The center was well equipped, there were more than enough choices of vehicles. Fortunately, we arrived when there was but one customer ahead of us. All fees were explained and we encountered no difficulties.

MARTIN SVery good experience and everything was installed as promised in the time allotted. Maybe get a few chairs as the installation took about 90 minutes. I went for a walk for a while but had no place to wait really.

felix BNester was great with helping me offload the tow. The security guard is a waste of space, though I understand the need for one in the area. The way the line is set up is absolutely dumb, workers cannot see customers that are waiting in line.

Ruger AWhen I signed the contract I stated that I would bring the van back @ 7:30 pm. During the day, as I worked, I realized that I needed more time. BUT, when I called I was told that I would have pay to extend the time to the full 24-hour rental. This should have been made clear UP Front. It was Logical for me to assume that I could keep the van for up to 24 hours. The conversation could be such that it was clear that I would pay $19.95 for 24 hours, but I needed to make sure that I should NOT PROMISE to bring it back earlier, OR ELSE I would have to pay more.
Kathleen ZI want to tell story that happened when I return back the vehicle. First, there was no person to drop off and hand over the vehicle. They showed off after 25 mins of waiting. Secondly, I forget belonging in the vehicle and remembered them after I went to home. I returned back after one hour asking for my personal belongings that were forgotten in side the vehicle. The lady in the store does not want cooperate until I insisted that I need to take my belonging from the vehicle. The worker who works on the truck returns initially denied my claim and said there were no personal items in the vehicle, but I found my belongings were already taken from the vehicle and stored garage. I asked for my Jacket, but the worker said no jacket in the vehicle. We went to the vehicle and found my jacket hanging there. All in all, these staff who work on the afternoon shift are absolute scammers.

walter sThe service was excellent with the exception of the young lady that greeted me initially. When I checked in she asked me when I wanted to schedule my hitch installation. She said it appeared I was there to "pick up the hitch". Clearly I was surprised and sounded a bit irritated when I told her I was there for my scheduled appointment to have the hitch installed. She told me she didn't like my tone of voice and that it wasn't called for. Likely I could have been more patient but was concerned that I had taken the day off of work for nothing and driven 45 min each way. My feedback is that I am the customer and have choices where to go for this service. Thank you
sharon kI was there for a trailer hitch installation and can say that the people who took care of me were first-rate. Helpful, friendly, and efficient. The only reason I didn't give the experience 5 starts in that there is no waiting room for customers, but other than than I have no complaints at all.

Tuan VWhile there the computer system went down. The employees were very nice and apologetic about the wait, even though they could really do nothing about it. One employee offered me her chair since I had been standing for a while. They worked at figuring out what they could help people with without the system, and did some sales with cash - figuring it out with paper, pencil and calculator!

Carlos CI did in fact put in 7.50 worth of gas prior to returning the van at 9:15-9:30. In the morning it was indicated that I didn’t return the van with enough gas & I was charged $9.50 for gas. The van was returned with over the amount of gas that was required. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture so I couldn’t dispute it. BUT, I use this location all of the time & this is the 1st time it’s ever happened.

Stephen KThe people working the desk at night were not friendly or welcoming. I had to speak to them first instead of being greeted when I walked in. The lady seemed annoyed that I was there and had to put her phone down. Others than that good experience and the crew working in the morning were great.

Luke LI didn't go to the location, but ordered my container over the phone, so I can't comment in that. The whole experience using the container to move has been terrific from the initial delivery on Feb. 9. I did run short of pads when packing and ended up using flannel sheets and clothes in pillowcases as bolsters to protect and fill up the space around the last pieces of furniture. But everything arrived in good condition.
Kathryn ROn either end - the pick up in San Diego and the drop off in Washington DC - were smooth and seamless. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, while the u-box was en route, no one could ever tell me where in the country it was! I didn't need exact details, but it would have been helpful to know that it was making stops in X, Y, Z states, so it truly wouldn't arrive until the 'arrive by' date. I should have put an air tag or tracker of some kind in the box so that I could just know, rather than be told by so many employees that they either had no idea or couldn't tell me where it is. I think it would give people more peace of mind in the future to be able to watch their stuff make its way from point A to point B on a tracker map!

Kanhai WThey gave me a vehicle that has an engine issue plus the rear mirror was loose. I tried to put gas but it rejected the pump. This was the worst experience ever with them. The guy that received the car was very nice and wished I could remember his name but he really apologized and told me that he will report it to the managers. Other than that this was where I always go to rent a car
