Location was great, app was not helpful and I still had to go inside to get keys with mobile check in. Uhaul should really work on their website and app. These guys were friendly and helpful. Fuel estimate was a little off, but that’s not a problem and it was remedied in the final details.

Darlene JWe specifically used this location and asked for a month to month lease and we left a credit card on file to cover the costs. For some reason we had a lease that started 2/14 and ended 3/30. Mid March I was notified that a payment was needed then a few days later I received my receipt. I thought I was paid for the next month, but then on April 5th they came and took the trailer back for non payment. I called in and realized that I did mess up, the contract was with the truck, but again this is not what we asked for. The bigger issue is that all they had to do was call me and I could have extended the contract or done whatever needed to be done to keep my guys working. I find it odd that they took the time to call the repo folks but didn't take any time or effort to call me. What's worse is the day this happened I called customer service who gave them the name and number of Victoria (the manager) and I called her 3x and left a couple of messages to no avail. I also received a call in the morning from one of your internal fraud folks. Problem with him is that he lied to me. He told me the card on file had been rejected, but this simply is not true. Then I called the branch in the afternoon and spoke to a gentlemen there who I explained the situation too, and he assured me that either he or Victoria would call me back to let me know if they would continue to rent to me. NO CALL BACK. So, I spent part of my Saturday at the Kennesaw location where they hooked me up and we got a new trailer squared away on Monday. The Snellville UHauld location is simply an awful place to do business.
Michael RBetter customer service. The truck door latch was damaged. I returned the dolly the store associate stated t did not. When I return he refused to check the tuck but proceeded to play on his cell phone like a child. When I returned to the store with me cameras showing that I placed the dolly in the rear of the truck before I retired it he stated I probably stole it to move futon the future. The store need to hire adults and drug test

JERRY MThe equipment was a truck with the following faults. 1. It had poor air-conditioning, it was a cooler day and this was not so important. 2. It has a faulty brake light and that caused a police officer to pull me over, check my papers, and was told to return to the u-haul center to repair it as soon as possible, I brought the unit back on time , on previously proposed schedule. 3. The telephone customer service was very nice, helpful, and accurate.

After showing a paid receipt and a screenshot of a half full tank gas needle, I was told that the manager check the truck in so there was nothing that they could do. I totally get it no one wants to go up against the manager but you try to steal from me because I'm a senior citizen. Bad business
Donna WSome employees are not friendly, some are just to laid back for work. There's never any parking anywhere to load your uhaul. The upstairs area NEEDS better temperature control. The facility is old and needs to be updated. These are the reason I transfer my storage. I found one much nicer as well as cheaper.

Juan DThere was a long wait time before anyone was in the building....I understand many places understaffed....15 min. picking up and dropping off before an employee was available....again many places understaffed these days. I had a discrepancy over my bill and Victoria was very responsive. I had decided to use another Uhaul place in the future, but Victoria's help changed my mind. Vehicle had oil light / engine problem help on continually. Maybe needs some looking at.

Samuel RThe truck I received was dirty both inside and out. I had to go back inside to request a clean truck when I did that the manager, Lauren had an attitude for me asking for a cleaner truck. Even the gentleman, Jeremy AGREED that the truck was too dirty to give to a customer. The girl checking me out wasn't very helpful or knowledgeable she didn't seem to know her job very well. And finally the truck was not on full when I received the rental but I was charged RIDICULOUS amounts for gas. Just overall I would not visit this location again. In fact, I'm almost never want to visit a U-haul ever again. I keep feeling like I'm being ripped off when I try to support the U-haul brand. Never satisfied with the customer service no matter where I go. Sorry not sorry.

steven cThis was the third location I had tried to get an appliance dolly from. I had made a reservation at Norcross, but when I arrived there was no appliance dolly available. The lady at the shop recommended a nearby store on Rockbridge, and I made a reservation for there with Marge on the phone she was great to talk to, but would not promise the dolly would be there. When I arrived, Diego said they rarely ever have dollies there, and he contacted yet another location Which online said they had dollies but the lady he talked to said they never have dollies. Diego was very helpful in trying to find me something, but there were none available. I was very disappointed because I had now made two reservations and still did not have an appliance dolly. On my way back home to get a normal hand truck, I passed yet another store on Hewitt Road, and I got a truck with a ramp from them, but no Appliance dolly. My main purpose for even renting the truck was to get an appliance dolly to move the equipment that I needed to move. U-Haul has been great for most of my move this year, but this was the biggest mess I've had to deal with and wasted an entire day of my time.

I had to escalate the issue to the higher ups and call multiple times over the span of two weeks before getting a refund. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend to anyone.

Terance J | First ImpressionsI moved at night and the cargo dome light didn't work. It made life very difficult. Also, the site was unclear and I was under the impression I'd have 24 hour access to my storage unit and that was not the case. Very disappointed by this as I was still loading things into the unit when I was locked out. The truck share return process was confusing as well, the website had a photo of an orange key return box so after 15 minutes of looking for an orange box I saw the hole in the door. Also the one working light in front of the store kept flickering. I had hoped to have an easy move but the biggest issues were with loading into the unit. The doors are also bent and I had to pry the door open and it slammed into my foot and, in doing so, cut my toe. The whole process is very convoluted.

My rental office in Springfield, IL said that I could expect a free rental for any size unit. I called the Snellville location on 1/10 and talked with an agent at a remote location. I reserved a 10 x 10 unit. While Christina was most helpful in locating a 5 x 10 unit that met my needs, I was frustrated that the first month's rental was not available free of charge.

Instead of a 10x10 that I reserved I was given two separate 5x5 that a matter was doesn’t fit in. When I tried to handle the situation the employee went and helped other customers and never returned to help us solve the issue. I left, had to reserve another unit somewhere else and couldn’t even get them on the phone to cancel the units. We had to cancel them through online service.

We were told we could consolidate both units into one and at that time would only pay for one unit the following month. However when we informed the employee we wanted to pay for the following month for the one unit we were told by the employee and his manager that we could not do that and would have to either move to another unit or pay for both. We were given two different prices and No One, including the manager even bothered to apologize for the misinformation their employee gave to us. We will NEVER do business with UHAUL again.

The young man was truly helpful but as I heard him talking to his manager to help him with working the system the manager was rude. When he asked if I can get the free month she adamantly said no and I still had to pay extra for the additional storage. With all the aggravation the least the manager for this location could have done was work with us better to help instead of sounding irritated with her employee for contacting her and not honoring the first month free promotion online. I'm very disappointed with our treatment.

I came in to get the key to load up the storage unit and waiting in line for an hour. Once I got to speak to an employee, they told me that they couldn't get the key that was supposed to be at the front desk for me, I had to wait for the other employee, who was currently practicing horrible social distancing skills by using customers cell phone to get information about booking a storage unit. Instead of just giving me the key, they told me that I'd have to wait longer than the hour that I already waiting, for a key I already paid for, that was supposed to just be at the front office. I left. I had other pressing matters to handle on top of dropping off all my clothes to the storage unit I already paid for. This has completely altered my moving processes. I just want the key to the unit I paid for so that I can access it.
