No backup barcode and app doesn't recognize location. That means you can only pickup a truck during the hours they are open. Had an 8am pickup and didn't get my truck until 9:10am (they opened at 9am) because they don't have the barcode posted for truck pickup. Would only use during business hours going forward. That was a very frustrating experience.

After being notified by your district office the trailer I desired would be available at another location, I drove there only to find out it was "missing", and therefore I would be required to rent a larger more expensive trailer for the purpose intended. The rental associate was not willing to provide the trailer at the aforementioned agreed upon rental rate. THUS UPCHARGING ME. WHY GO THROUGH THE LOBOROUS PROCESS OF RESERVATION PROCESS ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU MUST PAY MORE???? WHERE IS YOUR COSTUMER SERVICE???? WHERE IS YOUR HUMANITY??? FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!!!!

Kim and her team are amazing! We had gone to a “3rd party” party dealership and it was awful! Night and day going to Sun Valley location. It was very clean. Everyone was knowledgeable, and Kim was very nice and apologized we wasted time at another place. Highly recommend this location!

Always a great experience at this location. Usually little to no wait. Can get a little busy but that’s how it goes. Staff is always nice. Yard is setup nicely for convenient pick-ups and drop-offs.

The employees at this location were friendly but we’re not equipped to handle the issue that I had with my order. I ended up staying there for 45 minutes before leaving and calling the scheduling center who sorted out my order. Their system was trying to charge me an additional $150 for the tow trailer because I was picking it up at a different location from my truck. This service was horrible and I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone in the future. I will pay more money for a competitor rental next time

I rented a 20 ft truck for 3 days I needed it for 2 more days because my clients escrow did not close on time so I called the local uhaul locations where I always rent very often and I was told by the manager that it was not possible so I end up getting a storage space to place my clients household goods some times I make reservations and when I go to pick up the truck they send me to a different locations because the trucks are not returned I give her two days notice but did not work for me

There was only one employee working, and he did not have any of the needed details together. I got charged twice for an in-person reservation as well as online. The truck was in abysmal condition, making awful noises and not steering correctly during larger turns. “Engine oil life 0%” was flashing as soon as I entered the truck, and it sounded like something was dragging the entirety of the trip. I throughly checked the underside of the truck, truck bed, cab, and parking break/ drive gears. I noted all of the details of the truck to the individual at the kiosk upon dropping the 10’ truck off, and she did not seem interested in passing on this critical information. I had the option to rent from Penske this move, with a discount, and chose U-haul. After this experience I can assure you I will never be using U-haul again for any of their provided services.

This location is jammed with equipment. Although it has two driveways, only one is usable. Only one way in and out. Extremely difficult when returning a trailer. Was in the same condition last time I used this location months ago.

I rented 2 dozen furniture pads for my move but they weren't packed and ready for me at the time of my pickup so the employee said I could fold and pack the used pads myself if I wanted them quicker. SO many spiders came out of those things and I was running late for my move so I gave up at about 15 pads even though I paid for 24. The 10' truck I reserved had a service light on - the tire monitor system needed servicing - and the tires needed inflating (but thanks to the employee for doing that when I asked but it still delayed me when I had helpers waiting for me). There was also some leftover junk in the cabin from the previous driver.

Do not rent trucks when you know the vehicles has electric and mechanical problems, I did rent a pickup truck and after 1 hour dosent start again 4 hours waiting for a technician 30min trying fixing the problem, and when I did return the truck the employee called the manager to inform the problem and they knows about the technical problem of the unit even that they rent it to me, I did call after the weekend with the manager, my mind blowing the women who rented me the truck is the manager, she told me she gotta call me in order to returned my money because I did lose money and my time, she never call me and she charged me $12 dollars more for extra miles, corporation needs pay attention

This location was unaware of our reservation. We flew in to Burbank at 10:30pm on Sunday night and had scheduled a 24/7 pick up. We walked 1.5 miles to the location, found our truck, but the code we were given to retrieve the key from the lock box was not working. Thankfully the GM had her direct cellphone number posted for after hours assistance and she was able to help us.

make sure customers know that the place they pick up their trailer may not be the one that will put your car on the trailer. after storage cave Papillion put my trailer on. I said aren’t you gonna strap down my SUV. He said no I’m not corporate and you better watch YouTube video to do it. I had to call around to find a corporate location to hook it up. Stonybrook location in Omaha had 3 guys strap it in. After driving for awhile my son looked at the wheels and the straps came off. We had to call UhAul roadside assistance to strap the tires on properly. It’s a miracle my car didn’t fall off.

Employees overcharged me and weren’t the most friendly. Employees was rushing everyone to give them their rental keys and they will just email the receipt. There was a proper return process. I was overcharged. The employee meter the wrong rental information for me. I only went 8 miles and was overcharged almost $50. If I didn’t have photo proof of the gas meter before I left the lot I would’ve been charge for someone else mileage charge.

Have rental equipment ready for TruckShare at reservation time and don’t rent out trucks with check engine lights on. Accurately mark gas on meter, was rated at nearly 1/4 of a tank more than it was when received

I initially rented a dolly and when I got home realized the dolly was not provided when I picked up the uhaul truck. When I realized this I called and after a long wait I was told that they would note this in my reservation notes. Then later today after I turned in my uhaul I received my invoice and I noticed that I was charged for the dolly I never received!

So I reserved from one location1/4 mile from my home.Two days later was told it was switched to another,farther away.The next day was called again was called and told it was being switched yet again,yes even farther away.When I got to the location was told if I’m going to be late for a reservation I need to call to hold my equipment.(I was less than a hour and a half late)What is the point of your reservation system?Does your company have no system for shuttling equipment to where it needs to be?

Rented the 26' U-haul with Arizona license plate #AG97206. It was absolutely an uncomfortable ride; very bumpy and bouncy. This car's shocks and suspension needs to be taken a look at. We had a 2 hour drive one way and it was awful, we (3) people in car did not even speak due to how bouncy and uncomfortable it was to uphold a conversation. It would be a nightmare for anyone renting it for longer trips. The location is convenient, however since it is right off an exit offramp, it gets very busy with traffic and hard to pull out when cars dont stop or give you a chance to pull out with such a long/wide vehicle.

Rocky start, but everything turned out well. Was sent here because the truck I originally rented never made it back to the rental facility. Upon arrival at this location I was informed that I may not be able to have the truck for my reserved 12 days - 24 hours only instead. I was informed that truck rentals at this location typically don't go for more than 24 hours, and if they do, there's a note in the reservation that authorizes it. There unfortunately wasn't. I want to be clear that the staff at this location was very helpful and everyone did what they were supposed to do. It's also understandable that we don't have control over a return that simply doesn't show up. All I would like to see to improve the customer experience is clearer communication between customer service/dispatch manager and the staff working on site. Thank you!

Overall the storage facility worked out well. All staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when trying to pick up my trailer rental, the system was down, and information was lost, causing what should have been a short trailer pickup to turn into a multiple hour experience, and ended with my drop off location being 20 miles further than what was originally planned for.

Most of the staff members were helpful and friendly but a few were not. There were either cars or trailers parked in front of and blocking my unit every time I came to access my belongings. There was an overgrown plant hanging down over the doors to my unit for months and it was not trimmed until I requested it be maintained so I could access my unit. For these reasons, I would not recommend this facility.

This has been the worst storage and uhaul rental experience I've had out of all the times I've used Uhaul over the years. Honestly I'll never use Uhaul again because of it. The one way rental process was terrible. No one on the corporate side could figure out how to put the drop off location I requested. It took 4 phone calls to get someone that could do it. I went to the storage location and requested if they could they said to call corporate. After finally reaching someone who knew anything they inform me I have to drop it off by 9am on the due date. The documentation didn't mention the 9am time so I planned to drop off after work. But since I'd get charged an extra day I changed my meeting schedule so that I could come drop off the truck at 7am. Which I did. However. When I arrived there was only one employee who was cleaning a truck out. The drive was blocked. So I had to sit and wait 10 mins before I could pull in and drop off the truck. I dropped off the truck gave him the keys. And then a week alter get a bill for an extra day truck rental. He did not check it in until after 2pm thus I got charged an extra day because they don't do things timely at this location. I went in 3 times! Trying to get them to credit me. I emailed them(no response. . Called them. Every time they said the manager was out and couldn't do it themselves. I gave up and let them keep my. Money. I had a storage unit there. That I was slowly moving things out over about 4 car loads. EVERY single time I went there was only one employee always busy outside of the building so I had to stand and wait 10-15 minutes to get my "white lock" key to access my own stuff. They need help. Very poorly managed facility that needs staffing increases or changes. Clearly they need the money they stole from me for the extra rental day more than I do, hopefully they use it to help pay for additional staffing.
