My only real issue was that I did get some rain apparently that came in and went some wood that I had on the floor which I had to throw away. My unit was North facing but I was surprised that water did come in.

I think it is terrible when I rented the unit 4 years ago for 90.00 a month. Every time it was bought out the price went up with uhual making the biggest increase after tellling me there were no plans on raising rent. Also checking out with you would think they would refund the unused days but no. They sure are quick to throw on a 5.00 late charge or threaten to take your belongings from you.

The units are dirty and old. It was doable when the rent was $70\month but with each change of ownership, rent would go up but nothing improved. My things are better off in my garage.
