David rApp did not function correctly and not intuitive. So could not pick up using mobile. Also not clear where/how to upload photos. Videos did not match some of app functions.
Michael RHeat did not work in the truck, and windshield wipers are terrible. Would have been ok if it wasn’t cold outside and raining ( torrential downpours). Was so bad I had to call and say something because I was pulled over to the side, was told to call roadside assistance. Overall horrible.

Our staff member gave us effective directions to how our rental would operate. The van was immaculately clean and performed very well for us as we drove to the midwest. We absolutely would recommend this location to anyone needing these services. 10/10 recommend!!

ANA M | Overall ExperienceI needed to park a trailer for 24 hours here at this uhaul location because we are doing a out of state move, I called 2 weeks prior asking if it was okay they said yes the day comes I go in let them know the male employee says okay no problem just let me know when the trailer gets here and I’ll tell you where to park it.. the trailer was only going to be there for 24 hours. When the trailer arrives I’m not allowed to have it parked in the lot because they do not do that and they already do not have any space for their own uhaul trucks. I told them I already got permission from a male employee.. She said well whoever you talked too wasn’t supposed to do that and she wanted a name of the person who let me know I can do that but unfortunately I didn’t get one, whatever so we ended up parking the trailer across the st and had to walk across the street multiple times moving our stuff out the storage..

DONNA WI went to this location to rent a 20 foot truck the first truck they give me has all kinds of lights on the dashboard on I went back inside and they switched the second truck once I pull from the parking spot has a big damage on the driver side skirt they switched again and the third truck has water inside at that time I already spent 1 hr in the location so I ended up taking the truck like that

Unfortunately, we were told we had to call "e alert" , I think that's what it was called, and we had to wait over an hour to get through. This was completely unacceptable. We ended up working it out on our own, but it was a waste of precious time.

richard lI called uhaul 5 or 6 times over the course of 2 - 3 weeks due to charges that i should not have received. The services are great overall, but the billing system needs serious updates. Why am i being charged for tolls on a ubox order or double charged for safehaul? Additionally, being transferred back and forth to figure these items out is very frustrating. At this point, I've given up on trying resolve the payments, $8.50 for i don't know what was charged to me 1 or 2 days ago. Its not worth it...steal the $8.50.

MICHAEL JUnsafe and dangerous installation of hitch and wiring on my 2016 jeep compass. Corporate U-haul does not provide training to workers who install hitches and wiring. Corporate Uhaul has excellent videos on Utube on the correct installation of Curt hitches and wiring for many types of vehicles but they clearly do not use these videos to train employees that install these. My 4 pin install had the power line to the battery going directly over the rotating left rear axle and the wires were loose and not tied down with zip ties.!! II repaired these flaws myself when I installed the 7 pin. If not fixed the wire would have worn out from the spinning rear axle and the trailer lights would have failed. Also the right rear headlamp popped out 2 days latter since it was not re-connected correctly. I had to purchase new plugs to install properly myself. The rear plastic bumper was "hacked" off about 1 foot to accommodate the hitch. It looks terrible. In the videos for the 2016 jeep compass a little measuring and marking before cutting results in a nice clean installation. Once again, it's clear to me that Corporate U-haul does not provide sufficient training to workers that are trying to do their best job. On a good note, the office staff and the installer were friendly.

The only issue I have is that when I first came there I didn’t see any signs of pest but upon moving out there was a disturbing amount of mouse poop which was disgusting and better pest control measures need to be taken. Otherwise an overall good experience

Employee's were great,location was good also. Easy in and out....maybe only thing would be your return app for android was not working,I had to use my son's iPhone to proceed with the return. That's about the only thing that didn't go smooth.

They said they would refund me for the day as it was a mistake on their end but I never received any confirmation and when I phoned back many times that same day they did not answer my call.
Adam Ki left my wallet with all my credit cars and 104 in cash when i swapped out a truck at closing and only one person moved the truck when i cam in in the morning to see if they seen the wallet the rep who swapped out the truck search the truck and my cards were there but the money was missing and i know exactly which guy was working that night beside the female so if I'm there first thing in the morning and my cards are were i left them but the money is gone then we all know the male took it no happy about it at all

I continued to get a bill in February & March, for a bill I had already paid in full. I was being harassed constantly. Had charges added on, etc. in all the years I’ve dealt with U-Haul (30+ years) this is my most embarrassing moment ever. My bill was paid in full before I even left. And have my paperwork up to date.
Valeria D | Overall ExperienceThis storage facility at the time I was a renter was very unprofessional. There were dirty bikes riding through the facility where I rented my space. When reported to the front desk they looked at me like I was crazy but never addressed the issue, clearly from how they looked at each other they knew these dirt bike riders. Shortly after that, the lock was cut off my unit and mostly everything of value was stolen out my storage unit. When I inquired at front desk about security footage, they told me there wasn’t able from the angle of my unit, in which my unit was the second unit from the front door but okay. I moved out soon after due to the issue from this storage company (early 2022) but not before they allowed someone that was not on my rental agreement pay the amount owed to access my unit. They kept charging me long after I was already gone. I’m in better situation where I don’t need a storage any longer but I wouldn’t use them again if I needed one.

Also, many of the wires have been chewed. We even put out traps and deterant for the mice and it didn't seem to help. We also had issues with water and flooding regularly. Any time it rained there was water everywhere. We will NEVER use this facility for storage again.

Even though the online instructions were clear, I was a little bit confused about scanning into one door and then actually accessing the building via the other. He saw that I was lost, so he came up to me and walked me through the process. He then escorted me to my unit (I didn't even ask him to do so - super kind/considerate). He opened it for me, got me my lock (and opened the package for me, which was great, because I didn't have a box-cutter), pointed out where the carts are, etc.. He really made it so seamless and easy. I felt like he gave me a VIP tour. I'm grateful he found me and took it upon himself to help me get acclimated! He was very friendly, too - ran into him a couple more times that day, and he checked-in to see if I needed help. I hope I got his name right, because he was AWESOME! This was around 7-9am on 10/12. One of the best customer service experiences I've had, which is especially crazy, because I didn't even seek out his help. Okay, I'm done gushing now. He was dope.

It took the gentleman substantial time and my husband calling me back for additional info to find the reservation and once opening the unit there was no lock present (as stated in the agreement).
Rachel B | Online Move InI was very disappointed with my experience with U-Haul. I reserved a unit online only to learn that, despite my reservation, there were no units of that size available. The manager assured me that he would apply a discount to the unit because it was more expensive than the one I had reserved. But he only applied it to the first month. I had to call several times to get the discount applied, as discussed. When I returned to the unit, all of my belongings were covered in mouse poop. The rodent issue was obvious given that the facility, when I returned, had a significant number of mouse traps in the hall way. Staff clearly knew about the issue but did not notify me. The manager told me that he would send me a complaint form, but I have not received it.

I’ve had issues moving in and out and still waiting to hear back about an unresolved issues. Reservations mean nothing here. I reserved a small 5x7x10 to store my belongings and when I get there I am told no such unit exists and the only small one they had cost me $30 more. I had no choice but to pay the extra because I had all of my belongings with me ready to move in. Moving out was an even worse experience. I let the facility know that I this was going to be my last month staying and that once the month was over I would no longer need my unit. I had paid for the rest of the month of august and moved out progressively. Unfortunately, they took this as once I sent the email I was completely done with my unit and they went ahead and threw away ALL of my stuff in the storage. Not once was I contacted and when I went to the unit to pick up my belongings they had already sold the unit to someone else. Luckily the employees there agreed it was a miscommunication and I filed a reimbursement for all of my destroyed and discarded items which quite frankly had a lot of value to me. I am still waiting to hear back from anyone at uhaul and it has been such a stressful process for me.

There were many issues with my reservation that they weren’t able to solve or willing to offer suggestions. When they couldn’t find my reservation (even though I provided them with the reservation number, my name, and number, they just kept saying I didn’t reserve one and wasn’t able to get it. So once I asked to make a new reservation they finally said they had one available (and wouldn’t you know it was the one I’d reserved). Then upon checking out, I needed to clear my unit and there were no furniture dollys available (actually only 1 mattress dolly that couldn’t move my couch). I think one of the perks of renting with uhaul is the access to moving equipment. None of the staff were willing to help me look for a dolly after being asked multiple times. They actually just stared at me in silence at one point. Overall, I would go with uhaul again but not at this location.

Several items of sentimental value were destroyed by these mice. Of the items that weren't outright ruined, many reek of mouse excrement/decay, and will likely need to be thrown out. I do feel badly for these mice, who had to spend their final moments in such an unclean and unwelcoming establishment. I only hope that they found some solace nestled in the shreds of my old t-shirts and childhood memories. The infestation aside, U-Haul employs some really predatory billing practices, making it extremely difficult to pay your month's rent in advance of the due date. They then charge you if it's late. After a very frustrating phone call in which I was blamed for not using the "Future Pay" option (no such option exists), I was told my late fees would be waived if I enrolled in AutoPay. I begrudgingly acquiesced, but have yet to see a refund credited to my account (it's been a year). Avoid their storage services at all costs!

Fortunately they still had a unit available and I was able to purchase again for the third time only with my uncle being inside the location unlike the other two locations who sold my reservation to someone else. Very long exhausting experience. I ended up with a truck from one location and a storage from an entire different location. Not sure if I’d recommend this process to anyone? Let’s see how my items hold up in the storage facility🤞🏻
