Miguel AI arrived before my pick-up time and they made me wait half an hour since no one was at the counter, they also never told me that I should deliver the car full of gasoline, I rented it for 8 hours and I delivered it 4 hours earlier than agreed and the one at the window received it and did not tell me that I should deliver it with gasoline or if not I would have taken the car and poured gasoline on it since they go and charge me 50 dollars of gasoline supposedly for 9 gallons that I never consumed

BRENT BI had to help dig the equipment out of the snow. UNACCEPTABLE! Plus your 4X8 trailer only has a 43 inch opening. Thus it isn't four feet!!!

Michele KTo be honest, I think having a paying customer take pictures and go through a process for the next customer is backwards. That should be 100% on the business. I'm renting it, paying the extra insurance, filling up the tank to the required line and I have to setup it up for the next customer. It's the businesses job to review it. The people working at these places aren't as busy this time of year. Give the workers more to do. They're getting paid and Customers are doing what should be their job. I really enjoyed the entire process except that one. God bless and love to whomever reads this!!

I was trying to do the after-hours drop off for over 20 minutes because I couldn't get the app or website to load through. But the people at this location were great. Friendly and helpful!

Noel MThe online booking process needs work. It doesn’t confirm that you made the reservation. At the point it should tell you the reservation is booked it goes to a mostly blank white page. It said error or something similar at the top of the page.

Samantha MOnly problem was the furniture pads. He told me to grab them on the way out. I told him I didn't request or need them but he said it was included. I thought he meant in the $19.99 price, so I grabbed them. Upon returning them unused, I found it was "included in the contract" not in the base price, but they couldn't remove it even though clearly unused. Would have been more proper to ask me first, not assume or at least when I told him at pickup that I didnt need them, he should have corrected it then. Real bogus move...and that they couldn't/wouldn't correct it at drop-off.

roland mRented on 11/13/2023. Drove the vehicle 24 miles total and put in 6 gallons of gas immediately before returning and was his for a fuel charge for 3 gallons. Ridiculous. I rent several times a year at this location and always bring the vehicle back with more fuel than when I got it.
James SI had a U-Box, no opportunity to see a storage room. Box was fine, lock was intact.
