Rude employees, was told the evening I picked up the truck that the following day the store closed at 8:00pm. When I arrived at 7:45pm the doors were locked. Staff came to window and yelled at me through the window that I was too late and would have to do mobile check in with no further instructions. Incredibly unhappy with the lack of customer service.

Customer service at the store I picked up at was terrible. Particularly one woman working there had her ear buds in while she was checking me in and talking on the phone. She made errors and did not apologize but had a bad attitude about it. I had also ordered a dolly and it was not in the truck and I had to move without it.

I was over charged and my bank account was put in a negative status. Customer service fixed the issue. I assumed that when I went in and talked to someone this error shouldnt have been made. Employees need to slow down and double check what they are doing.

The guys at the station were awesome. They helped me get close to the storage unit and park the trailer in a very beneficial location for easy access. They were professional and friendly! Best service

I personally swept out the back of the truck before turning it in. I know it was clean. But when I received my final bill, I had a $25 cleaning charge on it. Total BS. I would suggest that before the customer walks away, the final inspection be completed in the truck and the customer be given a final bill. Very shady the way your store operates.

I made reservations online & I received a phone call about my reservation confirming that the truck was reserved for my usage. Once I arrived my reservation had been canceled so the clerk that assisted me was EXTREMELY helpful & superseded my expectations. I received my truck 15 minutes later with her deligence in taking care me.

Desk attendant was surly and uncommunicative- once I got her attention. I was ignored for the first 5 minutes I was in the store. There was loose tobacco and glitter all over the seats and floor in the front, and the cab smelled like weed. I was in too much of a hurry to complain, but it was not what I expect of a uhaul experience, which until yesterday had all been very good.

I returned the truck with more gas than I borrowed. The fuel tank indicator on the receipt is not correct. The receipt was sent by email after I returned the truck. I was charged an additional $43.50 for fuel fill up service even tho I refilled the tank. I will be completing other reviews to warn other users about this scam.

Van was dirty in inside! They had run out of dollies even though I reserved them, way to wreck my move and add more expense, had to buy a dolly which I now have no need or space for and delayed my pick-up so ended up paying my movers more! I think I'll be looking for other supplier in the future - this was by far the worst service I have ever gotten from U-haul, and i'm a loyal customer who normally leaves 5*

Tell the future customers that the uhaul check in requires gps tracking; so do it while you are on the uhaul lot! Otherwise great experience.

The individual at pickup was initially blunt and rude in telling me they didn’t have the three dozen furniture pads that I had reserved along with the truck rental to move my antiques. She said, “you don’t have any, we gave them to customers who got here before you,” She mocked my need for the pads to another customer, saying loudly, “if I have to move something fragile, I do it in my car.” When I expressed the fact that I had reserved both a truck and the pads, and it was what I was expecting to receive, she called the manager by phone and said, out loud, that I had an attitude. Then she told me that she didn’t have to even give me a truck because my reservation was for an hour earlier than our arrival. She berated me in front of other customers in a way that truly shocked me. We had driven all day to get to Dallas and had to get this truck to make a move that night so we didn’t have options although we were trying to call other truck companies before they closed. Finally she called another uhaul location and told me I could take the truck and drive to the second location to get the pads. When I found the truck the cab and windshield was filthy. There was no assistance in understanding the basics of the truck or helping adjust mirrors, etc. At the second location (Ferguson) the staff was super helpful, cleaned the truck for me and made me feel better. But my experience at the Greenville location was really a disaster. The staff member does not represent Uhaul well at all and and should be coached or dismissed.

Both of the young men that helped me renting and returning my truck were very kind and efficient. My only issue (it was resolved by calling customer service) was that I only drove the truck 8 miles total and after I left they charged me for 2 gallons of gas. The final cost I was quoted when I returned the truck was altered after I left. Customer service refunded the overcharge.

I’ve never left a negative feedback. U-Box arrived early but I received no call/email. When I called I was placed on hold for an hr and transferred back and forth. Not pleased with our experience.
