There was a lack of communication from beginning to end which was frustrating. The in store associate and I agreed on the last day of access to the box, delivery date and delivery location yet when I called for an update there was no record of it and customer service said it was because I never scheduled it. She scheduled the delivery and I confirmed with her the location near me. Once I am notified that the box has been delivered, I scheduled access and it's not there! Come to find out it at a different location 20 minutes away! I have 2 other locations within 10 minutes from me. The next time I needed to access the box I scheduled like required and guess what?, it's at a completely different location that's even further! I think it's fair to say that my experience wasn't good but at least my belongings arrived without any damage and most of the staff was friendly they just need to communicate and not assume first time customers know how their business is ran.

Tamra Ingersollfirst day in unit was locked in gate for close to 2 hours. called service number 4 times, first 3 people didn’t care and just kept transferring me to a number no one answered. finally got someone on 4th call who actually cared and stayed on the line with me until she got me help. thank you. entrance to back yard has an enormous hole and 6+ inch drop and would fill up with water and was an enormous hassle. i was told when i rented unit i would have 24x7 access and this was not true.
