Rosario CThe location isn’t the problem - your whole process is trash. Your reso system is pointless- we have to redo everything at the site anyway, and there are infinite hidden fees. Then you give such variable information about time to return and requirements for return, then change them halfway through the trip by demanding a phone call by text, and changing the drop off location to somewhere many miles further away from the original agreed upon location.

Tobias SI have had problems here in the past. I needed a van so I had to go here. This time I was helped by Matt. I tried to do the App but it wasn’t going through. As soon as I gave him my ID he scanned it and handed me the key. So easy. When I returned he met me when I walked in. He took my key and checked me out. He was very pleasant and professional. Because of him I will continue to come back to this location.

Georgia S | Overall ExperienceThe front windshield was cloudy on the inside and had dried raindrops on the outside, making a driver's vision less than desirable. There should be some orientation to the instruments in the vehicle. I had to search around to figure out how to ventilate.
Paul SThe one who helped me said he was a manager. I wanted to rent a storage unit and he did not know how to do it. I was overcharged for the miles. I called Uhaul to fix it. It was denied. I was charge an extra 31 miles. I have pictures. This is unacceptable. I had to call again today 1-24-24 to get this resolved. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is why I take pictures. So I am not robbed by Uhaul.

Jenna BThe manager on duty was not the most friendly of chaps. We had (1) simple issue with the truck hood not opening and our mechanic did a simple repair. We reported it to the manager when we returned the vehicle and we were informed "there was nothing wrong with the truck when we picked it up and our trucks wouldn't be released if there was an issue". Our mech tried to explain what the issue is and how he repaired it. Again we were chastised for questioning the integrity of the shop's mechanic. It wasn't the shop mechanic, it was a wear/tear wire to open the hood of the truck that just wore itself out. But the manager did not want to hear it...
Adam DThe gentleman that completed my transaction was not very communicative, I had to ask him about everything returning the truck and equipment. He never said we were all good I can leave. And he was not friendly at all. It seemed liked he hated his job! The location was clean but not inviting.

Danielle WIt was a good experience, however when i originally reserved the uhaul for Rittenhouse Lumber, they did not have my vehicle and sent me to the Roxborough location. I had to add extra miles to my trip which cost me more money. But the truck itself was great. Drove smooth, and fit most of what i needed.

James DI did the self-service pick-up in the morning before the store opened. I had some trouble with scanning the location barcode via the U-Haul website. It wasn’t until I downloaded the app when it started to work. I’d fix that issue so people aren’t forced to download the app. I probably wasted 20-25 minutes figuring it out.
Daniel HI was mislead, misinformed by the store attendant. over-charged, and i now have to file fraud charges with my bank.
Julie D1- we ordered a van and we’re told that they overbooked the available vans so we had to settle for a 10 foot truck. 2- passenger sun visor came crashing down on my wife’s knee. 3- We were guaranteed (according to U-Haul’s website when ordering) a van at pickup but I guess guarantees don’t mean what it used too. 4- staff member didn’t seem to be interested in customer service.

The facility was clean and well-lit. The only issue I had was that my rental - a large storage on first floor - had no lighting. It made it very difficult to find things or organize. Mary tried to help with some small battery-operated nightlights, but they did not shed enough light and very quickly burned out. Really needs lighting, especially as B1052 is very large. Thank you for an otherwise great experience!

I think the storage is over priced with prices constantly increasing. It's difficulty to park after U-Haul added numerous storage areas and trucks.

Scott P | Overall ExperienceOn 6/1/2021 Quincy had called me and stated that the storage unit I rented, the door was damaged. I agreed to a replacement with one month free. He also told me I didn’t need to have a lock and bring that back foe a replacement. On 6/2/2021, I arrived. Mike was at the desk. I walked in with 2 other customers. He needed propane and the 3rd needed boxes. Mike was flustered , and rude to me because of being stressed. Even though I was before them, and as I told him of the conversation with Quincy he said “he told me none of this and I have to take these other customers because it will take a half hour to go through everything with you”. I was placed aside so he could waif on other customers. When I finally did get to the desk. Mike was huffing and puffing about having to do this rental. I told him Quincy mentioned on the phone about the one month free and he said “ he never told me”. He then acted us if I was stupid to bring back the lock I purchased . I said Quincy said to bring it back because I didn’t need one, I don’t know - I never did this before. Mike was rude and talked down to me. He could not handle the stress of more than one customer. It was very uncomfortable to feel belittled in front of my son and pushed aside.
