The manager Mark, very rude, unprofessional, should definitely not work for uhal, has. Bad things to say about U-Haul, not happy where he works, is mean to staff, and customers, Jen was very nice, represents U-Haul in a very professional, way, the kind ofperson, idlive to have represent my company, Jenn is ahardworker, great Customer service, goes out of her way, and above and beyond to please the Customers, always has a smile on her hardworking face.. need an app we can download that would allow us to open grave door via are phone.

Was also billed for a unit well after I had been refunded and removed then had to jump through customer service hoops to rectify the situation. Called the location 7-10 times during office hours and a person in their actual office never picked up the phone once. Always sent to customer service at corporate overall bad experience.

It took an hour to get my reservation completed and then was not informed it was at a separate location wasting more of my time. I moved out and still had to call 800 customer service to get my rental closed.

I was given no code and had to be let in by elderly couple to get access. I was locked out and no answer when I called location. I still do not have code or access and was given no help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!

A young lady in training was helping me but didn’t know what she was doing the young man training took over and she proceeded to lay her head on his arm and not pay attention to learn. After a bit she got up walked over to the other young man’s work space to flirt and play, he told her to go back she was helping a customer. Very uninterested in doing anything she should be. I got my paperwork and went to find my locker and found out the map I was given was not that location and I was never informed of this. Took an hour to get helped fully. There is more but sick of this and will never use this facility again!!

JAMES GARGALA | Overall ExperienceThe facility is extremely hard to get ahold of. I was always directed to the call center, regardless of time of day. On my final move out, I called twice, 6 hours after the first time, to be able to speak to someone because my call wasn't being returned, like the call center person had put in the notes. Then the following afternoon, a young guy called me and acted like there were no notes in from when I spoke the night before. I also had to request for my move out email to be resent because I never received it like they had said I would. A little better communication from the office would be great for the people renting. I understand the call center if the local office is closed but when they're open, that's who people want to talk to.

Very well lit, clean and appealing! Short staffed, but these days, it is difficult to find Excellent help that REALLY care about their customers!!!

Scott Nelson | Overall ExperienceI was dissatisfied that I had to keep going across the street for paperwork and payment because no one was at U-Haul where my storage is. I was told that I needed to sweep out the unit I moved out of and when I went to move into a unit there was stuff all over the floor and I had to sweep it also. The general manager that I was introduced to at my U-Haul unit was very helpful and accommodating when he was there, and was very disappointed yesterday when I found out he was no longer working there. I don't know those circumstances but I wished he was still there. And when I went to the other U-Haul across the street some girl was jumping around like a little kid behind the counter and it just looked unprofessional.
