Keep the U-Haul promise. I have used U-Haul for every move I’ve ever had and this was thee worst. If I had to rate this reservation I would never use U-Haul again or recommend. I do have a open case and 3 days later i still have t heard anything about the outcome. The emotional and physical strain this caused me is unforgivable. 9 phone calls, 5 different people that handled my situation and told me that they were documenting was untrue. To receive such a headache during a move that was. clearly the company’s fault. I won’t use your services again

I got charged $8 for gas, the guy said I needed it to bring it back at like 9/16ths or something on the gauge, the paper work showed just past half a tank and that's where I returned it at, the gauge shows quarter, half, and 3/4 and full. There's no 9/16th of tank indicator so I let him get his little $8, next time I'll just choose another renter service

Online reservation worked excellent, and all the associates were extremely helpful, when I needed to extend the rental time, I can't thank them enough for working with me on that as well.

It took a long time to rent the truck. The attendant kept messing up the “in town” rental by choosing “one way” which caused a problem with the return location. We returned the truck 45 minutes after renting it and weee charged a full day rate with no concessions considering the short time we had the truck. The atmosphere was sloppy and unprofessional compared to other frequently visited uhaul locations. The person helping me rent the truck was friendly but not well trained.

The truck didn't have a ramp. When i called about it, i was placed on hold and i gave up on it after waiting for 5 minutes. When i went ti the drop of location the next day as i said i would, the place was closed. When i callec temple they told me i had to google an open location to drop it off. I askedif they could help me because i didnt have the time to search because my ride to temple was waiting on me. The told me no. I ended up to leaving the truck outside the closed locked gated location. Worse service i ever had

New system for using cell phone to rent truck is really confusing. Also, when reserving a truck, I don't want to receive a notice that my truck is in a different location than where I want. That is the whole idea of a reservation - it doesn't change. You should be driving the truck to serve me, not for me to serve you. All in all, you need to rethink your new system - it doesn't work. I prefer paper copies any day.

Employees were rude and curt with me, especially when returning the equipment. I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a paying customer. I most likely will not use this uhaul location again, nor will I recommend it to a friend.

You must have a smartphone to get a U-Haul truck. Their system requires you to log on and be in close proximity to the store. I prefer to actually talk to a human when doing business. Returning the truck was easy... the U-Haul employee used HIS phone !

I appreciate the fact that the trailer tires had sufficient tread. Slick tires could lead to hydroplaning on a wet road. Need to have a method for locking the hitch to the ball to prevent theft of the trailer and contents.

My credit card was charged twice. I was told the card would be used to reserve the truck but was charged instead. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. This is totally unacceptable and as a long time Uhaul customer, I'm not sure I will ever trust Uhaul with my credit card info again.
