I had issues every single time, except one, getting in the gate. Code wouldn't work, remote wouldn't work. I would have to call to get in and call to get out. The lock was extremely hard to get off. If I had to go to the office for anything, I would have to drive to a different location. This location is creepy. I have never seen another person there. I never went alone. I rented the storage room online, so I wasn't aware how desolate it was.

I had no less than 3 camera’s facing my storage unit that I could see. I was able to access my unit at any hour or day of the week. The unit was dry and clean over the two years I stored my property there. I highly recommend Uhaul storage.

I've had problems with this facility for awhile now. I do remember talking to a manager (Kelly Little) some years back who didn't help either. I'm so glad to be done with this place.

My biggest problem was that I reserved the pods on the phone with a credit card and was told I could switch cards upon loading the pods. The day I was picking up the pods I personally watched him put the new card in. A day later the original card was charged. I went back watched his boss do the same thing the wrong card was still there. I received a notification that the big charge was about to come through. I called the hot line. The lady said the account was showing no payment and again took the other card information. I hung up with her and called the credit card company. They said the charge was pending. I told them everything I just typed and told them this charge was not authorized for this card and canceled the card. They are reviewing my objection now. I don't know what is wrong with your system but this has been a huge headache from the getgo.

staff were extremely rude and immature. they ignored phone calls in front of other customers and attempted to take my cash “off the books” rather than charge in the uhaul system for services provided.

Each experience with the locations in Las Vegas and odessa was subpar. 1st the day i booked my original uhual and the containers i got a call that they needed to change the reservation for the containers they ended up changing my reservation for my containers and my uhaul to be at the same exact time. As i was packing up my uhual i got a call from the absolute rudest employee i have ever spoken to, she asked me why i made the reservation and containers for the same time and asked me who I thought i was superMan i explained i didnt make then for the same time , that they had called and changed it. She then required me to move my container reservation to the next day which caused me to have to cancel my movers the day of then not have proper help the next day. It ended up pushing my entire move back one day and i had to pay a cancellation fee for my cleaners. When i called to have my containers delivered they dont deliver in Odessa so i had to get a unual. When i arrived they didnt even bring my containers down yet , even though i called ahead requested them To and made a reservation for the uhual. Once i was trying to unpack it I couldnt because one was bolted shut. So again had to stop and go back and get someone to come unblot it.

I was there for 10 years and loved it. I moved out in October because I decided to purchase a storage building in my backyard. Because over the 10 year period I paid over 23,000. I was very pleased at uhaul and when it was AAA Storage that’s why I was there for so long. Thank you for taking care of me. I will recommend you guys in the future. If I had to rent again I would come back to you guys. Thank you

I'm not satisfied with the service. I'm still waiting for this matter to be resolved. I find that the employees are very respectful and they try to help but I find that you get different information from each one and no one can do anything at all about anything. It's so stressful. 4 months still waiting.

All in store staff and phone support I talked to were excellent. However November 21st after 11PM I was unable to access the storage facility at Cargo Road listed as a 24 hr facility. There is a help number listed on the gate for after business hours. I called and left a voice mail requesting assistance/access. The call has not been returned. Thankfully I was only out there to get something, not trying to move out of town. I later called the office during business hours and found out storage access was during business hours only unless flagged otherwise. This was probably mentioned when I booked the storage unit but with everything going on I missed it. The employee flagged my account for 24 hour access and I was able to move out overnight. I work nights and sleep during the day. In the future I will continue to use U-Haul.

Even though some water, unfortunately, made it into my storage unit, I definitely still recommend them. They were helpful any time it was needed, and easy to work with on my insurance claim.

I rented an enclosed parking space several days ago. The staff member who helped me at the office was helpful and asked me to go by the unit to make sure the clicker worked to gain access to the facility grounds and the garage door to access my parking space. The clicker worked to gain access to the facility grounds but did not work for the garage door to my enclosed parking space. I notified the staff member who helped me, he apologized and stated I would have to contact his manager, at which point me provided me with his manager's business card. I have emailed the general manager, Jacob Meador twice about this issue and have yet to receive a response. I have simply asked when the garage door will be fixed and I also want my month's rent to be extended by the number of days it takes to get the door fixed. Today is day 6 of not being able to access my enclosed parking space that I have already paid for. Therefore, if I cannot access my space today I want my rent extended 6 days, if I cannot access my space by EOB tomorrow then I want my rent extended 7 days, etc. I would like an email update on the status of the garage door being fixed and confirmation of my rent extension. my email address is garret.m.davis0910@gmail.com.

It was not on time because the U-haul storage didn’t have anyone to pull out the pods for the delivery guys to get it here on time. Otherwise everything was great!

I was disappointed when I found out we would have to pick up the containers. We were told in Dallas they would be brought to us. On the other hand, I was very pleased it didn't cost anything except gas to go and get them, and we were able to pick them up 1 at a time. Thank you for all your help.

Units have no manned guard. Keycards and codes periodically fail to open the entrance gate. Had difficulty in scheduling a tour of the facility due to there being 1 employee. Storageunit has two doors

My movers went to pick up the 2 trucks we had reserved and when they arrived the trucks we reserved were not available. My movers were sent to two different locations in town trying to find trucks were reserved. They lost 2 1/2 hours searching for the trucks we had reserved since Tuesday. This has happened to me before, very inconvenient for everyone.
