The office was closed and I was connected to someone overseas for “help” who then gave the number I had called for further “help”. I did not move anything in and went to Extra Space Storage. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR THINGS, DO NOT GO HERE.

I was sent a bill after I moved out. I think before you send a late notice you should verify if the unit is empty first. I followed the instructions given, close the door and take the lock.
