I was charged for gas in the U haul when I brought it back with the same level I picked it up a as. I was charged for safemove when I did not place this on my reservation. Terrible experience.

Kevon ChinThe person on duty (Robert A.) at the time I rented the truck did not go out and check the truck nor did he do a walk thru with me and the truck. The truck had not been washed or cleaned. He told me that he mostly rented the Chevrolet truck which was there but the dodge truck I was renting did go out much so he signed me up for the dodge. Saying he wanted to give the dodge some rental time. He said the rental amount would be 19.95 per day and .79 cents per mile. I asked if I could get the flat 7 day rate with the 750 miles included rate. I walked around the truck and did not see any dents but did see numerous places where the truck had scratches. This person did not give me any information labeling these scratches or indicate to me at all that all of these scratches are damages and that the scratches had been recorded as damage. When I returned the truck, another female person doing the intake is claiming that additional scratches are on the truck. One vertical and one horizontal both in the same area as a third scratch. All bunched together and that 2 are scratches were made by me and the third was already there.....her claim is that I should have reported all scratches on the truck. Her claim is that I should make sure that they are giving me a truck with no scratches or I will have to pay for scratches. That she should be able to just be lazy and not do a customer service walk thru and not give a customer service report of all the damages or scratches to the truck. I was the only person in the store when I rented the truck so its not because they were too busy. This is simply a poor case of customer service and customer care. Tim

I did not see any preventive measures taken to keep rats out of the storage. I was very disappointed that no preventive measures taken and that I was not warned of this issue. This is my first time using a storage facility. The staff made the inconvenience more bearable and working with Rhonda McCormick to remove my items with lower fees made the difference.

Eldora BogesHave another person there at 900am when you have 9 customers in line and 2 leave not good business I traveled downtown Atlanta and lost the job so I paid for a van plus $10 worth of gasoline so Mt last but least lost money because of bad service and that never happened at battlecreek and Tara Blvd before don't no why they sent me there but it took me all day to settle down after losing truck, gas,, a ND the job. I won't recommend anyone to Kendrick U haul at all and that is all I have to say May God bless you all Amen 🙏🏿

ORENTHSIS SINGLETONA wipe down of your trucks would be nice. A customer shouldn’t have to step into one of your vehicles and smell musty and sweat smell in a truck. Make sure engine lights are not on. Also, I placed an order of 2 dollies, 1 appliance and 1 furniture and this location didn’t have either. They could have called other locations to see if they had any in their inventory but did no such thing. No customer care at all.

ROBERT PETERSON | Overall ExperienceTruck was turned in on Sept 7. The representative came out and inspected the truck for damages/missing equipment. The fuel gauge read a half tank, 12 moving pads, and dolly were in the rear of the truck. The representative signed off on the truck. The next day Sept 8 I received a bill for $32.56 (3 gallons gas $13.12 and 18.00 missing/damages). I called the location from where I turned the truck in to ask about the charges. I was told “Yes I cleared you and signed off on the sheet.”. Let me check and see you submitted these charges. I have not received a call back as of yet. Totally unacceptable. Mike (404) 977-1118

Instead of assisting me with closing my account and storage unit she just sat there and then neglected her duties. I turned in my access card and lock. She assured me my account was closed but now I’m receiving phone calls, letters, and emails saying that I owe money and late fees. It’s really frustrating and embarrassing for my reference to receive a letter saying I’m not paying my bills. Also it takes more than 20 minutes each time I call in to get a representative on the phone. Especially, when I know the front desk clerk is sitting at her desk doing absolutely nothing.

I also had a printer stand, and some other shelving molded as well and I took pictures of it, but was told that in order to file a claim that I would have to keep it open (and keep paying $95 a month) and that since I had already took pictures and threw my damaged goods away, that I would not be able to file claim - although I paid for insurance from July through February.

She proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do and i had to figure out something. Not only was it not ready but it was not cleaned out either. The manager on duty decided to offer a smaller unit do we could start moving and got upset when we declined. Even though we ordered the largest one. (We ordered the largest unit for a reason our belongings would not fit in a smaller one, if she would have offered to then that would have worked). She promised we could come tomorrow and everything will be cleaned out and bombed. We came back the next day our storage unit was still not ready nor was it clean. To put the cherry on top of the whole situation our U-Haul truck was also not ready even though we had already reserved it. The U-Haul manager on duty said that the U-Haul truck was at another unit and only offered us gas to go get it. I would not recommend this to family nor friends. My whole experience was horrible and put us behind on our schedule.
