Truck battery was bad. Had to wait for service to fix battery. Put 17 miles on the truck, put $10 worth of gas (4gals+) back in it. Your location had the audacity to say that it was .1 gal short and charge $6.00 for .1 gallon of gas, after all the hassle I had with the truck. Pretty sad. No goodwill for the customer.

The key drop on the side of the building is not well marked. There is a small sign next to the tube warning not to drop keys until the vehicle is completely locked and everything, but the tube itself is unmarked, and looks more like an exhaust vent than a key drop. A sticker or something on the tube would greatly help in locating it quickly. Thank you!

The customer service was stellar! The only possible thing I could suggest would be to have more 4x8 cargo trailers available. However, I was given a 5x8 for the same price after my reservation for a 4x8 couldn’t be filled. Not the end of the world at all. Overall great experience.

I received a 5x8 trailer that appeared fine when I picked it up. We did not open and close the door to the trailer. I got home, packed the entire trailer for my trip and the door was jammed and would not close. It appears the tracking wire was jammed. I called roadside service, he had to cut the wire to allow the door to open and close. My trip was delayed three hours. I missed my first destination and lost a money deposit. I am sure UHaul will not contact me to reimburse my deposit list due to faulty equipment!

On New Year's Day, I got there before they opened and the woman who worked there worked with me and got me on the road before they were officially open. I'm very grateful for her excellent customer service!

Thank God I signed up for damage coverage; I scraped the side of the truck on my gate. When I dropped the truck off, and explained what happened, they treated me much better than I expected. This was a very welcome experience for me! I'll definitely use again!

I was told that the size of the truck rented would be the size I would receive for my free first month storage unit deal for renting a truck. I was also shown the size of the unit I was supposed to receive as part of the deal which was not the same size of the truck I rented by the way, but when I went to put my belongings into my storage unit it was half of the size of the one shown and was in the basement which required bringing my items down a steep stairwell...

When you guaranteed a reservation, have the equipment, Then when you offer a 50 dollar reservation refund then do it, not make excuses on why you are not going to honor it. I reserved a closed truck at a certain time so my helpers could meet at one spot at same time and get done asap, show up on time and told your truck not here but I would recieve 50 dollars of my rental, so I end up using and OPEN trailer as a sub for a truck, and when I return it told I cant do your reservation guarantee you'll have to talk to the manager on Monday to address this.

I had a great experience renting a van for the day. It was clean and in great running condition. All of the staff were very nice and helpful at each stage of the process. I will definitely keep U-Haul in mind the next time I need to rent a truck.

I ended up paying more because the staff didn't know how to extend and minimize services i no longer needed. Two men sat at the counter looking at me struggle to bring an apll .

Staff was unwelcoming and on phones during presence in store. Drop off guy was eager take my key without having me sign paperwork and I got charged for 2 days instead of one without signing off on it because of this. Truck smelled highly of smoke getting in. Will be contacting monday to discuss overcharge.

The truck ran like it had transmission issues. The customer service was like we were bothering your staff. They were dry and not really wanting to do what was requested. They just want to keep telling me that something couldn't be done but the other staff had already said it could. The staff member seemed bothered by it all. I left there feeling like I would not go to this location anymore.

Staff was very unprofessional. Not very knowledgeable about the product being offered. Had their own personal and unprofessional conversation going on WHILE they were servicing myself and other customers. They made it very clear that they did not care about us, and the other customers in the store.

Inform customers that when renting Dolly’s that a message will be generated to drop the dolly off after hours and you can’t. I was not happy.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The only issue they had was the speed/issues with their computer systems. They were letting us know what was going on and being very patient. If I was in their shoes, I don't think I could've been as patient as they were.

Took 30 to check the truck out because the store employee said you do updates all day to the computers and when you do he has to re enter all my information all over again, the truck had bad breaks and had problems shifting into gears, and then when I got my final bill I was charged for safe move, 14.95 ? And I declined it but when the system was rebooted it reset it and charged me extra, not a good experience.

Somehow we used 3.3 gallons of gas for driving 10.3 miles? And also the guy didn’t tell us we had to take pictures and be at the location to use the app to check in vehicle after hours. He also put in the wrong number in so we couldn’t find our order.

While I understand that this is a challenge for this type of facility anywhere, it is nonetheless disconcerting to open a storage locker and find everything covered in mouse droppings and a dead mouse

Twice I have rented a van. I requested a dolly on both occasions. Both times the dolly was not loaded. My account was credited for the $7.00, but if I had needed the dolly I would have been unhappy.
