Adolph AI rented a storage unit from March 2023-2024, and had a great experience! The new/owner manager who came on in May 2023, is accommodating and happy to help with your needs. I recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs wanting efficient service with limited hassle.
Kimberly V | Overall Experienceone trailer tire only had 8lbs of air and we ultimately had to contact roadside assistance to swap tires before we even left our driveway. The other tire was at 45lbs but retained air when filled. both should have been filled to 65 lbs.
Ken RTruly an excellent experience. Manager Zachary Wynd helped me with answers to questions prior to renting and he and his staff were polite and helpful when renting. Could not have had a better experience. Also, I bought a bundle of the moving boxes. Better quality and better price than anything I have seen elsewhere. Need a storage unit? This is the place to store your things.

Cameron SThe auto transport trailer I rented was very easy to use and mostly in very good working order. The brake fluid in the reservoir looked new and all of the straps, chains, and ramps worked very well. The driver-side taillight was not operating as it should. Although the taillight was lit when the running lights vehicle headlights were on, we had no left turn signal and no left brake light on the driver side. The UHaul rep said they were working when we tested them prior to departure, but upon further inspection on the road, electrical current was not flowing to those circuits at the driver-side light that provide a brake light and a turn signal. Note to customers: Take the time to verify the operation of all lights yourself versus relying upon the Uhaul rep. Other than that, the equipment was top-shelf.

Sharon H | Overall ExperienceIt was a bit frustrating that only 1/4 tank of fuel was available when I received the vehicle. I filled the tank and returned it with 1/2 tank. Your welcome. There's a gas station across the street from the U-Haul center. It would be nice to pick up the truck with a full tank and return it full.

Jerad TWas waiting at 7am for scheduled pickup, waited till 7:40 and left, came back later. Was told manager called in. Really disappointing as movers were delayed for 2 hours due to me driving around looking for possible alternative
Ron BEnsure that the instructions include information about turning on precise location in the phone's settings for the uhaul app and/or safari. It took me 30 min and a phone call to customer service for us to figure out why my phone wasn't showing I was in front of the door of the uhaul.

RICHARD HI was originally assigned to pick up my U-Haul from a place called Curt’s transportation. When I arrived, store was closed. When I called U-Haul they told me store was closed. Confused as to why I was sent there in the first place? But this delayed my movers starting for an hour and made for a very stressful morning.
Kiley BThe unit was sitting in a snow drift and frozen to the ground. The person working helped me get it. Otherwise I couldn’t have picked it up. The trailers are heavy so adding a jack of some sort would be helpful.

Jeffrey AThe problem here is communication. Purchased and scheduled online. Arrived for appt #1 and was told hitch had not arrived yet. Waited and waited but no call from, UHAUL. Finally called to check status - hitch had been in for a while but they never called me. Arrived for appt #2. Wring hitch. They'd had the truck in their shop the first time but no one checked that the correct hitch had been ordered. Anticipating the second problem again, called and made 3rd appt. Hitch installed. Went in to get keys and there is a paperwork issue. Guy at counter assumed I had been refunded for wrong hitch during appt #2. I hadn't. Refunded me for one hitch then had to charge me for he correct one. All-in-all, 9 weeks to get a hitch installed and really, really poor customer communication.
SHAUN BRecently moved to Morton. The U-Haul Storage Facility was a great way to get the move started and to store items until they could be accommodated at the new house. The air conditioning was very much appreciated! Mike Wampler

GREGORY VI would definitely recommend this storage facility. It's nice to be able to pull in, out of the elements, to load or unload. They provide carts to haul your stuff, well lit and climate controlled. Great facility and the help was great too.

Russell BI did online check out and everything was clear. I talked to even the employee everything was fine but I keep getting sent a bill with an assessed late fee and I was out before the date it was due and it’s confirmed that it was clean, empty and process before why due date.

The worker on duty when I returned asked me if I knew what the name of the trailer was that I rented and asked me to back the trailer back into it's place since she didn't know how to back trailer.

Gregory HWhen reserving our uhual truck the person who answered the phone needs to be more clear on the prices. We understand that due to mileage it can differ but when we are renting trucks they need to be more clear about what all is included in pricing for instance you can’t pay cash without an extra deposit. You can’t use a bank card without it beings considered cash. You can’t split payment between two credit cards, and office staff needs to communicate more clearly with each other.
Sara F | First ImpressionsWatch it when you gas up before delivery back to company! We were cheated by $16.00 . We went 10 miles and were charged $26.00 for gas when it should have been $8.00! It couldn't have had a full tank when we rented it. That's not right. Other people said the same thing happened to them!

I pulled around and asked for receipt and he said he would email. That was Friday morning, I called later that day still no confirmation email. I called Saturday no confirmation sent and I called Monday. It took them 5 min to give me an answer. Finally as we spoke a male employee sent me an email. When we were hanging up I I herard him tell his female worker that if I wasn't so stupid and just checked my f***ing emails. Well I did everyday and he just sent it. What a low life clown.

Amber E | First ImpressionsMoved out of storage unit before rent was due. However, I am STILL being charged for my 2 X-Large units!!! I have called 4 times, and it hasn’t been fixed. I asked them to call me once they handle the situation. They have not. I called 1-800 number, and they said local storage place has to do it themselves. My bill is rising and rising, yet o don’t even have a storage there any longer. I will never go this facility agn or recommend it to anyone else. Ridiculous!!!!
