Shirley R.Nasty uncouth service. Marco was rude and disrespectful. He was talking on his phone talking about me and saying nasty and mean things while I was standing right in front of him. Marco belched in my face and when I said he was being rude he threatened to call the police. As a disabled veteran I have difficulty finding and keeping a job due to my TBI and Injuries and to have someone treat me like a dog and be so nasty to be ON VETERANS DAY is absolutely beyond my scope of understanding. I'm glad I have the situation physically video recorded because it's honestly unreal people like this even have a job. I just purchased my first home as a veteran and it is supposed to be an exciting experience but I cannot believe people like Marco are allowed to have a job in costumer service and not view a job as a privilege but would rather use it as an opportunity to abuse his small amount of power to hurt people. Nasty, disgusting staff and am embarrassed for them.

mary T.The online pricing should be more forthcoming and clear. I was expecting one price then when I got there was charged almost double the price I was expecting. The fact a credit card had to be used instead of my debt card was not only inconvenient it nearly stopped me from renting a truck i needed, because I don't believe in them. If my friend hadn't had one I wouldn't have been able to rent it. Then going to pay for the mileage I again couldn't use my debt card. It had to be cash or credit card and again my friend had to step in. The experience was embarrassing! The fact that they were unable to split the payment between two cards was unbelievable considering the size of Uhaul on a whole. If I had had another option I believe I would have chosen it. Between the card debacle and the price being almost double from the online pricing it wasn't that great of experience.
Brandy W.Employee unhooking the trailer was using incorrect procedure to remove the wiring plug. I had to stop him. He was using EXCESSIVE SIDE TO SIDE MOVEMENT instead of pulling straight away. I informed him that procedure would damage the tow vehicles plug. "He stated that he wouldn't do any damage and knew what he was doing. WRONG, that procedure won't hurt your equipment but will spread the receptacle on the tow vehicle. I removed the plug.

It was very disappointing to have to throw things away. Also, there were roaches everywhere, including the bathroom. I feel like we wasted our money here.

The lock was still on the unit despite being paid up. Office staff said they were uhaul and storage guy wasn't in She had an attitude about having to remove the lock storage unit contained water damage from previous leak and a rat trap. Won't be back. Wouldn't recommend. I've had other storage units on auto pay without problems. Not sure what the drama is with this location. When I paid Wednesday, two more people pulled up as I was leaving complaining of the same thing so apparently it's a common occurance.

The passenger side lights on the dolly didn’t work and The wheel well was rubbing on the tire and ate a hole in the wheel well and carved a valley in the tire 2/3 of the way through the trip. The issue added a lot of extra, unneeded stress to an already stressful move. The dolly should have never been issued out at it was not legal for travel on the roads. I will never recommend UHaul again.

They also added a late fee of $20 which should not have been charged as they had our info on file and auto drafted this charge so it was not our fault they overdrafted it late. The manager was rude and would not refund my husband even the late fee they charged. We will not use the storage facility at this location again in the future and will not recommend it to friends because of the poor customer service.
