the end of the day I had to make 3 separate trips to this location to simply complete pickup and had to speak with 3 different reps to get this situation straightened out before I could take the truck out. Please contact me about a refund.

The location services on the app weren’t working for me so I followed the instructions on the app to return my truck, Then the next day when I tried to rent a truck again I was blocked from checking one out. Very frustrating as it cost me almost 2 hours and I feel like I couldn’t have done anything g to prevent it. Luckily the attendant who helped me on the second day was very helpful and helped me resolve the situation.

The lock would not come off for self check in. Took an hour to just give me another truck. Did not update the info in the system so truck mileage and stuff did not match. Go to return vehicle and they try to get me to return at another location.

When I called to close my unit, I asked about a refund for the remaining month. Samantha said they don’t give them. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. I said I would like to speak to Diego Ledezma or Adam Walker, She said they’re going to tell you the same thing. I said that’s fine, I would still like to talk to one of them. I asked her to give them my number and call me back. Charity called me back and was mad demanding that I tell her the situation because if it was about her location she needed to know. I told her I asked about the refund and I wasn’t able to finish because she said they don’t give them and hung up on me. Charity was very rude and unprofessional in the way she handled the situation. No reason to get hung up on.

The online check in process was horrible and took over an hour with numerous phone calls to U-Haul for further assistance. When we finally got our truck, there was less than 25% of the gas tank filled which required us to go get gas before we vcan be on our way.

Pick up was a bit confusing, We could not unlock our truck, so the replacement one did not have a furniture dolly, blankets etc that I had requested and paid for. I ended up having to buy a furniture dolly. $42.00 I did not plan on spending, All in all it was good.

The reason I put no for recommendation is I had a lot of issues with the mobile service. It delayed me by almost an hour with my move. Luckily there was someone there who could help me get keys and get going. I prefer in person for truck rental

The truck itself was in great condition and so clean it even smelled good. The locks, however, are absolutely AWFUL to deal with and because there isn’t technically an “office”/customer service, the employees there will not help or assist in any way- as in won’t even tell you tips like “try jiggling the lock”. I spend an hour and a half dealing with the locks when trying to pick up the truck in the freezing cold. Third truck finally had a lock that would work if you jiggled it just right. Return wound up a nightmare too- the lockboxes were locked with the same style of lock and also impossible to deal with. In summary- I WOULD NOT recommend this location due to the horrible condition of the locks and the refusal to help my staff. I would, however, praise the clean and readily available truck.

AwfulExperience. I had phone call from someone named charity at your Denver location. I’ve been harassed by this team for weeks and ignored when I attempted to make a resolution. Today they called again hung up on me. I’m not sure what’s going on as I received confirmation that my unit was moved out of. I can also confirm that I moved out in august. I’m a working profesional and don’t appreciate the constant calls and harassment. Charity should not be working there if she can not properly give customer support, speak kindly, and have patience. I plan to share this on other platforms as well considering the constant harassment and rude calls from your team. It’s very unprofessional.

I had reach out via email on three different occasions to the Uhaul manager as I had signed up for automatic monthly payments but it apparently didn’t go through so I was asking for them to confirm and I never heard back. Tried enrolling again after I received a late charge and I emailed again to confirm my enrollment, again no response to confirm. Two months later I received a late charge again. I also did not receive a reminder email of the upcoming monthly bill like I had the previous month. Overall poor communication, lack of response and late charges that I was trying to dispute but again never heard back from the uhaul manager.

The fact that the staff is at another facility made this unit unattractive and frustrating along with the fact there were only 2 carts to service the entire facility. I ended up going to another storage facility and moving my stuff in before anyone even got back to me about cancelling.

I have used U Haul on many occasions, especially throughout my military career. In my past experiences, my service with the company was always about average. I always attribute the integrity of a company by the service you receive from its employees. If employees are treated poorly then so will the service and equipment they offer. That was from like the mid 90's to mid 2000's. My recent experience with U Haul has been phenomenal to say the least. All the from the beginning of my move from Tallahasse, FLorida to Denver, Colorado, this has been one of my best experiences with U-Haul........ever!!! To the crew at U-Haul at Florida State University to the crew at U-Haul Moving & Storage at Mile High Station, sorry I can't remember names but you know who you are...thank you for a wonderful experience.

My experience was frustrating every step of the way. The office is on a different site than the facility, so getting my documents and locks was annoying. My unit wasn’t unlocked for me the day I moved in (even though my rent started that day) so I had to park my moving truck on the street and unload everything the next day. Even then, the unit wasn’t ready in the time frame they promised. However, Diego was very nice and was able to unlock it for me once I was there. Also, there is no way to get access codes other than going to the off site office. They don’t give these out over the phone even with multiple types of ID verification. There is also only one elevator in the building, and when I moved in another renter had totally blocked the elevator with their stuff and I had to wait an hour and a half to move my stuff in. I tried calling to see what could be done about this, and there was nothing they were willing to do. They wouldn’t even notify the location manager to inform the other renters of elevator courtesy. I will never get a storage unit from UHAUL again as my experience was less than satisfactory.

I reserved a unit on the first floor with specific dimensions. I was given a unit on the third floor with different dimensions. The freight elevator is not as convenient as a normal elevator. That inconvenience causes people to leave it open on the second and third floors rather than closing it for others to use. Forcing the use of multiple keypads multiple times creates multiple single points of contact that people have to use making it easy to pass germs or viruses. Giving out key cards would be better. Requiring people to go to the storage facility customer service center in person to close a unit at move-out is unnecessary. It should be able to be done online as well.

I reserved a unit on the first floor long before the rental date. When I got my unit assignment on the rental date, I was told the only unit available close to the size I reserved was on the third floor. The floor difference is a huge inconvenience. The freight elevator is not easy to use and it is even worse if more than one party is using it. The doorways are not tall enough for all mattress sizes when using the mattress cart forcing you to move the mattress without a cart.

This experience was the absolute worst. First off, there’s no one on site. Showed up to only have to go to a different location to check in and then go back to the facility. Not to mention that the phone number for the manager goes straight to voicemail every time. When I arrived to check in the 5 people at the counter just stared at me and didn’t want to move from their seats at all and offered rude and terrible customer service. When I got back to the storage facility, the main door was broken and we had to use a tiny door way to move an entire house worth of furniture. I will never use this Highlands locations or Lower Colfax location ever again. Please be warned and don’t waste your time here. Try every other location before wasting your time with this one.

Nothing about this rental went smoothly or was convenient. When we showed up to the unit during operating hours there was no one there to check us in or assign a unit even though we had a reservation for the move in day. We had to sit on the phone with customer service for 20-30min until we finally got ahold of someone to help us. Even then we were told to drive to a different location to check in. However they still had to send someone over to our location to unlock the unit for us. We waited for at least 30-45 minutes for someone to show up and take the lock off. It is frustrating to have everything booked well ahead of time and be told that we can handle everything from the uhaul app and then have to jump through hoop after hoop to actually get what we need. I sat on hold many different times in attempt to find someone to help once the app and online systems were not working. I will be incredibly hesitant to ever rent from uhaul again because of how difficult this experience was.

I was on hold for 45 minutes with the 800# (even though a message kept repeating that my call would be answered in 5-10 min). The person who answered wasn't helpful - told me to put it in the same box where I got the key but couldn't provide me with the combination code to the lock. Told me I had to drive to another town to drop off the key. I would NOT rent from UHAUL again. Very poor customer service and excessively long hold times.

My vehicle had a mechanical issue and was not available - I was not notified at all of this, this is unacceptable and awful customer service. Fortunately I found a cargo van but it was too small so I had more trips to make to load and unload which increased my mileage costs and took more time. The 24/7 pick up and drop off app is a pain- photos don’t upload unless you’re right in front of the building even though that’s not where vehicle parking was for me. Overall a very poor experience.

I HATED the online system. For whatever reason, it wouldn’t let me enter my own phone number. It kept saying it was already in use (obviously, I made the reservation with it). I thought so found a loop hole when I entered my fiancé’s number in for mine. Only to find out I needed a second phone number (that we didn’t have) to confirm the reservation. Our passports were already packed and not with us for the truck pick ups, our new lease agreement was digital so I couldn’t take a picture of it. I ended up calling every family member (waking them all up) to find someone to answer the phone so we can get this stupid truck. It took 45 minutes to figure it out. The system closed me out twice. Without a human in the building to help, I got so frustrated that I almost gave up and moved without the truck. This was single handily the worst way to start a long day of moving stuff. Are we really at a place in our society were we just eliminate all human jobs for crappy digitalized replacements that don’t actually work? Even returning the truck was a challenge. How am I supposed to know where you want the truck? It’s not like the app ever told me to park in a certain region. I could have parked 3 blocks away for all you know! Additionally, the code for the box was incorrect and it wouldn’t open to return the keys safely. Luckily, my fiancé realized he could just push the lock open (it had clearly been broken) so we could get the keys inside and leave). It’s not like there was a HUMAN to help us or tell them what was going on (and the online system didn’t have a representative chat at that point). From now on, I will only go to Uhaul locations that have actual humans working inside because that was ridiculous.

Then after staying on hold for 45+ minutes (when I have approximately 3 hours to move anyways) got the most condescending, rude woman who gave me attitude when I was just trying to explain the situation. When I called again I was told the system was down so codes weren’t working and I couldn’t be issued a new code because the system was done and that it would be til tomorrow til you were back online so there was nothing they could do for me. When I asked if I could speak to you, Diego, she said you’d tell me the same thing. So I had just driven from NY, arrived in inclement weather and was just told sorry, nothing we can do. Even though I had already been charged. So to say the move in process went well would be a gross understatement. We were finally able to get the in the next day without any help or follow up from U-Haul.

went to my storage unit to move in and COULDN'T move my stuff in because UHAUL had a padlock on my unit making it inaccessible to me to move my things in. so i waited on hold for an hour to speak to someone to help me and by that time FINALLY came, my phone battery was on 1% and I had to load all my things BACK into my car, drive to public storage accross the street to be able to store my belongings. this was a horrific experience and I would not recommend uhaul self storage to anyone. what an awful inconvenience this has caused me. wont be doing business with uhaul anymore due to the lack of customer care.

We were told by staff that at an office location that they would meet us at the unit at a different location in 10 minutes to deliver the lock we purchased and show us around. This did not happen, they did not answer the phones, and we waited for hours before giving up and leaving. You suck.

The check in process was not smooth and did not make for a good experience. I filled in the pre-check-in information and then still had to fill out a bunch of information while picking up, which was fine. But then for some reason that info wasn’t enough and I was asked to provide more information (like an alternate contact, or passport) which wasn’t readily accessible to me on the spot (really, why did you need my passport?who walks around with a passport?) so I had to go home again. It would’ve been helpful to know that this information could’ve been requested so I would’ve been ready. This delayed the pick up process, which was advertised as easy since it was all online. And then I was still expected to return the truck at the same time regardless of when I picked it up.

The U-Haul truck that I was given was way past its prime and it was very difficult to put the ramp back into the truck. I am a pretty strong person and it took everything within me to get it back in. Also it was difficult to pull down the rear door. Lastly, I was pretty scared to drive as well, as this particular U-Haul had some issues with the steering wheel. Probably needed some steering fluid. My last complaint is that the customer service rep, Randi, was very rude and impatient with me when it came to me trying to find an alternative contact (11 P.M. pick up) to pick up the phone. He would eventually cancel my progress made towards trying to get the U-haul, in which it took me an entire hour more to get ahold of customer service again and get approved. -5 stars. Two thumbs down.

I tried renting at Highlands. I did not realize that this is an unmanned facility. I rented on December 23rd, and could not access my unit until the 26th. It was confusing to get in, no one was there to help, and it was a major pain. The only reason I went forward with the rental is I had no other choice. I would not recommend this facility to a friend.

I wound up spending over $100 to have a van for 4 hours - not ideal. Highly doubt I’ll be doing this again. Mobile pick up is a bit of a hassle. I was on a tight schedule; come to find that they need to contact another person as backup before you pick it up. Had I known it would be such a process, I would have gotten there much earlier - instead I used up about 20 minutes of my reserved time. Had to end up extending the reservation, so they charged me for two reservations! Then come to find that the gas must be at the same level you started with when you return it or you’re fined $30, so I tried to refill it - accidentally overshot and would up buying them some gas! (Of course you don’t get reimbursed for that)

I do not mean to berate or malign; After moving from B60 to B42 it became apparent both pins stabilizing the door’s “axle” in place, of unit B42, when it threw screws at me and failed opening. I was given use of B52 (that was awesome, thank you!). I’ve had my entry code lose it’s 24hr access, twice, and my code all-together disabled numerous times, but I believe that should be over with all the shuffling about?

There were no moving carts available when I arrived tat about 3pm on Thursday July 2. I had to wait and then I had to borrow one from someone else that had two carts a regular cart and a mattress cart only. They gave me the regular cart which I gave back to them when I was finished my off loading. No one was at the facility and I did not know what to do with the 5x8 trailer I just left it in parking lot. I hope it was not damaged or taken in the absence of anyone from Uhaul there to take possession of the return.

First, the worst part about this place was the fact that you could never get a hold of anyone when you had an issue. The main office being located at the mile high office is a huge inconvenience. Then you have the lack of parking at the facility. The loading dock is horrible to utilize for unloading. Over-priced dumpster usage fee. I mean $50 for 3 days is a bit much. The units are poorly lit and it makes it difficult when you can barely see because there is no lights in the units themselves. And having to sign in twice just to get inside was annoying. And was for nothing since it didn’t stop people wjo were not supposed to be inside from getting in. And apparently one of those someones tried to break into my storage unit and I was never notified. I had several issues and trying to reach a live person on the phone is nearly impossible. Why is there an office but no one working it. I hope that after this move I will never have to deal with U-haul ever again.

Horrible experience. I will encourage anyone I know to never use a storage unit at this facility. Literally every time I went there were issues. Elevator broken. Keypad not working. Locked out of my unit. Zero customer service. Nobody answers the phone or will call you back. Awful place and glad to be done with it.

Having a loaded trailer was a huge headache. The loading ramps were too low for any of uhauls trailers and for heavy objects like my toolbox and it was even empty. The one spot to back up is at a hard pitch due to the gate on the side.
