DOUGLAS CI got charged for missing equipment that wasn’t missing
Lawrence BFirst our reservation was moved 90 min. Next, we waited 45 minutes to be waited on bc 2 agents were moving at a snail’s pace. 15 minutes to complete rental process despite having an account with info entered. Total of 2 1/2 hours wasted on a weekend that was already stressful and time sensitive. Ironically rented a truck from Norristown the day before for a one way to Marmora NJ & it was a very seamless process. Have used Malvern location many times & regret it EVERY SINGLE TIME! Poorly run and a complete waste of valuable time…..

I'd just had Budget completely fail me on a truck I reserved a month in advance and came down and got what I needed from George, who was the picture of professionalism and empathy, in just a few minutes. Completely saved the day. Best customer service experience I've had in years!

LEWIS BClerk INSISTEDthat the truck needed to be back by 6:15, no later. We were unable to complete our move in that time, but did get the truck back by then, only to realize that there were probably 20 more 15' trucks available. So why the deadline? We came back after 8 PM, as my phone had been left in the truck, and it was still there, parked where we left it.

Bruce KThis is the first time I rented here at the Malvern location. I am from Stroudsburg, Poconos Pa. When I called last week and ordered the 20 ft truck I spoke to a person on the phone and the ordering process was completed in a timely manner...no problems there. When I picked up the truck yesterday, I was in and out the door in a matter of minutes, great customer service. When I returned the truck the same day I was greeted by a man named John. He introduced himself to me and we chatted for a few minutes. He was very pleasant and customer service friendy. I would highly recommend thi U haul location to rent from in Malvern, Pa
Robert SGeorge was my sales representative. He did an excellent job with helping me find just the right sized vehicle for my move and was available to answer my many questions. He was busy, but never made me feel rushed. He is an expert in this field. Everything went smoothly for me. I highly recommend this business.
Suzanne B5x8 trailer rented. The right rear tire only had 25 lbs of pressure in it. I had to stop and fill it to 65 lbs.
Dale AThe trailer leaked and ruined bedding that was in the back of the trailer. Greene from the roof mixed with the rain and stained belonging in the trailer. Rented an enclosed trailer to avoid having to weather tight all belongings.
Gregory DThere was a wait of 45 minutes to get our truck, which I had pre-ordered on-line. The truck's driver side sun visor was broken and ducked taped, unusable, and the "tighten gas cap" came on as I was driving. The truck itself was clean on the interior.

Renee PCurrently in dispute with Repwest regarding this unit. All of my items were water/mold/mildew damaged due to storm water entering the unit. Also, unit had a rodent problem. Dead mice, droppings, and tons of acorns/ food brought in. 3 couches (trashed), upright kawai piano moisture damaged (trashed),mid century desk water damaged (trashed), two full sized oriental rugs, mildewed and rodent damaged(trashed). Spent a lot of money storing items with value for resale, only to have it all damaged. Waste of time/money/and effort, all to be strung along by Repwest insurance. Issue is still not resolved.

Mike MGeorge and this location provided excellent service. However my experience was poor to start. I used 24/7 to rent a truck and showed up 30 minutes early as suggested by the website. When attempting to use the service I was instructed to call U-Haul. When I called I was initially helped then transferred to “trucks”. The transfer was never answered. George at the location ended up helping me and we had to set up a second reservation. It took over an hour to get a truck. Again George was excellent but the overall experience was disappointing.

WILLIAM NRented a van to move furniture. Thr entire bed and rear bumper had dry dirt throughout the back area. It should have bedn delivered clean

Customer service associate was friendly and helpful. it’s a busy place so sometimes you may have to wait while they help other customers but overall very good rental place.

Ryan NI would like a verbal explanation of toll policy at the time of rental. I didn't have an EZPass transponder and incurred a plate by picture fee which will be sent to UHaul, and then passed on to me. I don't mind paying the toll, but you should rent transponders or find a way to make toll payments easier.

TERREL JI rented an enclosed trailer I misjudged what I could put in there. I took it right back, picked up the other trailer and they still charged me for both trailers. He said he could’ve rented it out within that hour. There were still two on the lot not acceptable.

I recommend that future customers to store items in plastic/rubber containers if you're using an outdoor storage.

The most difficult part was closing out the contract, I got everything out one evening after hours and then couldn’t get in touch with the facility because they don’t answer the phone. It took 2 days of calls because when it passed through to the central number they told me I could only handle it with the local office, so I spent 2 days calling until someone finally answered.

We were not notified of this prior to arriving with our Uhaul truck full of items we planned to store in a 10x10, and we had to make multiple trips to take things back that could not fit in the 5x10 unit we were given. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - so no issues at all with the service.

I spoke to two office staff two months in a row to put me on auto-billing --- I was charged later fees each time because they didn't do it. Then when I checked out, I used the website because clearly the office staff didn't follow-though. Guess what, my check out was not processed. I stopped into the office just to confirm, and he had to do it manually. Why waste my time.
