This was the best experience I've had with U-Haul. We've used them a lot recently. Check out and check in was quick and easy. Very happy. Will use this location again.

Virginia MI dropped off the unneeded tow dolly at this location on January 17th, and was contacted several times wondering where the dolly was. Then when we dropped the truck off on January 29th, we arrived at 659pm (store closes at 7pm), and the employees told me where to drop the keys, and how to check in the truck via the app, and they left. It took. my son and I approx. 30min to get the truck checked in, which probably could have been done in a few minutes with Uhaul team members.

Joseph RTruck was dirty, lots of dog hair, coffee cup was under the drivers seat, when I hit the brakes the first time the cup slid out from under the seat leaving a streak of old spoiled coffee all over the floor of the truck. The maintenance on the truck was very poor, sounded unhealthy and smelled of gas the entire drive(1700 miles) I averaged 8.6miles per gallon in this “fuel saver” marketed truck.

thomas bThe pick up the equipment was perfect the lady who assisted was pleasant and hard working. When I dropped the trailer off the lady said “do you remember where you got it?” To which I replied yes. She the stated pull back there and drop it off. Nobody could be bothered to get out of their chair to come disconnect the trailer. You should refund some of my money I didn’t know I accepted a position with uhaul!

I sat upon the moving blankets and I am a disabled individual. 2. when the appointment was made it was noted as a hybrid, but during install it was used as an excuse to delay the time in which i had to call for an additional ride because i would not make my doctors appointment with the new delays.

When calling they said their screen showed different charges and didn't match my screen and that they couldn't see storage and insurance only travel so they couldnt give me any answers. Why isnt it billed together? Why is the total pruce unknown until delivery?? Absolutely terrible pos systems and rude traffic communications.

Mike FI moved from Northern California to Eastern Georgia. I was VERY pleased with the overall experience from the lower cost (vs renting a truck or pods), the staff who delivered and picked up the boxes, to customer service when I had questions, as well as receiving the boxes on time with everything within the boxes intact. Nothing was broken or damaged within the boxes. Furthermore, as i decided when the boxes would be delivered, picked up and then delivered to my new address, I was able to plan my move separate from the boxes. In addition to the convenience and cost, because of the low threshold, loading and unload the boxes were much easier than going up and down a truck ramp! Bonus! I would definitely recommend the UBox method to others.

TOM PI reserved a trailer at the 4131 McHenry Avenue, Modesto, CA location. The day before I got a call telling me both 6’ X 12’ trailers at that location were “down for repairs” and I’d need to go to Manteca, an extra 40 minutes each way. This added nearly 1 1/2 driving hours for me. Unacceptable.

Jadzia BThis place needs more able bodied people to help with the trailer hitch process.. I was required to help lift the trailer during attachment and detachment of the trailer. If the renter was not as strong as I was or had help, they would not be able to rent the trailer.

Moji II will be reconsidering my rental practices in the future going forward. If you don’t rent me a vehicle with a full tank and it’s a smidge lower than where you want it. You charge me more. If it more gas you don’t give me anything. I rented 4 trucks this last month. Never had a problem. But today oh yeah and yea it was a smidge under when I picked it up. Never imagined you would the that critical. May have to find a new rental place.

Linda TDrivers were great but Prices changed after the order was quoted even though website/company policy says they can't do that. Did not return my phone call or email inquiring the reason for the change. I only used 3 of the 4 pods on the original quote. They credited me for the unused pod but not the insurance on the pod and they jacked up the transit cost almost $250 over what was quoted for transport of 4 pods even though they only had to transport 3. Supervisor handling my order was pretty rude. The pods themselves were perfect and they were delivered and picked up on time. Nothing was damaged during transit.
Tracy DI did not get a receipt for the transaction. I'm not sure why as other emails from your company have come through. I do see the charge of 40.57 on my cc statement. Your employee was very nice to work with.
Roger DEmpty gas tank as I pick up the truck, I was not be able to get to the gas station luckily someone helps me to push the cargo van. Please let someone fill up gas before some one rent any trucks for rent next time.
HANSEL VNo Customer Service at all, I felt like I was being interrogated picking up the van and dropping it off. That lady that helped me out should not be working very unhappy. Any other U-Haul locations, people were very nice. This was not my preferred location since the van that I was renting at my preferred location was not return on time. I ended up at this new location with the worst customer service ever. Maybe because I’m Asian?
