Paul ThompsonI returned the truck and went inside to return the keys. The staff took the keys and said nothing else needed to be done and then he immediately left the store (it was also not at the end of the day). Previously, when I have returned trucks, an inspection is done to ensure there aren't any unexpected charges. I would have preferred the staff to look at the truck to ensure there wasn't any damage, especially if anything happened to the truck after I had returned it and prior to them inspecting it fror damage.

Melvin Marroquin AndaluzI rented a van. Received the RAM van with Arizona plates. The equipment was clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was NO AUTOMATIC POWER mirrors. Adjusting the mirrors manually (mainly passenger side mirror) was a pain in the you know what. Get out adjust mirror. Get back in driver side, check mirror. Get out again adjust mirror, get back in driver side seat check mirror. Honestly, spend the extra money for automatic power mirrors. Trying to find a place on highway to pull off and adjust mirrors was stressful, annoying and dangerous.

Also once I come to the business and sit down with the agent and he tells me everything is cool there's nothing I don't know anything I don't pay anything but then I get home and my card has been charged and I don't know why I have a problem with that so that's why I put non-actable about referring you to a friend nobody wants hidden charges and not told why. Sharon MathisI arrived to move my entire house in my unit. I paid movers $1000.00 to load and bring to unit. Upon arrival your gate was broken. No entrance into unit to Empty an entire move in . Extremely bad situation to put me in. Cost me $1000 plus additional $1000 for 3 man crew and time/gas to drive around Winchester looking for a storage unit for a whole avail immediately. Worst experience during an already stressful move. I cancelled my unit. However, your staff was very friendly , very helpful, I truly appreciate your excellent customer service.

I registered online and was still asked the same exact questions when I arrived to pick up the truck. I was given the keys and was told to use the text message that was sent to me. I went in to verify if the hitch dashboard light should be on. One mile down the road the tire sensor light came on.

Then we hooked up to the trailer, but the lites didn't work - thru trouble shooting couldn't find out what was blowing the fuse on my pickup. Then tried another trailer which worked fine. I was in a tight schedule yesterday and all of this put me 40 minutes behind.
JOHN SCHWEISTHALI have rented a storage unit from 2/21 to 12/23. When the storage unit changed from Dominion Storage to U-Hual, they continuously upped my rate and cut the hours I could access my storage unit. Two times I couldn't get into my unit, and the third time I had to call for someone to open the gate. All three times were well before 9pm! I never got any notification of these changes.

Andrew YoungI'm not sure if something is wrong with the fuel tank. I only used the vehicle for a total of 16 miles. The fuel gage went from 1/4 of a tank to empty after driving 8 miles. When fueled the van up to return. I put $10 into the fuel tank which the gas gage showed 1/4/of a tank. I drove the vehicle one (1) mile to the return shop. The fuel tank dropped to an 1/8 of a tank.

Rick MalamentBit disappointed that the hitch I ordered on the 23rd of August was not delivered in time for the appointment I had in September 4th! Come to find out U-Haul didn’t order the part till the 29th, lack of organization on the automated customer service side lead me to take 2 hours out of my day to drive to a different location and back to pick up a part that should have already been in the location I ordered it to! The facility in Winchester was okay, Robert was very helpful and fit the installation in! Seemed under staffed though and had to do multiple jobs. Experience was poor from the ordering and shipping side!

Kristopher KelloggI would recommend that all rentals are provided with a full tank of fuel. It is time consuming and a challenge to estimate how much fuel you need to put in the vehicle prior to return when you picked up the vehicle with a tank that was a little over half.

EDWARD (ED) SEAL | First ImpressionsWe rented our 10x10 climate control unit online. Received a confirmation call from GM Robert 3 days after. We arrive on our scheduled rental date and we're told they don't have a unit for us. Adam and Melissa were manning the store, offered to call around to find us another unit and were extremely apologetic - No other units were available. I placed a call to Robert and he could have cared less. Offered no apology nothing. After going around and around for 2 hours we ended up having to go with a non climate control and a much smaller and damaged unit. I 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend using this storage place. The ONLY saving grace to this whole experience was Melissa and Adam. Someone give them a huge raise and a promotion!

NOT ACCEPTABLE and bad business. Would have been appropriate to reimburse me at least for the gas used. Also, the lights go off in the halls too soon, it is WAY too dark to function safely. Needs improvement. New mgr trying best to get me sorted, but this is all bad business -- along with a price increase after so many years.

If there was a way to have someone available on staff after 5 PM (with prior appointment), I would have been able to supervise the move, the loading of the truck, and come with them. Fortunately, everything worked out, but when I arrived back home, it was mayhem on the house because there was no supervision as the movers loaded the truck. I also noticed some mold inside the unit. I am hoping my furniture will not get damaged. I did not notice the mold when I initially looked at the unit. The service was VERY NICE. People were very friendly and helpful. THANK YOU!

I appreciate their diligence and communication for the security of my stored items.

Several were vandalized over the last couple of years (Mine). Additionally, I would like to see additional gravel spread around the RV lots. Nothing has been done since 2008.
