Overall our experience was very good. However, when I picked up the truck an untimely snowstorm was occurring and I got the truck stuck before I left the city limits. An Arizona licensed truck, rented in the middle of snow country in the winter, in a snowstorm is not a good idea. 100% straight tread, highway tires, not for snow. BAD DEAL! Finally get ready to load truck and the ramp is stuck. FROZEN SOLID from the snow and ice packed up in the frame around the ramp. Spent a half day laying underneath the truck with a large hammer and pry bar chipping out the ice and snow. Not UHauls fault, but still sucked. This put us 1 whole day behind schedule. Todd AI fell out the U-Haul van and had to lay on the ground for several moments because the fall was so jarring when I came inside it seemed chat the attendant had a smile on his face I told him that he saw me fall on the camera and he was laughing he yelled at me and started walking towards me I turned and left because he was acting aggressive. Please review the outside and inside cameras as they well show. I told the person who checked me in about this.

They said we can't have a receipt because charges are being disputed. But that's not the case. The charges were completed and taken out of the account. I will never use U-haul. And I will tell everybody to not use you hall

I ended up wasting time filling it and checking the pressure. By the end the truck was giving warnings for all 4 tires. When I informed the employee she said they had been having issues with that. She should have told me so I would not have wasted time worrying about it. I ended up returning the van 20 minutes late. I probably wasted close to that trying to fill/check the tires. I still had to pay the extra.

Seems to me the employees of this u-haul need to establish a daily routine of going around and making sure things are picked up and clean. Also we had on our day of moving out a roach came out from under a box. We now had to go through everything and make sure we were not taking with us these bad and nasty cruisers. Think if they would bomb every other month to prevent this from happening. Other than these the staff is differently helpful. Chris the manager bends over backwards in making things right. A+ in his customer skills effort. Thinking they just need to dial in the cleanliness.
