I'm am giving this location a bad review on the behalf of the uhaul on financial Plaza who refused to fulfill my reservation because Bobby and Willie at the location where too lazy to move 1 trailer put the way so I could pick up the 6x12 open top with ramp that had be reserved. Then threated me in the back parking lot when I pulled up to the trailer that I had reserved. The threatened me and told me I could not leave with my reserved trailer even though I was backed up to the trailer. They refused to do the paper work and forced me to go to another location. They not even call another location to set up a new reservation.

Pamela RFirstly, too little vehicle maneuvering room. Secondly, I rented online at 1059am. The uHaul storage facilty rented it to someone else after 12pm, but before I arrived. When I arrived the other person was already in the unit. I was unable to find and gain access to another storage facility and ended up putting items on my front porch.

Ceirra JTruck air conditioner kept shutting down going up hills and when driving in Mississippi and Louisiana, didn’t have air conditioning on the hills with smoke from fires. Had to ride with windows down just to get some air and had to breathe in smoke. Got sore throat from breathing smoke.

ed aThere was no lighting in the unit we used. Rats got in the unit and made a mess. The rats destroyed some books. It was reported to a young man in the office snd he offered no help. He did not appear to be knowledge about how the situation could be handled. The rental prices continued to go up. We were customers for approximately six years. Not at all happy with UHAUL and would not recommend to anyone.
