Once upon a time there was a concern about the ceiling of the unit ripping, that was immediately addressed. Obtaining the unit and ending my contract after approximately 5 years was an easy in and out process. The customer representatives over the phone were easy to reach and knew the answers to all of my questions. I would definitely use Uhaul storage again, especially if every facility is as easy as this one. Thank you for housing my belongings until I could.

Which is totally incorrect . I needed to close my unit so I called the other Mt 3609 Rt 38, Mt laurel . I spoke with Timothy who was extremely helpful & professional . I had to drive to that location to make sure I was not charged another month . He stated they had to reach out to the general manager to reverse the charge . Then Steve also very helpful & he also did a follow up call to me to let me know the marketing person would be reversing the payment. Timothy & Steve were amazing & very helpful ! Thank you Belinda

As I emptied the most recent one, I discovered another water stain. Also, the door is very hard to open easily. The paint would come off on my hands and on one visit, I had to bring WD-40 to lubricate the slide lock which was almost impossible to slide.

Only issue I had was with locking the unit( which is probably user error) I’ll contact the Uhaul tomorrow and I have no doubt it will be resolved right away. Excellent experience.

I’ve been renting a storage unit from them for many years now, and the employees have always been super helpful and friendly. Through the years I have hit many rough times where I fell months far behind on my bill and though they could have sent me to auction many times they always trusted me and worked through it with me. For this I am so grateful and blessed to have been able to choose this facility to hold my life’s belongings. They keep the grounds and the units very clean and well managed.

When I called the number posted on the empty office door I was on hold for in excess of 25 minutes. I drove to the other location in which I was not able to enter the parking lot due to a traffic incident, which could have been communicated when they answered the phone before putting me on hold. I will be looking for another facility

The staffed office staff was helpful but we had to drive back there 3x from the unstaffed storage facility because apparently no one on-site answers phone. Less than useful to us. You should staff the actual storage location on weekends when ppl are moving in. Because basically I wasted time doing YOUR job when things were messed up

Edwin E | Overall ExperienceI reserved a storage space online. My reservation was for Sunday June 26th. When I went to the location no one was there so I called the number on the door. The rep said he was surprised that no one was there. By the time I reached someone I had already left so rescheduled for the next day. On Monday, I go to a different location and picked up a van and then I stopped again to try to do the paperwork for the storage reservation. Again no one is there. I called the number again….I was on hold for an hour. That rep sent a basic email to the GM stating that I had questions about my storage rental….not that I was at the location waiting for someone. After 2 hours… I’m finally told that I had to go to location where I picked up the truck to do the paperwork. At this point…I’m irate. When I tell the person at the counter my issue…they just point the finger at Uhaul customer service. Then I’m told that they gave me my first month free…so basically I should be happy…it was advertised and the rep on the phone told me that I could get it. The counter agent said..no that’s not right. When it’s advertised and told by an agent…you have to honor it. This has been a horrible experience. Hours on hold….a wasted day. I am a business owner and understand how to calm a customer when necessary. No one took responsibility…it was just finger pointing at the location and the call center. I should get at least 3 months free for the headache that I endured. Still mad!

They were there for me when I needed to move with no heads up and continue to be there for me years later, if you need a place for storage this place is worth the drive if your in the Burlington County and surrounding areas. During the worst moving trip I experience dealing with many outside challenges I was able to drive the truck and tow my car through a snow storm, unfortunately there was almost 2 feet of snow in my driveway making offloading almost impossible, As I'm trying to extend my rental for 2 extra days I get a phone call, It's U-Haul to let me know that they will be "extending my rental because they see the weather conditions and think it'll difficult to get things done in this conditions", there isn't many companies nowadays that count on the human factor and have good humans taking care of costumers, I'm so grateful and of course I'll continue to be an U-Haul costumer for life!
Gustavo ASam and Tiffany were great! However, there should never be just one female working there at times. My husband and I were in there and this crazy disrespectful customer was in there screaming and cursing at Tiffany the first time we went there. He was so out of control because he forgot his gate clicker and apparently her opening the gate wasn’t fast enough for him. I was so fearful for her safety that we stayed until the customer left.

Cyrus JI ordered a van at one location on line. Which your company excepted. 48 hours in advance you change the pick up location by 16 miles. It cost more to travel longer distance. Plus you stated I could have it at the original location. Your company should provide the services they state at onset of the contract. You inconvenience your customers with theses changes. You should be responsible for providing the vehicle at the proper location.

Jeff MCreate a flexible ‘on the spot availability’ of rental vehicle when a particular station’s vehicles have been reserved or pre obligated by customers - example: station A Vehicles have all been taken or reserved but station B within a 10-15 mile range has vehicles to rent and brings the vehicle down to that particular station where the customer is.. NOW! So there will never be no vehicle unavailable for the customer to rent at UHaul..

She wery helpful and explained things clearly. When moving everything out of our unit, the gate was broken so it was left open. We took a few trips to get it all out to our new home but when we went back for another load, a UHaul truck was blocking the opened gate, forcing us to walk to our unit and hand carry everything back to our car and our unit was pretty far back . This caused many delays in meeting with movers from the moving company we hired, not to mention being sore.
