Dale AMackenzie and Victoria are wonderful representatives for Uhaul. They helped me checkout and checkin when I rented a truck for a local move (after I stored my belongings there for over a year —another good service). They are nice people. The equipment and systems worked great. The Jasper Uhaul is excellent. Highly recommended!!

paul KThe exterior units are absolutely horrible. I know the climate control are better but those had not been completed so I had to take what was available. I can deal with no climate control but the amount of things that got in the unit and destroyed the items was horrible. Everything I had in the unit had to go straight to the dump. Climate control Is temperature, the units outside do not seal and it was like being stored under a canopy. That was a waste of money because everything I stored ended up destroyed.

WILLIAM WMore maintenance on the trailers. The rear brakes are not adjusted properly and oil was running out of the bearings and slung all over my brand new Segway UT10 Premium UTV we were towing. I stained all the plastic on one side and I'm rather upset at that.

ALLEN GWe have used many storage areas over the last 40 years. We’ve moved 13 times and have required use of a storage facility almost every time. We would rank the Jasper U-Haul facility number one among all of the others. The facility has great security, is very well lit and really stands out in the area of cleanliness. What really makes the facility top notch, is the staff. Friendly, courteous and outstanding in the area of customer service. We appreciate all the assistance helping us make what we hope to be our last move, a much less stressful experience.

steven h | Overall ExperienceI paid for a climate controlled storage which should allow the storage to be secure from any weather or climate issues. That to me means no damage should occur unless by fire or tornado or hurricane storms. But I was forced to pay for an insurance on my unit which I was not in agreement with. If we are forced to carry insurance why are we paying for climate control as if we have a guarantee that there will be no damages due to no neglect of Uhaul upkeep of units. It's a rip off you are double paying to insurance your unit is insured. When I spoke to corporate to voice this complaint they transferred me back to the property manager. I have given this company a lot of money over the last 2 to 3 years. I will not be doing business with them anymore. Word of mouth can help but it can also shut you down. I will laugh my reviews monthly to all that will listen. With photo's of charges to my account but my friend was not forced to pay but tented from this same place. The Manger lied and stated that this was a state law. I ask her to show me still have not seen this. She say it is the policy for Uhaul I ask her to show me I have looked over the policy it gives you a choice it does not say mandatory. Poor service on Management behalf.

Michael L | Overall ExperienceRecently found out I am being charged for 3 units, not the 2 I agreed to and needed. I have TWO units, NOT THREE that I am being charged for since July 15th. My 2nd unit I rented online, went into the office and was told it is on the lower level so the girl moved me to the main level, close to my original unit under the stairs. Cameras will show I have NEVER been on the lower level and will show the day I came in and moved into my 2nd unit when the employee changed it for me. Victoria is looking into it and trying to make it right. As of the moment, no, I will NOT recommend this storage facility unless UHAUL credits me for the employees mistake. Should this be resolved, I will leave a great google review as well as social media. If not, I will be glad to share my experience of being charged and the hassle it is to have to roll everything on a cart throughout the building.

However, we would highly suggest looking at the unit before renting it. The 10 x 15 are not efficient due to the slanted roof in each of them. You are better off going with the 10 x 10. Some of the doors are not roll up type but open as regular door, which could be a concern when moving in certain size furniture. There is only one elevator so if another group is moving in and out, it could be inconvenient. They do have a lot of carts and the elevator is larger freight size.

Larry C | First ImpressionsThere was a problem that could have been a lot worse than it actually was. Mackenzie made a reservation for me for 10 by 10 unit 2 weeks ago. We're doing the one way thing with the truck and you get a free month at U-Haul. I called Saturday the 17th morning to find out if all was good with the locker and it said they had lost my reservation or it had gone away. We ended up getting ice 10x10 handicap Walker which was fine but if I had not have called on my way to get his truck and Woodstock is a very good chance we was lost at locker and then where would we have been? But all in all Mackenzie is a very knowledgeable and nice girl.
