Train staff in customer service ** If it weren’t for the customer service of Chris at the Phoenix, Shadow Mtn branch, I would never have used U-Haul again

Angel HarosI have not received a final invoice showing the final amount that was charged to my card. This seems to be a recurring theme with Uhaul. I get the email with the original amount estimated but have to request a final invoice showing what the actual billing was.

Or separating customers with reservations from customers who are starting fresh so those who took the time to reserve their rental can be processed immediately instead of having to wait for others. The person who took my reservation in person needs training in customer service. He didn't seem to be interested in my business and asked the same questions 2-3 times instead of paying attention. The person who attended to me when I picked up my rental was good and prompt. The person who prepared my equipment was also the one who received my return. He was excellent. The price was reasonable. The equipment was great and did the job perfectly. The location was central, but you need more room. Overall, a good experience.

Ive moved and used uhaul in the last 20 years at least 15 times this was hands down the worst experience and makes me not want to ever use yall again.

James MillerWindshield trim kept falling off van due to poor installation of replacement windshield. I had the van for 12 days and had to tape it in place. Do not like the self check out of taking pictures of damage. I prefer an Employee go with me and write down damage. The app kept kicking us off. All in all, good. Keep your pricing low to compete with car rental companies.
