The service is poor, my reservation was for 12:00 pm so I arrived at 11:53. Hoping to be done by 12:00, but it took approximately 15 - 20 minutes to process the paperwork. I finally departed at 12:27, but my rental was due back the next day at 11:53 🤷🏽♀️.

Better at this location. I don't like the smell of body odor and hemp, but the truck was clean with five air fresheners on on mirror and air vent. They tried. I'm good with that. The truck was solid and in good shape. Insurance, tax, Fees and mileage charges added some, but it was local and relatively short distance. Can't change that, but for .70 per mile I would not have rented here if needing to go out of town.

I have never had this experience at a U-Haul storage facility before… I’m medically retired from the military and used storage units by uhal all across this country.. but never have had such a terrible experience in such a short time.
This facility has made it to where I have no desire to use uhal for any reason further… and I only had my stuff in storage for 1 month.

The staff and management is super friendly! This was my 2nd time renting a storage from them. Their fees are flat and set unlike many other storages that gave a fee over the phone and then when you showed up they gave you a different price told you you had to add on protections and other stuff making the price double. Uhaul is the same proce they give you over the phone and dont make you add on any xtra fees. Plus they had 24/7 access. Will continue to rent from them when needed.

I love Shannon and Jay they run this facility so great. Hopefully Uhal know what kind of starts they have. Also hopefully they are able to get more truck and trailers at this location I will not rent from any other Uhal no matter how bad I need it. If Shannon and Jay don’t have it I use another company’s trucks or trailers. Uhal please take my feedback seriously and consider adding more trucks and trailers along with the space to house them to their location. I paid for the month of February, moved all furniture with the exception of my couch . I received a call from Shannon the next day stating there was no lock, which I was aware of . I had an emergency situation an wasn’t able to come back To apply lock or return her call right away . Shannan stayed I would be charged 100$ for them to dispose of my coach. Called on 2/24/23, an was told that they assumed I moved out . This is horrible business an my unit was paid up until the end of February. I was told by Jay they disposed of the coach and rented unit to someone else. I’m very unhappy with the procedure or prodical used in this situation. I would NEVER recommend uhaual to anyone

When I rented the unit it had lights. When the lights stopped working two years ago I notified the manager. She said they would get the lights working. I checked on the status every month until it became obvious that they would not repair the lights. Instead my storage fee continued to increase every year.

There is no security cameras or security that monitors the storage area. My unit was damaged. No one knew when or who damaged the unit. I was told that my storage fees would be waived the next month due to the damage and inconvenience due opening of the unit and not being able to open it until maintenance e came in. Thankfully there was no rodents that I could see, however, I was still charged for the fee month. I moved my belongings and cancelled my service. The staff was very friendly.
