If a truck is labeled 15’ the whole box interior should be 15’. Not 12’ with 3’ grandmas attic. I had to complete uncreate my merchandise to get it to fit

My pickup time was 7 am the young man did not show until just after 8. I had my boys drive 2 hours to Northwood Ohio to help me. Very bad timing. I am moving in December and will look elsewhere for a truck.

Fix your system for easy pick up. I ordered everything online, clicked the online check it and the damn thing would not let me use my own number, then it would not allow me to enter my husbands number, then made me go into the store. Trying to get more time was not in the cards, the system would not let me choose any more time, only gave me until midnight and I needed more time. Overall the inside of the building was great, the person behind the counter was great, but the online experience was awful!

Damien was especially cordial, professional and helpful. Also, Tracey seamlessly & effortlessly changed my contract once I realized I would need the vehicle for more than 1 day! The East Broadway location is the best one I've ever used & as an ex-military wife I have significant experience in moving! Exceptional job done by all!!❤️ Your phone operators on the other hand...🙄🤦‍♀️

Rented a trailer and the employee hook it up for us even the wiring for the lights

Did you precheck before I came in. Your rep said my license did not show. Used his phone to get copies of my license, so he now has copies of my licensee. If something happens with my credit by someone opening accounts you will be held liabile. Trailer had trash in it when I go to the site to pick up my materials. Had to clean trailer before hand.

I returned my uhaul 2 weeks ago. I only just got the updated receipt and still haven't received the rest of my deposit, which I was told when I rented the uhaul would be returned to my account 2-3 business days after the uhaul was returned.

A minor issue, it would be nice for more distantly visible signage pointing to the entrance driveway on Woodville Rd, since the Broadway driveway is exit only. The staff were quick and helpful.

Tracy, the General Manager, was very kind and patient (walked us thru the phone registration process super quick!). The truck was nice and clean. When we returned the rental a few hours later there was another gentleman at the desk who was also very friendly & pleasant. Thank you both for the great service! Highly recommend

Fast, friendly, convenient and extremely helpful. The only thing that I would change is having 24-hour access to the automatic doors at the storage unit. And I would also suggest that the sales associate be able to give you an accurate pricing which was not available to me when I rented the unit. I got a free storage unit but sales associate didn't know how much the difference was from 24-hour access to only being able to get in while someone was there. I would recommend and you U Haul again. I rented a U-Haul truck from Clarksville Tennessee facility and my rental experience from there was outstanding I couldn't have asked for more friendly sales associate the facility was impeccable and I would highly highly recommend anybody to rent from that facility

I paid $230 to get the things out of my unit for 24 hours. The next day the staff said i didnt pay..chased my car down and tried to open my door and continued to chase me thru the parking lot calling me a thief and saying i didnt pay ...i feared for my safety

The electronics on the access door didn't work half the time, and i didn't like the fact that I couldn't remove the insurance when I wanted. Will try to avoid uhaul storage in the future
