Timothy GI love this location. I've either rented or returned rentals to this store a few time. The parking lot is huge, the showroom is spacious, and the staff are friendly. I also love the fact that they used the closed K-mart store instead of the building being torn down and the lot left vacant for years.

Mike MUpon first time driving in to the outdoor bay, a previous tenant/current tenant that was just moving stuff left trash and lots of junk laying in the drive at the very end. Aside from that the only thing I wish was different was if there were more access drives or doors so you don’t have to push your belongings too far to your particular storage unit. Other then that it’s great!

Nicholas T | Overall ExperienceWhen I initially signed for the unit the worker didn’t code my card right, so when I took my truck full of things to the unit after office hours I couldn’t get into my unit. I called the after hours number and they said they were sorry but couldn’t do anything to help me. I had to set off the alarms to get into my unit to unload my truck. It was embarrassing. U-Haul just said sorry and didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. I also only used the unit for 10 days and they wouldn’t give me any money back. They said we don’t do that. I will NEVER use this place again. Completely mis-managed!!

However , her manager Spencer did a great job at helping me out with a lock removal and lessening my fees for my storage because I was 2 weeks late with rent. I appreciated his graciousness. The storage locks were broken and i had to move units twice. The hours were inconvenient because I had to get them to take their lock off in order to access my outside unit. At night there was no lighting. Overall there were problems and the employee Shelby made me feel so anxious about evening coming there to get things from my unit. Overall I strongly disliked the experience.
megan j | Overall ExperienceWhen I went to pick up my stuff in my storage I was unable to get into it with my card, nor were the two ladies working knew what they were doing and kept hanging up the intercom on me while trying to figure it out. So I just had to go into the unit with the alarm going off being their own workers didn't even know how to let me access my storage! Useless and not helpful. Then I received a charge for gas for the truck I rented and honestly when I first got the Truck there was barely no gas in the truck as it is, I'm not going to put gas in a truck that I didn't personally use up. Clearly the truck wasn't properly seen prior to me. Then the fact I received an email stating that I got a free month of storage is a joke. Rates are far over-rated and honestly services weren't that great!

The facility is very clean and bright inside. Unloading my items was easy with the sliding doors and the carts directly inside. This storage facility outshines the Lock it up unit I had for only one month. I left it because it dark inside, not climate controlled, and not user friendly in any way.

They were great I would store my things there again any day and use the vehicles calls from this facility. Can't say enough good things about them.

Everytime I was getting things from my unit, the lights would turn off if I didn’t physically walk out into the hallway and wave my arms. I was left in the pitch dark so many times having to find my way back out to the hallway without falling over anything. Super annoying. As for the staff, there was one time I walked all the way back to my storage unit and it had a red slip on it saying my access has been taken away due to lack of payment. I never received a phone call, text, email about when my payment was due. I have never gotten a unit before and didn’t know if I just paid in full once I was done using it or what. So I had to go to the office and two girls were standing there just staring at me. They didn’t even say hello. The first thing the girl said was “ smith the last name ?” Not only did I find it rude but also creepy. Not sure if they were watching me walk back to my storage unit and looking my name up or what. But I didn’t appreciate the cold demeanor of the two girls. Not friendly at all. They could at least acknowledge me and say hello.
