MITCHELL RTrailer lighting didn’t work and was confirmed prior but was told it was working. Would also recommend having vehicles filled more than half tank, I picked up with 1/4 tank. Please select only the best trucks for cross country travel, this truck is aged and not equipped for cross country travel, keep it local.

On this rental the person that was supposed to be "helping me" , did not want to accommodate us and we had to make an additional trip over to the facility to get this handled. I don't understand why everyone else at Uhaul was able to help us and this person needed us to go to the facility? I guess it is a case of what you can do vs. what you are willing to do?
John FThe vehicle was nearly new! Low mileage, great fuel economy, some assh--- "keyed" the FYI sticker on the left side, which was immediately marked for previous damage. We also found this rental location was well stocked with items we usually have to search between several stores. We are now going to use this facility as our go to first. Your personnel called us and offered an even better deal for rental of the equipment. By offering a great rate to assist in equipment transfer, by dropping the vehicle off at the Oddie/Silverada store location. Thank You!
Herold WYour location Storage is very pricey.. I got a 10 x 20 for 135.00 at public storage, your prices are way too high 244.00 a month is crazy! . I'm a local but would not recommend your location because of price only. Other than that the staff is underpaid and go out of their way and need a raise for sure with the rates you charge..they run your facility awesome and they need to feel appreciated more . Money talks! I will miss them !!

Tom BWhen I reserved and rented the trailer I got numerous e-mails (reservation, contract, etc). When I turned it back in I expected an email or some form of communication that I it was turned in successfully similar to when using a car rental company. I asked for something when I turned it in and was told there was nothing…only paperwork is the original contract. Then I thought surely will get an email showing turn in but again there was nothing. Seems strange to me.

Tom B | First ImpressionsU Haul changed the drop off location at some point after I made the reservation. I missed the text or email because ...I was moving. I learned about the change after going to the originally agreed upon drop off location and was told there would be an extra charge if I left it there. The original location was already not the closest location, but the amended location was 20+ minutes further still adding almost an extra hour to the total return process. That said, staff were great, and the equipment worked well.
Mark NI used to use the south meadows U-Haul location. This location is closer to my home. The people are the Digital Ct location were fantastic to work with. The location is new, clean, and well maintained. Plenty of equipment to choose from to rent. I will be using this location in the future. Great experience.

Kyre EOn the vehicle return, the sign says to stay with the vehicle and someone will come out. No one came out, despite there being 4 people in the office. We had to go in, which was fine, but if there's a sign that says that someone will come out, someone should come out. Also, when I tried to use the U Haul app, it couldn't find this location so I still had to go inside. On a separate note, the movers, Reno's Discounted Moving Labor, were awful.

charles rThey had no record of my change in delivery location (from Silverada Blvd) and did not properly log the trailer I returned. Thank goodness I had photos of the trailer ID so they could locate it in their lot. Very remote location on a road that's quite busy and under construction. Well over an hour round trip for someone living in Reno, please don't confuse this fact when changing drop-off locations.
Daniel RThe service regarding the containers was great. But even though I followed the instructions on how to return them I still got charged for monthly storage fees for no reason. I had to call multiple times to get it all sorted out and the money reimbursed. I don't know if this was human error or computer error, but it was frustrating, and I was lucky that I had that money in my account to begin with.

deinda s | First ImpressionsYou need to get wifi in the building. It was ridiculous the amount of time I waited to rent a truck as there is no wifi in the building. It is quite frustrating to the consumer and extremely inefficient for the employees whose time could be be better spent doing other tasks and actual work rather than working diligently to get the transaction to go through via computer and cellphones. Uhaul needs to do better! And Uhaul you can! It is shameful. Stop being frugal and spend a few bucks to get wifi in the building so your dedicated employees can do their jobs effectively and the customer doesn’t haven’t to wait an exponentially long time to have the transaction get accepted and/or attempt to use the online check-in outside the building (which also did not work). We all have better things to do! Feel free to call me I would love to speak with whoever is responsible for approving wifi for the building. It is absurd!

Hervey IYour place runs like clockwork completely flawlessly, only negative that happens very rarely is if staff need to go outside to finish taking care of customer sometimes it leaves main building unoccupied which is inconvenient for customers who have just arrived to find no one at the desks like I say it rarely happens but prevention is better than cure I’ve been customer since day your store opened on digital so it’s accurate observation.

Cornell WDuring day of drop off, the time frame that they were supposed to be here passed with no drop off or notification. I had to call to ask where my U-boxes were and it took over an hour to track them down and was told that they were just unable to arrive today and wouldn't be here until the next day. Staff was helpful with getting it all sorted out.

They said they had no room for the trailer but there were spots all over, they said it wasn’t for my trailer and if I left it they would charge me double what I rented it for. I most likely won’t ever use Uhaul again after today’s fiasco. I do not usually get upset at much of anything but this was total bs.

Kim DMovers were going solo as I know them well and knew no supervision necessary. Discovered that one of my 2 units was robbed of space due to U-Haul duct system running through the upper part of my unit. Had no idea that the elevator was only 10 feet wide and had a 10 ft. hutch that could not be manipulated due to weight. Therefore, at the end of a long day, had to rent another unit on bottom floor to accommodate the hutch. We could have fit all of our items into the 2 units that I had ordered. I am very unhappy about paying $200 more each moth. I would like a 'no charge' on the unit I had to get last minute, or another unit downstairs. However, I would want u-haul to incur the expense to move my items. With my mover. I do not trust anyone else to handle my antiques and art

John SMy drop off location was changed to a location 35miles away from my house and the original drop off location. This cost me a significant amount of time and gas. I do not feel like it's my responsibility to shuttle your equipment around because there is not sufficient space at your yard.

NICK S | First ImpressionsThe Spanish Springs facility is so clean and well-maintained. My only issue is that there is no cell reception or Wi-Fi of any kind inside the structure. I understand why - all the metal and the way the building is constructed makes that hard. But it is a safety hazard because if something did happen inside, no one would be able to call for help. Some emergency alert buttons throughout the building or some other security solution could be helpful.

Staff are amazing, facilities are clean, equipment has always been available and they have even given me some extra time while I moved from one unit to a smaller one. And the convenience of having a unit where I rent trailers was amazing. Not related to storage but still worth noting for this location: At one point a trailer had an issue with a faulty wiring harness so they compensated me by giving me an extra several hours and then one day of the two I rented it was free. Highly recommend!

If Spainish Springs was the model of what all sites could be like, people would just like to hang out there. The woman that answered was rude and not helpful at all! Like I said, I am moved out on the 27th. When I called on the 31st about being charged again she said they didn’t move you out! So you guys owe me for four days! Plus the inconvenience of having the $224 taken out of my account!! And she did not care at all!! Very rude person!! It’s like they didn’t move me out on the 27th when I moved out and she was just moving me out on the 31st and she said too bad you’re not getting your money for those four days because you’re just getting moved out now!! Talk about the worst service in the world!! I’ve used U-Haul for years and so is my family never again and never a kind word for your services ever again!! I want my four days reimbursed to me and you need to figure out how you can make it right for the money you took out of my account after I called for days before the 27th and told the person I Mail to take my card off of auto pay and he said they did. I think it was the GM !!! I will never use your services again like I said before, and never speak positively about you guys again!!

John B | First ImpressionsBy far this is one of the finest facilities one can find for U-Haul storage, truck and equipment rental. Staff is super friendly and very competent. Competitively priced and the first 30 days free rental on storage units was an unexpected plus. Facility and equipment are well maintained and the climate controlled warehouse is spotlessly clean and includes clean restrooms and an inside climate controlled loading/unloading area. The manager Eric is to be commended for putting together a well trained staff (Marisa, Heather, Beth, Alex & others) who are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile when it comes to first-class customer service. I moved a full houseful of furniture using the U-Box program and the shipping, loading and unloading went smoothly without a hitch and saved thousands compared to other moving options. I have been taken advantage of, no assistance and was stranded because I didn't have the money to complete my move due to the delay. I get transferred over and over and over. I was cussed at, threatened and left to drive hours out of my way eventually leaving my truck in a parking lot. Not a phone call, text, email or anything. I have lost everything. I was given a specific amount of time to leave my personal storage unit and I had no choice. I am not looking for any kind of handout but this needs to be made right and it is wrong I have to to keep hounding every single day. This has wreaked havoc on my bank account because the "free" extension due to my issue double charged my account! I am so screwed and it's compounding every single minute that this is not fixed. Due to the double charge, I am now receiving fees for all of my debits. I am stunned that I have not even received a call back. My first reservation led me to a closed locale. The second was the harassment and a filthy truck that I couldn't see out of. There was food, trash and debris inside the cab of the truck. I absolutely, did not appreciate being cussed at. Hours later, I was forced to take a 26 footer. I had to pay my movers and let them go. I was stuck. Why? The storage unit from online was closed. The guy on Rock made me buy a lock and said I couldn't leave the truck. I have absolutely no one in Reno. I had to leave it at a casino because I live over an hour away with family. I could not leave my care in Reno because I had to work. In addition, I was afraid to interact with the hostile and aggressive person that I rented the truck from and I was not given any alternatives. I wanted to leave the truck at the location I finally found that would honor the "first free month". It is in Spanish Springs! If someone was yelling the F-word in your face as a single woman, how would you feel? This is absolutely noted in my account and absolutely, no one has called me. The expense has been abhorrent and I had to borrow money to try to fix it. Of which, has been unsuccessful. No one on-line is willing to help and this should have been an easy move from one storage to the next in two hours that took almost three days. I am working so hard every single day to do the best I can and I don't understand why Uhaul is above that. I am so upset because I can't gain control of this and I did everything right. The expense has been immeasurable.
