Very unprofessional staff working here the lady at the front constantly argued with customers. The boy working front is very dry and acts like he doesn’t know anything. They don’t know how to talk to people and the U-Haul’s are not up to par. I will never come to this location again.

The staff is always very professional and friendly. I visit this location often for propane refills and when we need to rent a trailer like this time. I have seen them keep their professional attitude even when dealing with extremely rude people. I would give them 10000 stars if I could!

This was my first time visiting this location and when walking up to the counter, I had to ask the employee was he available. He was just sitting there looking, I’m also confused how I was charged a $20 fee I inspected the truck myself and it was returned before after hours 5:15.

The representative helping me upon equipment return had the worse attitude. She snapped on me. I waited patiently and she was acting as if i was rude i barely said anything but i was checking the equipment back in. She stated it wasnt her fault the manager was slow and she. Was helping someone else. I was confused by the statement and replied that i didnt say anything she shoved the money in my hand and told me to leave

The wait time to pick up and drop off was crazy so if you have something to do after moving the wait time maybe a problem but if the young man had more help because it was only two man and than the 1 guy was off work for the day and the other guy was alone but other than that good

Clean on the inside cab compartment of your newer vans the outside was dusty and the bed of the van was dusty and it’s almost 200+ dollars gust to go to bad axe Michigan an back really shitty dealers it’s says $19,99. A day I can see maybe $100 dollars but no more thin $150. plus having to fill the gas tank back up to full… gasoline is expensive nowadays

I waited 20 minutes in line and there was one person at the register in front of me. Three employees were standing around one was a manager. They were friendly yes but I probably wouldn’t rent a U-Haul from here again because of the way I had an appointment at one, and I really didn’t get checked until 130.

I would expect a discount after getting sent to three different locations to finally get a truck.once I got the truck then the location had its gate locked so I couldn’t get out till the facility opened. In addition, I ran to two more places to get the moving blankets that I had requested. Very poor service. I also sat on the phone for 54 min before Jeff from traffic finally answered my call.

Service here was excellent. I've rented u-hauls before at other locations and it wasn't bad but nothing write home about. I'm surprised how easy and helpful this crew made it. Especially since, anytime I'm moving, probably chaos is going on in my life. Kudos, I'm seriously appreciative (can't even believe I'm saying that).

The lady at the front desk made it very apparent she didn’t want to be there. I know it Sunday but rolling your eyes and dismissive gestures don’t go hand in hand with customer service. I should not feel like I’m bothering you, it’s your job. If you don’t like it just go work somewhere else, you’re not doing me a favor. I made a reservation at one location and then was told my truck was “up the street”. When I went to check in via the app the location service was saying that I’m not at the correct location. I don’t need to hear that it’s because nobody was there, your app made me drive back to the original location to check in. This is not my first time renting with U-Haul and when 10 minute experience changes to 45 minutes it’s problematic and when I politely go back and ask for help don’t act like I’m bothering you or get a job at a warehouse so you don’t have to deal with clients face to face. At least try to match your clients energy because I was very polite despite your lack of professionalism.

The employees smoke weed while on the job and didn't hook up the equipment fully, there were other issues with billing that still have not been corrected. There was very little help after reporting issues to the GM and President. The smoking worker was still making comments while the GM was in the store but said nothing to her about her action. The comments being made was because she was turned in for smoking on the job but as we seen her and the other person are still working there until something happens.

This U-haul storage facility it great! It’s well lit , clean, drive upable, gated and has 24 hour access with a keycard or code. Which is great for someone like me who easily misplace things. The actual U-haul store is well stocked with boxes (and they have free ones!!!), tape and locks with codes which again is great for someone like me who misplace things or forget things like tape or boxes or what not. The staff… They are all amazing! I have yet to come in there and not be greeted with a pleasant reception. They are all very helpful and explain things nicely. I’ve been in there when a customer was rude. The issue was clearly the customers fault, but the customer didn’t care and was fussing and the staff calmly explained and still assisted the customer so well that I commended the staff once the customer transaction was over. Oh yeah and the restrooms… first of all they have them!!! But most importantly they are always clean and stocked! Thanks

This uhaul clerk held us hostage by refusing to tell us how to open the gate or opening it for us. The video will show me, a 55 year old women crawling under the gate to ask repeatedly to be let out. Luckily, I'm a Christian or I would sue the pants off of you and file criminal charges for holding me against my will. My grandchildren. Ans daughter will testify to that as well as the video. But not rude or ignorant either we called Uhaul an spoke to Mrs Tam the manger an she helped us understand the charges an how the company not her facility made a mistake. I have becoming to Uhaul for years! Miss Tam as a manger has always had patience when dealing with a lot of customers she can be so overwhelmed at time but she never let it interrupt her professionalism at all!! Every time I went in there it was always a lot of people an she tries to takes her time with every single person an that’s hard if she the only one in there. She has the young ladies an the young gentlemen an the other guy who help to get the trucks the tarp an etc. If I could give her 5 stars she would get an extra one as an manger she does a terrific job.

I had two 5 x 10 storage units reserved for 6/26/21. They were free for the first month. When my family and I went to load the storage units, I noticed that the units, as well as the main hallway, located in the c building was wet, and small puddles were in the units themselves. I went back to the main building to see if anymore units were available. There were Nono of the same size. The staff found me a bigger one down the street. While I figured it would be free because it was bigger, I felt that it should’ve at least been given to me at a discounted price. It was not my fault that the storage units were wet and not usable. I was not prepared to spend $150 and had to borrow the funds from my daughter because I really didn’t have a choice. I’ve used you guys a few times to rent vehicles but when my rental is over I won’t use your location again. I asked the staff if I would we receive a discounted price of the replacement unit was not going to be free and was told no.
