When we turned in the trailer we were told the lock was broke and shouldn’t have been rented to us. We said we showed it to the person in Vineland and were told it wasn’t an issue.

Appreciate the assistance gentleman that helped check me in. As well, very happy with the physical location of the new unit I was provided. The foundation is raised and up a hill. I recently had a bad experience with water running through a storage unit provided by another (not Uhaul) storage facility.

I had pre-reserved a utility trailer for a one way haul from a Uhaul storage facility. Turns out I had to go 54 minutes to another Uhaul facility to pick the trailer up and then drive back 44 minutes to the Uhaul where my storage unit was. Maybe consideration should be given to a system where Uhaul actually helps facilitate moving trailers, etc. to one of it's own facilities to accommodate a pre-order instead of putting that onus on the customer. Please note that I paid almost double for same trailer I used 2 months ago PLUS the added expense of retrieving it. I was given an extra day (which I didn't really want or need) for the inconvenience but would have preferred the option of a better rate.

Staff were poor and disorganized. Truck wasn't ready. They forgot our appliance dolly. Locker was new, on an unpaved, unlit road w/ a 12" step up into it. Really? We cancelled the locker. This location and staff were a disaster for us, and cost us hundreds of $$$ in labor pay since we had labor with us and stood around until the truck was ready. I suggest you look elsewhere for storage, based on our experience.

The trailer’s right blinker didn’t work. They charged me, loaded the trailer on, then told me that after the fact and asked if it was ok. It wasn’t ok, but they had no other trailers that size, so I drove without a right blinker.
The guy at the counter when I dropped it off was nice. But also I told him the right blinker doesn’t work and he said he’ll take note of that, but as I was leaving I saw him loading the same exact trailer onto another lady’s truck. So obviously they don’t care and let that woman and me, oneolubgly drive without a blinker.

Young kid at front desk wasn't listening and was trying to upgrade me on another day when I told him 24hiurs he charge me another day anyway. Asking me if I want another 39mina to charge me another day. Thn rejected the 16 insurance. After tht he put it in. Tellin mgr. Why does it do that. These young kids . No harm just next time tell the kid to not mess w ppls money. You don't know the person on the other side of the counter. Train him to listen . Also leaving w trailer the guy forgot to move the stand so I dragged it. Had to lift the uhaul trailer to help take the stand under the trailer out Hurt my hand in the process.. Ps. Anyone else would of hurt their hand would sue you. I'm Latino. We don't sue.

WHen I dropped off the truck no one really told me where to go. No one came out to me, unless I was supposed to go in to see them first. Same thing with the trailer. I just dropped it off where the trucks were and that's it.

Ms. Hawkins was incredible. When the trailer we rented was not on site at the Vineland Delsea drive location she volunteered to go to Millville to pick it up for us. This enabled us to load and rent the trailer before 9 am whereas the Millville location did not open until 9 am! Huge difference when driving to TN. We missed a terrible rainstorm which we were so thankful for. She had a good understanding of all of uhaul and was pleasant and approachable. Thanks again. Anthony and Kathy Volpe. Daren from the Delsea/Vineland location should be the President of all Uhaul Storage locations, he exemplifies customer service. I had a trailer placed in storage that wouldn’t fit in the unit recommended by the service number but Daren was able to accommodate the trailer in another space. kept increasing the prices but there was never any change to the “climate control” or anything they tried telling me each price increase was for. You’re just greedy and wanted you customers to pay for the renovations and new units you’re putting in. My unit didn’t even have a light in it, and the bugs were ridiculous. Never renting a storage unit from uhaul again, I’ll see you for a moving truck. That’s about it.

I had ordered a new space but it was not ready or cleaned even after they said it would be when I was ready for it...had me down for the wrong space which was very dirty happy that was not mine. Parrish kept the spaces much cleaner and updated mine which I have had over 20 years needs a fresh paint and new door. Plus they locked you in on a price when you first move in (Parrish did) U haul is not as good.

Roberto, the GM goes out of his way to help the customers! I would HIGHLY recommend using this storage facility for your storage needs! I never once worried about the safety or security of my storage unit! This was the cleanest and most convenient location in Vineland and the surrounding area!!!

In the unit there is a place to put a light bulb but when I put one in it it did not work and we empty the unit without ant light except from ours phones and the light turned outside turned on past eight it should have turned on as soon as it darkens but there should be light in the unit it would have made it easier and the light outside should turn on sooner . I hope ugly understood me lol but I liked if there had no problems with anyone,the workers are nice helpful and the manager was great with us and yes in the Future I would come back . Keep up the good work!!!!!
