Very friendly and helpful staff. Truck was ready on time as promised and moving supplies were gathered quickly so that they could be loaded up and I could start my move.
Brian HThe clerk at the counter was a miserable human being. He had zero personality & was not helpful at all. If it had not been that I had experience previously renting U Haul equipment, I would have no doubt encountered problems with the rental contract. If there was any competition for U Haul's rental equipment, I would never rent a U Haul again.

Duane FWe had to visit twice because of a car hauler. Both times the gentlemen were outside immediately and very helpful. The drop off took very little time and was completely painless.
Cheryl POver the past two plus years I have rented uhaul equipment somewhat regularly, including from this location. This was the worst experience I’ve had. Uhaul is the only game in town and the employees acted like it. Employees at the drop off location were great. I’ll likely need to utilize Uhaul again, but I’d go elsewhere if I could. Trailer was dirty with several leaves inside and door was difficult to close. Older trailer, had a nice one the week before with great service. (Different locations).

JOHN WNothing. We were very pleased with how easy we were able to get more time. Our plans didn't go well nor did our move but it was nice to not worry about getting jammed up with the truck! The price was also quite reasonable! Very happy customers!
Corby TThe staff is not very motivated and I felt like trouble when I gave my vehicle. The answer to the question when do you expect the vehicle be done? My expectations was it usually takes x hours but could change based on actual installation. Rather the answer was we don't know we will call.

John DIt would be nice if this location offered wifi that was accessible in the equipment drop off area. Everytime I use yhis location and have to drop off early I am unable to complete the online checking due to bad cell reception.

Robert LI returned the truck with 1/8 o tank of gas more than when I picked it up. Hard to get it exact. U-Haul wouldn’t give me credit for that, but they sure charged me for the four miles I went over my estimated miles. Should have been a wash but that’s not your policy. Kinds wrong.

Wanda CNeeded a pickup for out of drop off and was told that was not possible so I had to get a box truck which cost more and wasted space . You all need to rent pickup truck for out of state drop off

Pamala BThe truck broke down an hour after I picked it up. Per the receipt I received via email, I was also charged for the gas level not being at the level at which I received it at, despite not being able to fill it up at all since the truck broke down. I will be asking for a refund.

Roland JI had my fuel pump go out on my rental and called roadside and when they helped as much as they could they called.uhaulmand was told they couldn't send a tow.teuck till the am. Eapecially.since 6 pmoe when we started with the problems. instead of them helping had to unload all my property on someone else's yard with no explanation I felt so disrepected I wouldn't recommend this company for true assistance

Michael HAllow the customer to park personal vehicle on site. I had to drive there to pick up the truck. Having to park across the street in front of someone’s house then run across the busy street was absolutely ridiculous. I was told no customer parking was allowed on site

Roger GPut cruise control on the moving trucks. Ridiculous to drive 1000 miles and no cruise control. The truck also burned way too much gas due to there really not being a tow haul mode. It was nothing more than a light on the dash which kept the engine at too high of an RPM, 2600 at 68-70 mph. I won’t be renting a uhaul again unless it’s for a car trailer or open top cargo trailer.
anthonys rVery convenient location, helpful courteous staff, easy check in and check out, super hours. The only negative was that the inside of the vehicle was not clean and smelled like smoke. Since this was just for an in town move, it was no big deal, but it should have at least been vacuumed and wiped down much better.

Harold GThe young man who helped wasn’t able to help me on his end. I was given a promotion through email. One of the options was to claim it in person however there was not an option for the person helping me to claim it. I had to call and have someone from UHaul help. Once it was taken care of the person at the store was helpful and finished helping me. However the confusion made it seem as if he was not willing to help. I think his hands were tied and he really didn’t know how to help. He just kept telling me that I was at the wrong place and that they didn’t have the promotion I was given. Even though I showed him that it said I could use any location as long as the location was participating. He did show me that he didn’t have a way to except my code. In the end it worked out. I think the email promotion should be clearer and the UHaul stores should have information about it.

Douglas RWhen a new customer comes to pickup a trailer or vehicle, make sure it’s clean. Picked up motorcycle trailer and didn’t look that close inside. But when I got to dealership and started to load, they said there was oil where the motorcycle sits and wanted me to know it was not the one I bought. Kinda embarrassing and also dangerous loading and unloading.
Robert DThis storage facility on Pawnee in Wichita Kansas has no air conditioning or elevator to get to the 2nd floor which is where I was assigned to put my stuff. It was a very grueling unpacking on a hot day.

SHARON G | Overall ExperienceWas hoping for a first floor unit. I am disabled. I requested a first floor unit. U haul associate sent us to a unit upstairs. His only comment was that the first floor units cost more. No discussion with us about if we were okay with the extra expense. We assumed it was either no first floor units were available or the promotion was for the less expensive units only. Had some difficulties with the stairs putting her stuff in the unit. U haul associate let us use the appliance dollie and carts , still , I will always wonder if a first floor unit was an option.

There was a little confusion on where I was at and the person went to two other gas station looking for me, but he didn't give up on me. He was very kind and courteous. Linda J | First ImpressionsI have been to alot of Uhaul centers. This one I would rank the THE lowest in terms of ease of use. The staff have to make due with what built, not their fault. I ONY came to this 1 due to convivence of location. The parking is slim, 6 of the spots close to door is so you can advertise trucks, WHY? DUH I was located on the 2nd floor, a lift of some type would be handy instead of ALL stairs. People have stuff to move and it hurts your back taking those stairs multiple times. AGIAN the most inconvenient set up and layout of a Uhaul center I have ever entered. DEF will not recommend nor ever use again. I rather drive an extra 4 miles out of my way to a better center
