There was no warning to that affect. One door you could open partially and it would stay unless you knocked into it. The other door was loose on its hinges. It swung closed on me, hit my head, and gave me a suspectedmild concussion.

Came by a few weeks back and it was out, had hoped they’d be fixed when I returned. We had flashlights so it worked out but not ideal for needing to access the unit. Also felt unsafe being there alone in a dark hallway with a dark unit. Other than that, great experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and easy to get items in and out when lights are working properly.

It was a slimy snake move and I won't be using uhaul again and I will recommend others to find a different company

However, the person who received the truck claimed that I did not put the correctamour gas in it and tried to charge me $6 per gallon instead of 6 per gallon. If I pay him cash Despite his promise to fix the mistake, I disputed his claim with my receipt and a picture as proof. He then tried to pass it off as an honest mistake, but I believe he was trying to scam me.

Released from the wheel and fell to the axis after 3 hour trip. We had to purchase additional straps to feel comfortable with the transport. Left side wi shield wiper came loose and we had to stop to reattach.

This appears to be the fault of whoever maintains the website and the online forms at the national or corporate level of U-Haul Inc. However, the employees at this location are very good.

Had to go into the rental office and the woman behind the counter came out and located the person that was to support the return.

SETH YARDENYour advertising is deceptive by putting a giant 19.95 price and a tiny "plus mileage and fees". This is obviously designed to be deceptive. Also the odometer in the van was inaccurate. I measured with a gps and it was ticking miles slightly less than a mile. Your constant and aggressive up selling on the website and messages to me was unwanted and annoying. In summary, I won't be renting from you again and I will warn people to avoid your company. I felt taken advantage of and lied to.

Mary LightbodyGood and efficient customer service rectifying an error however everything about my return was wrong, I have photos to prove it 1) I retutned it with more gas than when I got it but was told it was returned with less 2) I returned it clean with the equipment but was told it wasn’t and got a clean fee 3) I returned it with barely any miles but was quoted for 60+ miles over what I used I can only conclude there was a mistake made and must have received another customers entire bill. I would come back because of great customer service helping to resolve it.

I returned the truck with the same amount of gas, and was charged. That’s a garbage policy, “credit” or no. You got it like I got it, and I guarantee I returned it cleaner. You already got 4200 bucks out of me, but I guess you needed more.

The return process after hour using the app was terrible- It would not let me take all the pictures requested and it kept on removing the previous picture taken so I was not able to complete step 5 to move to step 6 to complete the return.

Customer service desk person was good but wanted us to read the contract instead of answering our questions... this was my first time in my life renting a UHaul. Maybe they could have been a little more patient answering questions. Like that bill was sent out shortly after returned vehicle and everything was good. Overall, everyone was very friendly and kind - definitely would go there again!

Norman MaelWas charged for fuel when I received the vehicle with less than a quarter of a tank. After finishing the job I filled to same amount I received and was still charged. $30 for fuel service and $15 for 3 gallons of gas. In a truck that size 3 gallons of gas wouldn’t even move the needle. I spoke with manager he was supposed to refund and still hasn’t done so.

I was confused on checking out where to leave the lock and key but checked in with the store and they let me know I keep it. I'm assuming I missed that and it's in writing somewhere but maybe that info should stand out more. But overall seamless! I spoke with two customer service staff. The first one I spoke to who helped me purchase the right storage unit was phenomenal. Moving can be stressful. I was exhausted and couldn't make heads or tails of the size space I needed. She really took the time to help me figure it out. I appreciated that kindness, because I know she didn't have to do that. Could have been better, but ultimately it worked out: At the Medford MA, Mystic Ave location, when we arrived at our storage unit we found we had to move our heavy items up a set of stairs. We weren't expecting that and since we had been moving all day, I had hurt my back a bit earlier in the day. If I had known prior to booking the unit I would have asked for one that did not require us to move heavy items up stairs. At the end of the day it was fine, we made it work. The Concerning : The night we moved in we were there for a few hours. The door was broken open and since it was after 5:00 pm there were no u-haul staff onsite. It was a big weekend for moving in the Boston area Labor day weekend which fell near 9/1. I understood that this was unusual as I have rented trucks for moving from this specific facility more than once. But this felt a little chaotic and led me to question whether the facility was safe or not. I looked for someone who worked in the facility but couldn't find anyone, I couldn't figure out if there was a specific office for the storage area versus the store at the front of the building. All and all this was a decent experience for a short term unexpected need for storage. It was great for what I needed, the women I worked with on the phone really saved the day for us. But the broken door, the chaos of that move in night made me a bit nervous. Ultimately it wound up being fine, just a little unsettling for the move in experience.

The person managing at the time was friendly and helpful as well. The move-out process just 3 weeks later completely flipped everything on its head. When we first arrived we entered and none of the carts that had been easily accessible during the move-in were in the proper place. The elevator was out of service. When we questioned someone about when the elevator would be back in service, they told us it had been out of service for two weeks and there was no sign of when it would get fixed. The person managing led us to the freight elevator, gave us little to no instruction on how to use it, then left my mother and I standing there. If it had not been for a woman who showed up, who was not an employee, who randomly knew how to use the freight elevator well, my mother and I would have never been able to figure out how to use it. Frankly, the experience was scary, and with the few instructions we got, I feared several times that we might accidentally get stuck in that elevator. We managed to find some carts lying around, and get everything out and into our vehicle, however, it took us twice the amount of time that it should have taken, during a downpour of rain nonetheless. Once again, I don't think I have ever written a negative review for any company, but this experience sucked.

Took us two hours to be able to get our rental truck because the system was down and the staff was very slow, unhelpful, and not being efficient when there were 5 different people trying to check in for their truck rental. I had to approach three different staff members for help with the truck rental. I also had a storage unit reservation and they called the SAME DAY of the move in to indicate that there were no storage units available. I had movers coming in that day so the same day notice was very unhelpful. While waiting two hours for the truck, a storage unit happened to opened up (after I insisted that i staff member help me find a storage unit to fulfill my reservation) but then the staff didn't want to honor the one month free storage that came with the truck rental (and advertised on the website). Overall it was a terrible experience that led to more expenses on my part and waste of time and made my move a nightmare.

I tried restarting my phone and did it on two different devices. I encountered the same difficulties on each device. It was a pain in the neck!!! At the very least, the app should have a “save and continue” option. Then, when I got to the facility, the worker was very unfriendly and curt with me. I finally had success with the online check-in. Other customers were also having difficulty with the app. It was not just me. The only employees who were truly friendly were the non-english speaking workers who were painting and cleaning the facility. When I said above that I would recommend to a friend, I only say that because Uhaul seems to be “the only game in town”. I am hoping that we have a better experience when we pick up our stuff in August.

The reason I left UHaul is that when I got to my unit 2 weeks ago, there was a disc lock placed upside down on my door and my key did not fit. I knew that I did not place the lock in this fashion and was very concerned that someone had gotten into my unit. When I went to the office, the staff person seemed very perplexed and did not know how to help. When I returned later, 2 other employees had no idea what was going on. I asked for a manager and Alanna found that there was a set of keys in an envelope with my name on it and the likely explanation was my lock was cut by mistake for to a recent auction. She said she works confirm this w a phone call to me the next day as none of this was communicated to me at any time. I never did get a follow up call from her either. I was left with a lot of worry as to how this happened. I was a good customer since 2016 and have moved out as of yesterday.

The person who created my username made a mistake and put my email but the name of my partner. I forget the code access and when I talked to the staff about the code access, they told me that my partner has add my name to the contract. I explained what happens, and they didn't give me any solution. My partner called and they said he had to do it online. We could not do it for problems with your webpage!!! After so many minutes he could add me to the contract, your staff give me a code, and didn't it work!!! There was a door open and I can enter my room storage without a code access!! Terrible experience.

There are no signs saying like "use this key pad first". Even the hours to the storage unit make no sense. The email says one thing, the signage says "24 hours" everywhere but it is referring to the cameras, and one tiny sign says office hours which is actually the hours you can get in to your unit.
Shana Goodman | Online Move InIt would be nice if the info customers received from the 800 number matched the reality of the facility. The 800 number people always say YES to everything, once you get through to speak to a human being, including making reservations for units that in reality may or may not be available. We got very lucky when we moved in that a spare unit was available as the unit we rented by phone over the 800 number was not available - in fact we were initially told upon arrival to move-in that there was no vacancy at all. If we had been a few minutes later checking in, the spare unit would’ve been rented to someone else in the same position and we would’ve had nowhere to go. That was really unnecessarily stressful, but I will hand it to the folks at the facility that they made it right, but only because they had a spare unit. Additionally, I was told by the 800 number that we could check-out online when we vacated, but couldn’t make that system work. I went into the office to checkout upon vacating and they said it’s always better to do it in person, that the online checkout doesn’t always work. It was quick and easy. One suggestion: it would be nice if a prorated amount of the monthly rent could be refunded if you move out partially through a month. I was disappointed that even though we alerted Uhaul more than a month in advance that we were moving out 1/2 way through the month, that no accommodation was made for a partial month’s rent.

Large stock of vehicles with easy booking process. Negatives: Vehicle return process was confusing. Storage unit online/over the phone availability does not match on-site availability. This was really frustrating and seems like such an easy fix. Because the online system shows available units (that are actually full), it is possible to book a storage unit on the phone or online, confirm its availability day-of via phone, and then show up only to be told that that unit is actually not available (and never was). This happened to me - I called multiple times to confirm I had booked two units, and was told over the phone that this was the case, but when I showed up was told that actually neither of those units was open. Luckily, one other unit was available, but it was barely big enough to fit my stuff, and I can't imagine how stressful it would be to show up on moving day only to be told you don't have access to the unit you thought you'd reserved.

Was moving out on 8/31 at the end of my lease and was there for literally hours to get the contract for my storage unit that I already reserved online and over the phone. Staff had no idea the answer to ANY question, not even the actual dimensions of a 6×7×8 storage unit when I asked. The cashiers had to keep asking managers to do things for them because they didn't know how which kept resulting in mistakes, waiting for manager to come out of back office/break, and literal time wasted. The worst part is that I informed the cashiers that I would be arriving back with my boxes and furniture after staff hours but before 10pm, they told me all I needed to get into the unit was my 4 digit pin. When I showed up at the back of the building with all my belongings after 7pm (after staff hours), I typed my pin in but the directions at the door said since it was after staff hours I needed an additional swipe card to enter!! So I got there with an UBER lyft XL driver who I also had to pay an additional $100 cash tip to him to help me carry all my stuff to his car, AND I NEVER GOT INTO MY STORAGE UNIT BY 10 PM!! While I was at the uhaul store during the day they typed in my visa debit card info in literally 10 times which was a VISA before they told me they didn't take my type of card, so when I got back to my apartment with all of my stuff with me around 10pm on 8/31 when my lease is up at 12am, I thought I'd just have to take ALL of my stuff to the hotel I booked for that night and bring it all back to the storage unit in the morning. Idk how this happened but my card I used to book the lyft XL ended up having a 24 hour block on it because my card info was entered wrong too many times earlier at uhaul. So I had NO way of getting me and my stuff to the hotel I reserved for hundreds of dollars non refundable the night of 8/31 and only had cash on me. After calling my card branch 24 hour customer service line, I figured all this out but it was now 2am and no stores were open to even try to put my cash on a chime/venmo card to use to book a ride. I'm still at the apartment I was supposed to move out of by 12am, so I had no other choice but to leave my belongings on the front porch overnight and sleep on the empty apartment hard wood floors (I lived on the third floor so after days of work I was not about to carry back up sleeping equipment at 3am). This literally could not have worked out worse if I planned to make it go as terribly as possible!! Now I've wasted thousands of dollars all together on the numerous lyfts/driver tips, the uhaul storage unit itself, the non-refundable hotel charge, etc. Now I owe my old landlord money probably for staying past my lease date. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!!! I JUST WANT SLEEP AT THIS POINT!!!

When the unit was rented I was told I could use the lock I showed and intended to use without issue. 3 months later I was told only disc locks could be used because they were harder to cut. My lock was a higher grade American Made lock (not communist China) that could not be cut and I had the only keys to it. Nowhere in my rental agreement or on the policy sticker in the unit said I could only use a disc lock and only stated my unit was to be locked at all times. I moved out and moved to Extra Space Storage where I was permitted to use the lock I wanted to at a higher rate. Due to this major inconvenience I will also not perform unit lockouts if my company is called to this facility.

You called former phone #; I had corrected info many timed! Phone service sucks . You have me keys to your lock; but what happened to the lock I had purchased? But I guess you thought I would be mollified by your lock, well it is better quality , it is some satisfaction, and thanks for cancelling late fee.

After 20 minutes looking for my unit I found my self in a service elevator and couldn't find where are the carts! Finally I asked U-Haul staff outside and they were really nice and answer all my questions with a smile, and in less than 2 minutes I reached to my unit.

The one area that we had a bit of difficulty in was the fact that when we got there, they initially didn’t have us listed as having a room reservation and the woman had to go look it up - once she found it , it turned out that when we went to the room there was a lot of stuff in it, even though it was the number that we had been assigned by the national number. We were told that for some reason the system that the national Reservations uses does not always sync with what they have at the local facility. Thankfully, this wasn’t a major problem in this case; however it did cost me an extra $73 with my moving company having to wait until all of this got cleared up. David Conrad | Overall ExperienceI have tried several storage facilities over the years, and this is the nicest in terms of how the building is designed, lit and maintained. The management was somewhat flexible with the payment of the storage unit rent: I was slightly late a few times, and they were understanding about it, I might have had to pay late fees only once. On the downside, something that shocked me about that place is how grossly inadequate the staff is. Over the past few years, beside renting a storage unit there, I have rented a van several times, and also went there to buy packing supplies a few times: almost every time, the staff member who "took care of me" was inadequate: either looking super absent and half asleep, or rude, or even borderline aggressive. Bad attitude, rarely any "hello" or "goodbye", let alone thank you or a smile, you name it. Only once was a lady at the front desk smiling and friendly. All the other times they got me thinking: "Do these people realize that they are part of a business and are taking care of customers, therefore they have to be not just nice, but EXTRA nice? Are they trying to scare people away? Does the management have a strict policy of recruiting only people who just graduated from ... jail?" Today, as I put an end to this 2 year and a half storage unit rental, the guy at the front desk looked like he was dealing with an intensely painful matter, or that he had just had Botox injected all over his face. At the end of the exchange, he recited a memorized "thank-you” formula that went like “U-haul thanks you for choosing them” or something like that. I say “recited” and “memorized” because he said it twice, and either time with the exact same wording and artificial, monotonous sounding voice, like a bad actor who delivers a line he managed to memorize but feels totally foreign to. At the very end, I distinctly said to him “thank you so much, have a great day”. And for answer, I got… nothing. Nothing at all. Clearly there is zero training focusing on how to treat customers nicely in that place. On the contrary, there seems to be a marked trend to recruit only people who suffer from some kind of deficiency when it comes to basic interhuman communication. Weird. Not appealing. Not helping.

Found that my unit had a giant pillar in the middle taking up so much space, had all my stuff ready to go on the floor , left it unattended, ran down asked to change my unit, got a new one.!YAY! Ran up from the front desk area to the unit area couldn’t get in again tried 10mins thinking if I’m stupid and not reading it right. Ran down, told them I can’t get in with this code, the front desk person said oh I forgot to mention to use the temporary code for the second one, I run up to the unit entrance can’t get in. It’s all locked and I put in the number correctly, nothing. Can’t get in! Haha It’s closing time, I got to this place hours ago, it’s been probably 3hrs not being able to get in. I run down it’s closing and someone else helped me got up with me and tried it herself and said I have to put in the code into one door and the other at the same time and it worked! Which was helpful. But the functionality of getting things going there is horrible. I finally get to my unit and it’s up the stairs, I just laugh! At least there’s not a pillar in the middle but the walls are broken and no roofing wire to protect your stuff. Honestly if someone wanted to they could go up on a small stole and climb over and take your stuff so yeah. And to drop off a uhaul during closing hours was terrible too, I could not get into the website at all. It does not work, told us there’s a website that we can do that , spent an hour trying different phones to drop the car could not access it! Had to drive the uhaul van back to our house wait next morning to drop it off while having crutch time with other personal things. Btw the walls of my unit was torn off from both sides so uhh kinda scared leaving it there, I will definitely try to move it somewhere else that is safer! And aside from this location uhaul as a whole reserving a van or truck etc. is frustrating because I reserved it ahead of time so I can travel to my real home town and I was told that they may not have this van at the location I asked. I wanted to reserve ahead of time so just in case it doesn’t work I can cancel purchase from somewhere else but they told us we will let you know a day before pick up. I’m shocked and call them frequent times to know of any updates and told me it could be up to a 100miles and I’m getting worried because if it’s very far I won’t have enough time to move things into the truck and leave from NJ to MA. They said I would be updated or a call barely got any just a bunch of scare notice. Lucky the uhaul van was 25mins away and then asked where the drop off would be they said they would let me know the day of pick up. It was definitely a ride first experience

KEVIN CLANCY | First ImpressionsThis was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. I was told that the reason for poor service was due to being short staffed. Meanwhile the employees were arguing because one took an hour and a half lunch. When he returned another woman came out and started drawing on his hand making a "pen tattoo." Another was sleeping on the furniture pads. After explaining that I need enough room to get 3 couches in, I was given a space that was in a small corridor where I could not fit my furniture. I went back to the front desk where I was given another space in the same area. If you have half decent furniture that you do not want gnawed by rats, find another place. Not only are there rat traps everywhere but there are transients hanging around inside the building. They couldn't figure out how to key the access card so they gave me the entry code. I would guarantee that code works today and 6 months from today so not only is it filthy but not secure. Finally, some guy came back from lunch to "help" and gave me a space that was half the size of the other ones. I thought I was being punked. I was at UHaul for over two hours and while still waiting, finally called Extra Space Storage on the other side of Medford. I called them at 4:45PM and was finished moving in by 5:30. Go to Extra Space Storage or put your stuff in your Mom's basement but just do not use UHaul. I had to put extra miles on the UHaul truck and extra gas after being toyed with all afternoon. On top of all of this I still got charged!!! I called the customer service line and spoke with a very nice and capable woman named Katrina. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and was finally told that the money will be back in my account in 3-5 business days. Do not go to this business. Let me write this again. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! After all of this lunacy I realized that these people did me a favor because now I never have to deal with them again.

I showed them my confirmation email with the unit, price, size, and move in date. I was informed that uhaul does not give preference to customers with reservations and that they didn’t have a storage unit big enough for my things. I had to store my things in a friends basement and I have not been able to get a refund from uhaul. This is personally my second time having an experience like this with uhaul.

The woman who originally assisted me went to look - and found 2 storage units available, from which I chose one and was able to move my things in. She really saved the day and I am so grateful to her.

All in all I had to walk up and dodwn to the office 4 times, and it took me an hour. It's also quite expensive. I will t explore other options in the neighborhood.

Seems my financial info had been removed/lost from the system —not of my doing—and I had to resupply my card which had paid my monthly automatic payment to date. There was never a problem with my card. Personally I would like to see more of an apology from Uhaul for this incident then simply a rescinding of the late fee. I am sure there is concrete filler that can fill it in and smooth it out at low cost. 2) The access system was terrible. I had to go to the office twice to get a new card. The third time I went in, the office staff gave me their code so we could get in. This is a terrible inconvenience. 3) I also found there to be problems with the carts. First, the number of carts. There wasn’t enough to go around. Second, some of the carts needed either maintenance or to be thrown away as the wheels were coming apart.

The facility is definitely understaffed and customers end up waiting quite a while to talk with employees and access the moving trucks and storage rentals. The employees are extremely rude and unhelpful, the facility has poor/inconsistent signage, and the maps are nonexistent or indecipherable, so you end up wasting time trying to find your rental location. The facility called me three times about my rental, but made it impossible to talk with any staff because wait times to talk with a U-Haul employee were in excess of 45 minutes. There is also no available first-aid for band-aids, etc. in case you get injured. The mobile return app is also poorly designed and extremely confusing. I would strongly recommend avoiding U-Haul if possible!

After over an hour, we reserved two smaller units and have to pay for the first month in one even though we were offered “first month free” with our truck rental. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating at the end of an international move and took much longer than needed. I am disappointed in a company that doesn’t stand by what it promises and then does not take responsibility for that dishonesty.

As I turned up for my truck I was told that storage unit I booked online was unavailable, because someone else took it already -- this was a big problem for me, because I had to relocate my personal belonging to storage and this is why I booked it online 1 month before. I was sent around 2 other U-Haul storage facilities in and around Boston, which not only added mileage to the truck I was driving, but also exposed me to incremental labor cost of TaskRabbit, which I hired for the job. In summary, I would not recommend U-Haul to a friend, because of this major issue. I still don't understand what is the point of booking storage online in advance, when I am then told by U-Haul staff that it is all first-comes first-served basis -- this is completely unreasonable and this practice shall stop otherwise U-Haul will end up with many customers like me - unhappy.

If I had known how far I have to carry large furniture, I would not have rented here. Finally, we had trouble finding the unit the first time, even though we asked staff for directions. We had to go back twice to the customer service desk to ask where it was and even then it she was unhelpful. They were not a customer of Uhaul, but were able to freely walk around the unlocked section of the storage facility. They proceeded to loiter for 1.5 hours, with several men loitering along side her. A separate man (also not a customer of Uhaul as he never entered the card access area) loitered around the facility for multiple hours, and seemed to be selling drugs out of the back of his Penske rental truck. How no Uhaul representative noticed any of this going on is beyond me and incredibly concerning to me. I was at the facility for a total of 2 hours in the middle of the day, so I am very concerned as far as what else goes on at the facility. I plan to leave my belongings there for this stay, and would have a difficult time recommending this Medford location to anybody else.

We returned the following morning and were helped with our unit. This did take some time and when we left there was a huge line of people behind us. Perhaps the facility would benefit from additional staff to meet the needs of its customers.

But it turned out to be the wrong key, so we had to wait for her to go back to the front desk to get the right one. We finally gained access to the unit, but it was smaller than the one I had reserved, and irregularly shaped, causing extra delays in loading it.

I wish we had gone there earlier. I think you should warn people that you have water bursts and damage in your facility so they can protect their belongings.

So while I was less than pleased with the customer service and the lack of willingness to help me resolve this situation, I was even more appalled at the way Uhaul's website is run and how their reservation system doesn't really mean anything (a direct quote from an employee).

I live over an hour from the storage unit and had to drive all the way there for nothing. I had my storage unit for a year and a half and am extremely irritated about my experience and how I was treated.
Alyssa Nee | Overall Experience1. I was very surprised when I got to my unit, I was told it was 6' deep x 6' wide by 8' high. Instead, it was 8' deep x 6' wide x 6' high. I really wanted that extra height, but unfortunately this was the very last unit available on an elevator floor. (Units are split level with some on the elevator level, the other up a steep flight of 8 stairs.) 2. I was REALLY surprised to find that there is no lighting at all within the unit, so we were basically moving things around in the dark. 3. There is a concrete post right in the corner of the unit, rendering about 24 cubic feet useless. The people were lovely. Everyone I worked with was polite, patient, and wearing a mask. So the fault is mostly not with the employees.

I tried to change some account information and had to call 4 different times Over 2 days to get somebody who could make it work since they never called back like they said they would. The facility was clean and secure but swipe access never worked the first time. It would take 4-29 swipes to enter or I’d have to go to the office and they would reactivate the card. I could never get access after office hours. Overall we used Uhaul because it was cheap and the location was convenient but customer experience was pretty terrible.

I work in a fast food industry as a manager I am always short stuff and costumers come in 10 min before close what would I say I am sorry I don’t make your food ? He had only one customer that was done after 10 min probably he was lazy to do the work that was exactly 10 min cause next day the lady helped me took only 10 min for the contract got the lock and that was it.

Even though we checked in online we still had to go into the store and wait in line because our code did not work, and there was no free lock inside the storage room they initially assigned us and once we got the lock it did not work because the door was not lined up properly. We had to go back and wait in line again in order to be switched into another room. There was a gentleman who was taking people to their storage rooms and he came with us to make sure that the room was satisfactory this time and that the lock did work. We rented our unit on March 11th, the day before U-Haul announced that college students could have one month for free. I have called the local store several times and no one answers and I get transferred to the National customer service who keeps telling me there's nothing they can do that I have to talk to the local locationfor the free month since we rented the unit the day before the free month was offered by U-Haul. I will still continue to call because the only reason we rented this unit was because my daughter was told to move out of her dorm and we knew if we didn't rent it immediately we would probably not be able to get a spot. The workers we dealt with were friendly, but the store seemed to be understaffed, and the staff that was there seems to be overwhelmed. Perhaps it was because it was the first day after move out to were announced for the colleges...
