ashley j | Overall ExperienceI’ve never experienced a bad experience until this time , the lady either didn’t know what she was doing or talking about because I swiped my card and different card multiple times like 5 to 6 times and if she would have took her time and made sure of her information that would’ve not had to occur. It was in human and started to feel like she was deliberately doin this also after returning my keys I’ve yet to receive an email with updated information on my actual charges. Which I usually receive an email within 24hrs but I still haven’t received anything and that’s very concerning.

MIGUEL T | Overall ExperienceThe staff here was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, I never received an email link for the drop-off of the equipment. No one was available at this location during drop off due to it being a Sunday after 1:00pm (also, the day before Christmas). When attempting to drop off our trailer at the time scheduled, there was a large size U-Haul moving truck in the middle of the driveway blocking access. The truck was locked with no one around. After a failed search for someone, I was able to maneuver my truck with the trailer past the side of the parked U-Haul truck and get to the gate to drop off our trailer in the secure area. I do hope steps can be made in the future to ensure proper coordination is done for appropriate drop off measures such as instructions of where and how to return vehicles/equipment and confirmation of links via email/text to record customer drop off.

Since your office was already closed, I had to leave U-Haul WITH the load, go get a lock, and come back again to unload. I would have brought a lock with me if I’d known there wouldn’t be one there. The person I was working with did not have the experience necessary to turn in a trailer. The lot person said he would bring a dolly out to help with the unload and never returned. The gate would not open when leaving the storage area automatically. When I left I wanted some kind proof of drop off for the trailer and nothing official could be given. I am still concerned the trailer was not checked in properly and may cause issues later.

Thanks to the helpful office staff, I discovered on my move-in day that the unit I initially selected was too small for my items. I can't remember the young man's name, but he gave me visual and helped me move into a larger unit. The check-out process was easy and I loved that I could do the process online. The only reason I gave an above average rather than excellent rating, was I received a phone call this afternoon stating that I left the lock on. I know that followed the instructions for move-out exactly and I removed my lock. While I appreciate a reminder before I get billed, I know for a fact I removed my lock and took pictures of the unit to show that it wasn't locked when I checked out. I hope this was a misunderstanding.

And to find out the manger said they can have move me up front in one of the unit. I just want to final said that the manager ( angel and Jennifer$ was very nice and try to go beyond to help me.

Michael H | Overall ExperienceWe had our storage here for almost two years. My only complaint was that mice had made their way into any items with openings, and we have found nests and feces. Perhaps this was just me not knowing this would happen, but I was surprised when we went to get our Christmas items out of storage and we ended up bringing a mouse family with us into our home. Other than this, our experience was very good. The staff was always helpful and friendly, and the facility was clean. I would recommend this location, with a warning about the mice, of course. Thank you!
