Super friendly staff! I was blown away by the kindness they showed me.
Scott KThe young lady who set up my rental issued three access cards, one that didn't work and she did not ask for me to bring it back by the office to correct the error. Later when we tried to access, we ran into the same problem and when I called and spoke with Dorleen, she asked me to bring the card back into the office because it was probably defective. If this young lady would have given this advice when we first encountered the difficulty, if would have saved us time and inconvenience.

Shantell CThis is my 3 return to the location, the staff all the staff have been helpful and courteous, I have witness first hand several staff offer solutions to resolve an issue; for instance, I needed vehicle storage, at the time there were zero space available, yet the manager suggested she place me on a waiting list and said " I will go through the car inventory to double check". I returned the follow week and the manager advised " zero vacancy " yet again she went beyond the call of duties and called 2 other hauls to find out if the had vehicle storage

Bret WI had no problems with this particular location. I received excellent service. My problem was with the self-return process. The app had probems verifying my location and receiving my photos. However, I called the toll free number and received great help from a customer service rep. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received.
