Rude employee tried to rent faulty auto transporter with broken lights and nails in tires. When he called the day after it was already returned. He was rude, loud and unprofessional then hung up on me. He over charged my account afterwards. Disputing it now. BBB will be notified. Had to transport the auto transporter with the vehicle that was supposed to be on it. Loss of money, time, and damages to personal vehicle due to faulty equipment. Uhaul hasn't corrected the problem.

Worse experience I had. If I coukd give a 0 I would.. do not use this place. When I went to pick up truck (reserved in person that morning at 8am) at 4pm. Truck was not ready. They marked a 1/4 tank it was way less, actually had 30 miles to gas up. Ridiculous. First time I've ever got a truck that wasn't filled up. Store at 4pm reeked of weed. Person that waited on me I told him needed a box and everything to pack a 65 inch tv that was going to go from paducah to southern Florida. Got back to home Just a box and Styrofoam for corners that doesnt fit flat screen. This place needs to be shut down. My son had a storage unit the ceiling had bubbled fell on items. It smelled horrible. Told person upfront only response yeah they need to knock those down.My son said don't you need to go look at it. No they're all doing that. I do not recommend the location on Irvin Cobb. Terrible service. Lazy workers

I was rushing through the process and rented a truck that was way too big. That's my fault for not paying attention. I learned my lesson for next time (a very expensive one).
JENNIFER TThe lady who did my purchase on the day of pickup was very rude and snarky. Also when you want to get a truck they did not inform me that I needed a major credit card to get it so I had to pay way more for a regular uhaul which messed up my budget. Communication is key in keeping service.
Judith MIt took me almost 45 minutes to be able to return the vehicle as the app, although the app showed me at the UHaul location in the map section, saidbit couldn't locate me as being on site. Therefore, I called the after hours number and after the first agent waa not able to help me he tried to transfer me to someone else. That person never responded and I was left on hold without anyone ever answering.

Terry PDid not fulfill my reservation that I made weeks in advance. I had to spend hours on the phone to improvise and accept a much bigger truck that was not needed. The people I spent the time in the phone with did not know how to do their job very well since I was the one who even had to tell them where their locations and trucks were at. They should be fired. The return locations were even putting in another state across the country rather than near my address. Spent way more money on gas than what I needed to.

I did not receive a receipt (was supposed to be emailed to me, but didn't receive it.) As of this minute, I have no idea how much the rental actually cost and whether the overpaid rental and mileage estimate will be returned to me. Would appreciate some help with this matter.

Dickie LTruck was not ready at the appointed time. I had to wait while they made a somewhat effort to clean it up. Still had fast food boxes and wrappers in it when I got it. It was a very nice Chevy truck. When I returned it the lady asked if it had any problems? I told her I had been in a big 2 hour traffic stop/ jam in Ohio and noticed the oil pressure went to 30 when idling. Since we weren’t moving at all I shut it off and put the windows down. I told her this story and recommended they check the oil level. She shrugged off my suggestion and proceeded to put the nice truck right back on the market for the next person. Not a good employee in my opinion.

First off I had to wait for the storage place to open to retrieve the key to get into my storage. I thought they opened at 8:00 they open at 7:00 a.m. so I fiddle around until 8:00 a.m. which was already invading my time space. So the hours are not all that great for somebody's in a rush to move things in when they need to and then on top of that have to go to the office to retrieve a key to open my unit. Then I was told that my unit has been closed out put me into a near anxiety attack. I was beside myself as to what could have happened. I had just been in the storage said yesterday putting things in I told the employee. He proceeded to tell me well I don't know what to tell you you're not in here anywhere. As I said my car was loaded I had to go in whenever it was a convenient for the company's time to be open and I was in a huge hurry to get a friend of mine to a very important doctor's appointment. And my car was totally packed full of things so I need to put into the storage which I waited for the office to open. I waited until 8:00 a.m. I'm thinking that's when it opened. Evidently it opens at 7:00 a.m. under what it does not say that online of course I should have called but I really didn't have time. Everything was taken care of eventually although not fast enough for me being so I wasn't a huge rush and it really caused a lot of problems for the rest of my day. I called the 1-800 number that is listed the first time I called I was put on hold for the girl to reach a manager and they hung up on me. By this time I was totally livid and beside myself thinking great I cannot get into my storage I got my car full what am I going to do? So I took a big breath and I called back again and thank goodness I reached Ann and she was wonderful she walked me through it calm me down and told me what was going on pretty much. The hours do kind of suck especially when you're trying to move in and you're so busy packing number one using a card number two and don't have a lot of time on your day and have to revolve it around a schedule of the office other than that it's great and I would probably recommend it to friends.

It looks disgusting and appears as if it could create a health hazard from the insulation dust particles it creates in its current state. It gives the appearance of an abandoned building after a fire with the insulation hanging and falling off the ceiling everywhere with no signs of it being swept off the floor. The employees were nice enough but the state of the facility is very alarming, in my opinion.

My paid unit remained double locked for "security reasons" in a well lit, properly locked unit with security surveillance although this policy was never explained to me nor was there any information in my contract that states that my belongings would not remain freelyaccesible ????? After making an extremely costly trip over four hours to find my belongings inaccessible I reported the issue to management, never receiving any response. When I planned to vacate I contacted the location to explain I would be traveling to the area with a rental truck and needed access I was assured that the second lock would be left on the unit "dummied" in the unlocked position until I vacated. After renting the truck and making the trip I again found that I had no access. After contacting after hours customer service I was informed that there was nothing that could be done until the following day, causing me to incur several hundred dollars worth of expenses including additional truck rental, hotel accommodations, gas and incidental expenses as we were not prepared to stay in the area. Both the customer service agent who took my complaint and the customer service representative who was working when I returned the following day assured me I would be contacted promptly by someone who could further investigate the matter. Two weeks later I have not received a call, email NOTHING. Absolutely atrocious customer service, immoral, illegal, and (to be frank) foolish business practices!! NEVER AGAIN will I deal with Uhaul outside of a courtroom!!
