Front desk person (Stefven B?) was awesome and very informative.
Steven MartinI paid for boxes that I didn't get. The van mat was dirty plus the person working the front desk helped the people behind us and didn't even acknowledge us. I was also charged extra for after hour service fees, when I had my rental plus keys returned 5-10min before my return time

Solomon AwokeTerrible service. I reserved my trailer a week ahead of time to receive a call the day before stating the nearest trailer is 50 plus miles out of my travels. That would add 100 plus miles to my trip. So i was forced to take a smaller trailer and over pack the back of my truck in a attempt to complete my move. I had to leave items behind that i wanted to take and over fill my truck. This is very frustrating and bad service.
Dennis LaubyThe attendant was playing video games on his phone when I entered the establishment. I had to announce my presence for him to look up. He delayed looking at me for a moment to finish his game. He did not look at me directly the entire experience and acted curt when I asked questions for clarification. His demeanor was one of someone who is put off because he had to help someone. He looked at the video game on his phone when checking me out. He was the only person on shift at 2:30 pm on 3/17/24 at the front desk at the 6443 Evergreen way location. I will not be returning to this store and will tell others I know about this experience.

erin CArosaMain customer service is awful at keeping reservations. They did give a 50 credit but didn’t make it easy for the store manager to find and says it’s a daily occurrence.

Kate FRANKLINThe customer service side of this place is abysmal. When I was getting checked out the person behind the desk was very quiet and seemed annoyed to be there (people go through stuff and I don't expect everyone to be crazy happy all the time) so I asked him how his morning was going. He responded in a kind of annoyed tone, "shitty." That was it. That was the only personal talking we did the entire time. Other than that he checked me out okay but it took a very long time. He went back and forth from the truck about 4 to 5 times before I was able to get checked out. I get he had other jobs he needed to get done before helping me out but it took well over thirty minutes before we get the vehicle and I think most of that was making sure the equipment was in the vehicle or set aside, verifying the gas, and him inputting any info into the computer. The whole process was just quiet, uninviting, and awkward. Oh well. It got the job done but just felt weird the whole long time it took... Once I got the vehicle, I realized it didn't have equipment in the back for tying down anything (my bad for sure). I decided to go in and get a ratchet strap for one of the items we were moving. We used cash and the cashier (different person) took a silent 10 minutes to take our cash and give us change because our purchase meant he had to open the register. That whole time he was fumbling, dropping coins on the ground about 6 times, stopping to pick them up, and the he never said a word. There were other people waiting in line and they were also extremely quiet. There was this awkward chill in the air for both of these experiences. I thought the strap hooks would hold onto the wooden wall beams or onto something in the vehicle but the space in between the wall and the beams was too small for the hooks that were being sold in the store. This particular issue wasn't as much of a hassle but was just a little pain to get something that couldn't hook into any kind of ring or to the boards when I have done with friends and other companies. The vehicle ended up being good. We had no issues past the customer service. Once we got back and checked in, the crew changed and were polite and helpful. The online portion is also easy to get through and was never an issue. I wanted to do online check in but I don't even know if anything would have been ready based on the experience I had at this store. I've had other experiences in the past at this place but, ugh... this was a rough one. I am going to be looking for a new place to rent trucks and moving equipment but I won't rule this place out if I can't find what I need.

wilfredo lopezEmployee was alone and physically unable to connect the trailer to my truck. They were only able to connect the safety chains and lights. Wouldn't go there if I wasn't physically able myself. Not sure what would have happened if we would have had to shuffle trailers to get the one I needed for the One Way trip.

robert shildwachterThe issue with this location is not the staff or equipment. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The equipment works and is in good condition. My main issue is that it took an hour to check out my rentals. The staff member helping mentioned the computers are from 2001. Then, the computer crapped out. The server shut down while I was being checked out. It took 3 different computers, an attempt on the uhaul app (which couldn’t check out the items I grabbed or complete the rental btw), before my rental was finally completed. There were like 10 people waiting while all this happened. The staff member did the best he could to manage the situation. He told everyone the servers were down, it was going to be a wait, and to attempt the app. The tech is like 1/5 stars. The staff and equipment 5/5 stars. Like the tech needs a desperate upgrade. I’ll come back to this location but it’s mentally like going to the dmv where I’m going to wait forever.

Keith NoblesUnit was clean but had a lot of old minor dings, I would not have trusted the transmission on any type of long distance. It is a bit of a sham of buying the insurance and never repairing the vehicle.

Charley MorganIt was very convenient to return our renal auto transporter and the guy who took care of it did it in a very efficient fashion. Since we were unable to leave on time as planned from Colorado to Washington State, we were given an extra day for the entire trip. That made our very stressful trip less so as we did not have to hurry driving up those three steep mountain passes and it also gave us an extra day to visit my sister-in law who has cancer in Spokane, WA, before we moved on with our final destination in Everett, WA. Kudos to this company for being so flexible. I have been renting trucks so many times these past year, and I got to be very knowledgeable with you service, that I kept coming back because the service is straight forward and everybody is very helpful.

Anthony TaylorChriatian (who handled my reservation earlier in the week) had a stupid customer in line in front of me today. This stupid customer blew up at Christian for not taking cash and didn't seem to understand what an emergency contact was or how to think of one. (Christian eventually settled on "literally anyone you knew" and this 20something chose his daughter.) The customer eventually walked out, making a scene with abusive language. If that person leaves a terrible review, that person is presumably wrong on whatever they say happened. Christian was perfectly normal and low-key with that person, and he didn't carry any tension over to my interaction, even though he was rattled by the experience. Props, man.

Virginia Romero1 - tire service indicator light was on, employees did not seem concerned 2 - employees informed me there was no on-site parking after closing, even though it was freezing, I had to park nearly a block away in an unattended lot. other vehicles were there after closing. 3 - the QR code would not work at all (to return) and the site took 15 minutes to properly work 4 - the employee who helped me didn't seem to care at all about the service he offered 5 - there is more, but if 4 isn't enough to provoke care, it doesn't really matter I will not use this location again, if I use U-Haul again at all. This experience has also been shared with others.
