Briana CalicoIT's a very small location there is like 2 parking spots if you are a customer. One way in and one way out of the location. If rentals are being dropped off you get blocked in and have to exit the enter drive -way. I'm not sure if this is a safe way of operating in such a small space for large truck rentals. The plus the location. It's in a great location but I think they definitely need a larger lot.

Evan FeneAgain, the computer system was down, so we weren't able to complete the return while I was there. However, the staff went above and beyond to make it as painless a possible. Since they had everything needed from me and since I live about 5 minutes away, I told them to just complete what they needed to when the computer system came back up, and call me if they needed me to come back. Again, as in Lewisville, it was not the location's fault (I have used them before and continue to return), but a problem with U-Haul's computer system.
Ralph RodolicoI liked the ease of the reservation, check out, and check-in process. Staff was friendly and easy going. However I thought I was charged unneccesary fuel charges. I have proof that fuel was replenished before the van was returned. Granted the charge was only $6.50 because we did not go far but yet...

ANTONIO GOSSET LAGARDAMoving pads were unavailable for rent and I was not made aware of this until the morning of my move when I was picking the truck up. Of course, they were still available for purchase. Additionally, I called U-Haul twice during my rental hoping to speak to someone and I could not get through automated prompts within a 5 minute effort (literally) to speak to a human being. Extremely disappointing experience all around.

Arash MashhadimirzaThe fuel was listed at 3/4 of a tank, but it was actually a little under that. In the past I was told not to worry about it and was not charged. This time, the drop off location charged me for gas even though I returned it with a little under 3/4 of a tank. There should be a little tolerance allowed or more accuracy in reporting starting fuel.
Frank TraynorWhen I picked up the truck it didn't have any gas in it. They said there would be a quarter of a tank. I had to start my trip by getting fuel. They were also busy that day, so it took a sometime to get the truck. I reserved the truck for 4 hours. They went by my reservation time not by the time I actually got the vehicle. I did not think that was fair because I was there before my appt. Probably, will not go back.

Nina MartinezI rented a van, and had to return it less than 24 hours later due to the oil light coming alerts coming on, and was told I had to make sure it was full on gas (I'd driven 15 miles total at that time). I was doing the company a favor, and it's inconvenient to ask a customer to do this. Then Van 2 they tried to give me was gross with I don't know what all over the inside (it was not mopped as they said). So this whole process put me behind when if the van would have been checked before I got it this wouldn't have been an issue. Just a pain of a customer experience.

Gerry ChatmanAnthony at this location was great. The system you have for filling up gas after, however, is not. The tank was not full when I picked it up but still filled the gas tank until it hit the full line. When Anthony checked it on his little scanner it read that it wasn't a full tank. How am I supposed to know that if I do not have the gadget the employees have? All I can see if the line that says full, and that is what I filled it too. I paid the extra fee but now I have to complain and go an unnecessary extra step to get it back because the "full" line isn't enough.

I came back from church and wnet to the Greenville location to get van and storage to use between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. No, the man at the desk took one hour to complet the transaction. Not one time during the one hour did he tell me, "Oh by the way, this storage is on the fourth floor." I took van at now 3:30 P.M. and went to my garage to load over 60 one gallon cans and at least 4 Five gallon drums of paints. I came back to the Greenville location at around 3:45 P.M. and then I was told by the attendant outside that the storage was on the fourth floor. I had to take the cans of paint an place them at my home on the front porch and sidewalk because of the hour of the day, now 4:00 P.M. I am seventy-two and cannot load these items upstairs which is what I was directed to do. When I complained inside, one of the men remarked, "Well, if you had been nice about this, we would have helped you." I believe that you have a business run by fools. My $19.95 van rental cost me almost $90.00 with all your charges of fraud and fees. I will never use your company again. I will never fail to discourage others from using your crazy and fradulent business.

They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are incredibly accommodating. This particular storage unit is great because you have to go through the office to access it so it is incredibly safe. I was on the bottom level so even in the 100 degree Texas summer my items were still nice and cool. I would 100% recommended.
