It was hard to believe this was a uhaul rental place bcuz it was super clean, the vehicles were neatly parked, everything is so well-organized, and the staff is incredible! Everyone was super helpful and actually helped with any questions I had regarding driving off the lot. They literally ran to get keys to show you the vehicles. No laziness at this place of business. When I returned with the vehicle, someone was waiting at the check-in point to examine the vehicle, check the mileage, and accept the keys. I would definitely return there and recommend this place. They are exceptional!

Keep a tracking device on all trailers. My entire was stolen in Amarillo Texas and Uhaul informed me that they do not put trackers on all of the trailers? WHY? Everything I owned was in this UHaul

The lady who checked me in was not pleasant. She made it difficult to get my rental because I did not have my phone. I had my ID...what more is needed?? She called my wife to verify my identity. Additionally, she was complaining in front of customers how too many rentals were scheduled for the morning and how she would not let this happen again. Very unprofessional. I got the sense she was doing me a favor by renting to me rather than being grateful for my business.

This locations internet kept dropping so there was a huge line of customers waiting nearly one hour to complete simple transactions at the front desk. The staff at this site said their internet drops a lot. FIX THIS DAMN ISSUE so customers like me are not inconvenienced!!! Waste YOUR time, not MINE!!!

Ok so this is second vehicle I rented in four days this is the van that I rented and I have never in my life anywhere in the world and I’ve traveled the world seen better customer service ever there’s so much compassion and professionalism. Jeanette at the front desk goes out of her way to be helpful, she is friendly, professional and knows her stuff! She made all the difference in not only storing at the facility but also helped me with my Ubox move as there were some problems (not created by the Pico facility) and she handled it quickly and thoughtfully. All the other staff that I spoke to were very friendly and helpful also.

One minor glitch is that I was in that air condition area of your facility and it really wasn’t very air-conditioned, it was 85 degrees on hot days but I realize electricity is precious.

Although the facility was well lit, secure, and the hours are great, the location of where I had my unit was near the lockers by the entrance. I'm not sure who is using the lockers, but every time I went in there, it smelled like pot. And most times I visited (which was every few days for a month) the leftovers of someone's belongings who had either been evicted or had dumped their stuff was left by the carts by the entrance. Also, in the entrance, there are leftover building supplies - not sure if they belong to the building or someone else, but it doesn't seem that it should be there. For the price I was paying for a small unit, I would have figured the experience would be better. I switched my storage to All American in Capistrano and it's MUCH cleaner, more pleasant, more professional, and over $50 less expensive.

The new metal added around the interior hallways no longer allow you to swing open the door to the unit all the way. This was very frustrating when moving out.
We had to move a few items out of the unit into the hallway, then close the units door, in order to carry the stuff out the front rollup door.
When we moved in the unit door swung all the way open which was great!

I was happy with my uhaul experience. I do recommend to make it clear to your customers who are moving and purchasing a storage unit to explain you have to return the uhaul keys by 10am or whatever time you have set up. I showed up at 10 and unloaded my things into my unit and it took about an hour and then I turned in the uhaul keys and was told I was being charged and the guy didn’t know why but basically said I have to pay it and took it from my card on file. Upon reviewing the receipt I was charged another day! I was on the property the whole time and no one warned me or said anything. I have called asking for a refund. That is deceiving.

The price is ridiculous and you couldn't even give me a deal after I needed a pod and also a storage unit and then two different trucks, ALL in 4 days, I'm not happy at all!!!

The people (specifically Cindy) are incredibly rude and unhelpful. The move-in process was made frustrating because of their poor attitudes. They treated me as if I were dumb. Which was very upsetting when the facility changed the security system and when I asked how it worked, all three representatives treated me poorly and did not offer any help.

I would recommend changing the motion sensors and cameras. Not all angles are covered in the halls, mostly just the entrances. Other than that it is a great place to store whatever you need.
