I reserved at a location closer to me but got a reservation change to this location. A bit inconvinient but glad it was here because the crew at this location is always on top.of there game!!!

Dominck MThere was a loud whistle from the passenger window while going above 50mph. Although I swept the deck,I still incurred a $25 service charge. I didn't have a fine dust broom, only a coarse broom! And I could use a blower at 2:30 in the morning. The truck was inpressively powerful to haul that load.

Kevin PThe staff on pickup was great everything went smoothly and the guys installed the car transporter onto my truck with no problems. Once I got to the location to place the car onto the transporter I noticed that one tire strap was shorter than the other. Since that shorter one was damaged I was unable to strap the driver’s side tire to the transporter. Since I was 2 hours from home and the Uhaul center I had to search for something to help keep the tire secure. Lucky I was able to find something and was able to bring the car home. This broken strap left me in a tuff position both for safety and being stranded on the road with a broken trailer. When I returned the equipment the gentleman excepting it told me they should have never rented me this equipment in this condition. At the end of the day everything worked out, but I wish the equipment I paid for was in full working order. Thank you.

Kenneth MEven after waiting 10 minutes, I was not greeted or acknowledged by the attendant behind the desk as he spoke to someone on speaker how to fix a car part. Another customer who wanted to drop off keys also wanted to just drop off keys, but was waiting to say anything since I was there 1st. I was unable to check out the app since it was my 1st time, and didnt realized it was because I needed to show my ID for the 1st time. I asked the attendant what the next step was, and he raised a finger at me with no eye contact or indication he would be helping me. It was embarrassing. After 10 minutes, another attendant came in, and assisted me, and apologized for the wait. All attendants, no matter just busy, should be properly acknowledge each customer walking in, and let them know they will be with them soon.

Maryellen BJust want to say that the mechanic Nick Kavanagh made me feel comfortable about doing business with U-Haul. I tend to get nervous whenever I have work done on my vehicles and I can be a little annoying and nitpicky. But none of my questions put Nick out at all and that is very good for customer relations. Very happy with the installation and product.

Spencer CI do not care for your website. It is tough for me to maneuver and I feel pressure to buy services I already know I don’t want. It feels like “negative option” to me. To the good, your rates are reasonable, your staff are friendly you honor your reservations and the equipment works well.

Dennis CMy only suggestion would be to spray the inside of the vehicle with a deodorizer, as the smell of cigarette smoke was present. Other than that, the experiece was excellent. Alexis is very knowledgeable and helpful. She made the rental process seamless. She was friendly and engaged with me in a way that made me feel that I was more than a business transaction. She offered suggestions and was understanding of my needs. Both Nick & Bryan were equally qualified to assist in the return of the rental. I will be renting from this location again, and commend all 3 of these staff members on a job very well done! Thank you very much!

The two employees at this facilty saved the day and booked us at another UHAUL facility close by on Bellemeade RD in Smithtown NY.

I had a reservation for a unit over a month out before I was to move in, the facility overbooked and didn’t have the correct unit available for me, causing me to have to move into a bigger unit which was more expensive. The workers are rude, don’t care to actually help you out. They just pad some problem off to the next person. The hours are ridiculous. And won’t give you an extra back up access card. It’s all just a very inconvenience of a place and I can’t wait to leave.

You should see this as valuable feedback, not a favor you grant your ex-customers.
