Thomas g | Overall ExperienceOnly issue I had was that there were a lot of rodent droppings in the unit over time, despite the rodent control efforts. I did t store food nor anything else that would attract mice and rats. However, they appeared to be congregating in my unit.

Damaris V | First ImpressionsOther then the cleanliness, my experience was good. The storage unit itself needed to be swept out before I could put anything in but that’s wasn’t a big deal. Outside the unit by the dumpsters just had a lot of stuff and trash around it whenever I would go to the facility. Also, some of my furniture and stuff had mice/rat feces on them. I mean, it’s expected with outdoor units but I definitely will never use this facility again or I would request to be furthest away from the dumpsters because it was pretty bad and nasty.

Malinda R | Online Move InI had an awful time! first I called the office to see if there were any available units that I could use and I found out that there were. however I wanted to find out if there was one closer to my granddaughter's house. I called again but no one was available, so I got the operator at the 800 number instead. He told me there was one available and that I needed to hurry up and give him my credit card number so I could reserve it. he kept saying give me your credit card number so I can reserve it give me your credit card number so I can reserve it. I decided to do that and reserve the unit. Upon arrival at the unit I discovered that it was an unmanned sight. I then called the number and got a very kind and helpful agent and another location nearby that managed that unmanned location. He told me that I could get online on my phone and register for the unit and after doing so the unit number and a lock and key would be in the unit waiting for me. The automated system for getting your unit was absolutely horrible!!! I tried for 30 minutes to make it work correctly and it would not. I am a retired computer programmer myself. I saw that it was stuck in a loop that would not let me get out. As a result, I went to the manned location and the agent there who was very very very helpful got me all squared away. however, he indicated that a lock would be in the unit with the key in it. I got to the remote location and of course there was no lock or key in the unit. Extremely frustrated after this I decided to go to the nearest auto parts store and purchase my own lock which I did and I put it on the unit. it was a very frustrating experience very frustrating.

The only problem I had was returning the truck, the app would not go past step 1 of 5 where you upload pic of odometer and fuel gauge. I tried twenty minutes to do the return on the app then I called Uhaul customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up and just parked the truck. I returned the next morning to have the agent at the location to finish the transaction

khaaliq kThe ladies at this location were nice and polite. The problem I had was the actual truck. I rented a 15 foot box truck. The driver side door was horrible. I almost pulled my arm out of socket trying to close it. The suspension seemed a little shaky especially on the highway. I went over a small bump and it rocked a little out of control and scared the crap out of me and the passenger. i had to remember to push a button on the shifter or it felt like you are driving in first gear. I was told to remember to turn the light button that controlled the cabin light all the way to the left or was it the right or it would drain the battery. The last 15 footer I rented @ the Clementon location had no issues. I feel like this vehicle should be put out of commission. I don't feel like its safe. Also the woman Highlighted what to do if the truck broke down as if they new it could happen. The did not do that @ the Clementon U-Haul. Not happy. Ray Watkins 8563577544
