when I signed up to rent the unit i gave my banking info for auto draft payments. the first payment went without hick up. the second payment i got a notice i was late so i called and gave me banking info again they made the payment. every month forward i would get an email of a late fee assessed and would have to go online to pay my rent payment. i set up auto payment every month and it never would auto pay. for 6+ months i had to pay more than $50 in fees because of their payment system never working and them not notifying me of the payment until after the fees were put onto my account. i finally got fed up with it and moved my stuff out and cancelled my unit. would I recommend this place? no unless you pay for the unit 12 months at once.

The rental truck contract I was provided listed the truck as having 300+ less miles than what was actually on the truck. They assured me this was OK and to take a picture of it within the UHAUL pickup app. When I finally returned the truck 3 hours later, I was unable to perform the after hours return because the mileage was so high compared with the contract. I finally just dropped the keys off in the slot after wasting 20 minutes trying to return it within the app. The next day i was was charged an additional $300+ for the extra miles that I did not put on the truck. They also charged me an extra day for the dolly that I rented. I had to waste more time and contact UHUAL support to get my reimbursement. Since the management of this location is apparently incompetent I would not recommend them.

Better customer service with the agent. We retuned to the location to turn in the truck and the doors where locked at 6:50 so we had to turn in the truck via the app at that point I was dissatisfied by that.

The manager Katy is very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to extend my rental and went in to do so. I was told by a gentlemen that I would be billed, however I still called corporate to extend it for me. Katy then went off on me and told me I was inconvenient because she was allowing someone else to rent. I woke up to a voicemail stating Katy was going to call the police to report the truck stolen. I called corporate again to inform them and make sure I was safe and abiding my contract. The same morning (today) I let Katy know what corporate had done for me so there wouldn’t be any miscommunication. Katy still proceeded in calling my job to inform them I had stolen their truck which caused me to be suspended. I will definitely be filing a lawsuit.

They don't update records with provided info, and penalize you for errors that were ensued because of their own negligence. Rude and unprofessional management but the team members were pleasant.

My cashier Joe Lewis was understanding and welcoming. There was another male employee that was insensitive and rude. The truck key would not turn and I had to turn the steering wheel very hard to get the truck to crank. This was a horrible experience.

When I rented the truck the associate asked me how long I would need the vehicle. I asked does it matter and he said no they just want an estimated time. However if I needed it longer just call and they will extend the time. Well when I called to extend it I was originally told it would be an additional $78 I could not believe this. I thought that was unethical business practice. After an initial complaint the person on the phone did not charge me. I am sure it is in the very fine print that this is policy but if you are going to rent a truck for the day request the entire 24 hour period.

Stephen gave me the van when it was 3/4 and returning asked me to fill it up to the level between 7/8 and F. I am frustrated because for only 13 miles drive I had to fill 4 gallons of gas. They don't match the gas level with the one indicated on the document prior to giving you but want you to check it yourself. This is a total money trap. They could be using this for their personal benefits. You should look into this matter immediately

Usually I have no issues here. This time not the same.. first my dolly wasnt in the truck and I had to go back to pick it up. Then with a full packed truck, the battery died and truck wouldnt stop. I had to give the truck a jump start from my own car. The cashier Steven did a good job.

The managment staff was wonderful in helping with the check out process, check in was easy too. Katy and Will are great, friendly, and extremely helpful! The van was clean and well maintained. Keep up the great work!! I would definitely recommend this Uhaul location to others and rent here in the future.

The online check in process was a nightmare. Unresponsive for over 40 minutes, reps in the store told me they couldn’t do anything. After begging they finally called and was able to push the order through after almost an hour being there. I asked if I could extend my reservation by an hour since they took an hour to check me in. They refused and the guy even stood up, came around his counter and walked up to my face and started yelling at me. Absolutely horrible service. Never going back again

When we picked up the truck the older gentleman helping us was excellent. He quick and efficient. We dropped the truck off a day late, because we were not finished with our move. I received a call from a woman asking when we would be returning the truck. I guaranteed her that it would be returned within the next hour. 15 minutes later, I get another call from the same woman stating that of the car was not returned today they would report it stolen. I was shocked, because I just talked to her 15 minutes prior. She was rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this location to anyone, if they are going to be treated in that manner.

Said I drove 14 miles and I DIDN'T I drove my car to do the extra driving I don't believe it and the gas needle was playing a game to . They say the needle slightly moves when u start to drive so how do I know what they put was right

We have a corporate account. We have been using Uhaul this location for many years. I have been patient with the company as it has had some transition at this location. But this past weekend I reserved the truck as we do each week to move our church equipment to our worship service. I was awaken from a nap on Saturday afternoon to get our credit card info. I had already made the reservation and our info was on file. I was told that the location that we have used (again for years) did not have the info. This is the fourth time this has happened. I don't know what you can do to prevent it from reoccurring, but I thought I would let you know this is frustrating.

It's almost as complicated and time consuming to rent a $7 dolly as it is to adopt a child! Simple solution: for cheap items like that: just require a substantial deposit, say $100, to assure the return of the item, rather than driver's licenses and multiple phone #s and names and addresses... and 20 minutes of the clerk messing with the computer and cameras while the customer just wants to rent a $7 dolly for an hour!

Customers service at this locations needs serious attention. Equipment are in poor condition. Trucks has check engine lights on and the other truck has low tire pressure light on. Very dissatisfied with my experience at this location yesterday

Equipment was fine, but the location was different than every other location I have used. Because I had a “out-of-state license“ because I had just moved there, they said that they must hold another form of ID that had my name on it before renting me a truck. The only one that I had was my car registration. They kept that and locked it up for me to get after I returned my truck after hours. They said that when I return my truck online, it would give me a code that I could punch in and retrieve my car registration. This was after the guy had told me about the four trucks they had recently had stolen and ended up in different states. It was quite odd, and I have never had anyone take my car registration before… And I had even rented another truck here in Houston after moving from Utah. I used the truck it was fine. When I went to return it, no code was given to me and I could not retrieve my car registration or drop my key. I called U-Haul customer support and was on the line for half an hour, after hours late at night so I understand, but Molly was Able to work wonders and helped me to finally get someone to come down and unlock it for me. I had never had this happen before the U-Haul location and it was very frustrating. Great product, this location was less than desirable.

U have one dangerous habit. We had storage on the second floor. The elevator was occupied for and extended time and the exit doors to the stairs were LOCKED. This is deadly in case of fire.
